I came here with a case that I honestly didn't think was worth anything, and I was quite pleasantly surprised! I filled out my form for a consultation Saturday night, and James Belote called me back the next day one Sunday to talk about my accident. They dealt with the insurance company and got me enough to be able to reset myself financially and finally recover from both my accident and having to pay for another car. Wonderful office! After nearly a year of having no luck with insurance company. We hired Jason to deal with our minor child's, not at fault car accident in which he had another minor passenger. He took both kids cases in dealing with the at faults, non responsive insurance company.
Everything was handled in a timely, professional, confidential manner. He explained to the kids what his objective was, handled their questioning with ease & respect & explained the process. When it came time for court.... he eased their nerves w/again explaining the process.. they knew what to expect so it made their "day in court" easier.
The sitting judge also paid a compliment to Jason at the end of the hearing which helped assure us, we had made the right decision in counsel.
We were extremely please with the time frame & professionalism in which our case was handled.

Dustin is the best attorney I have ever worked with. He and his team are very very knowledgeable and responsive. I wrestled with filing for social security disability for quite a while. I had spent considerable time simply trying to understand the government’s website, knowing what to submit, when, how whilst recognizing that the odds were also stacked against me in receiving a favorable outcome. I finally decided that if I was to apply I had best utilize a lawyer.
Mr. Phillip Ryan was recommended to me and kindly agreed to take my case. Despite having a lawyer my case ended up going through all levels of appeal including finally having to go before a judge before we received the desired approval. Although it was at times a depressing journey his staff along with Mr. Ryan clearly explained each and every step and reminded me that this was just part of the process and not to be discouraged. Any questions I had were always answered and I feel that without their guidance I would have given up rather than continue.
I would highly recommend Mr. Ryan to anyone considering filing for social security disability. He is personable, knowledgeable, straight forward and successful.

Do not use this law firm!!! I lost complete use of my left arm and got $500 settlement and this law firm got over $5,000. Because they dragged my case out a year my loans totaling $3000 with interest of 70 percent ended up a lot more. I lost my employment because of losing ability to type. Left arm is paralyzed!

UPDATE : I have a SSI/disability case on going. I contacted Carr & Carr a year & a half ago due to the fact I had no one representing me the 1st two times my case was presented to the court. I informed Mr. Dexter with all my details & he agreed to represent me. He informed me that my case might be difficult, but was confident in telling me he can get ruling in my favor. The last court date was over the phone. He had informed me before hand that I had unfortunately been assigned a judge notoriously known for denying these cases. She did just that. Still confident he explained that it wasn't over & he would file an appeal. Upon receiving information from the appeals comity it was a go. So my upcoming court date Mr. Dexter is positive it will rule in my favor. June 26 I will revise this post with the outcome.**UPDATE : Well, Mr. Dexter pulled a win in my favor. EXCELLENCE is the best thing I can say. If uve lost all hope, I strongly recommend CARR & CARR!!
