From day one, I’ve been extremely impressed with the compassion, professionalism and thoroughness I’ve experienced with the Law Office of Stipe and Belote. My lawyer, Jack and his legal assistant, Terri facilitated my worker’s compensation case over the past three years. Our phone conversations were followed up with written in depth explanations. I came here with a case that I honestly didn't think was worth anything, and I was quite pleasantly surprised! I filled out my form for a consultation Saturday night, and James Belote called me back the next day one Sunday to talk about my accident. They dealt with the insurance company and got me enough to be able to reset myself financially and finally recover from both my accident and having to pay for another car. Wonderful office! Everything was done via email, text, or phone call which made it easy for me. 100% reccomend!

I want to start by saying everyone in the office is very polite, very friendly, and very professional. however, Marcus took my case and went above and beyond with it. UPDATE : I have a SSI/disability case on going. I contacted Carr & Carr a year & a half ago due to the fact I had no one representing me the 1st two times my case was presented to the court. I informed Mr. Dexter with all my details & he agreed to represent me. He informed me that my case might be difficult, but was confident in telling me he can get ruling in my favor. The last court date was over the phone. He had informed me before hand that I had unfortunately been assigned a judge notoriously known for denying these cases. She did just that. Still confident he explained that it wasn't over & he would file an appeal. Upon receiving information from the appeals comity it was a go. So my upcoming court date Mr. Dexter is positive it will rule in my favor. June 26 I will revise this post with the outcome.**UPDATE : Well, Mr. Dexter pulled a win in my favor. EXCELLENCE is the best thing I can say. If uve lost all hope, I strongly recommend CARR & CARR!!

I called this firm at the referral of my personal injury lawyer. I’ve been dealing with SSA for 4 years now and have had little success. I was really hoping I could get some help from someone who knows the system well. Unfortunately, I called and spoke with their receptionist. She was very unhelpful. She was confused as to why I was calling if I already had a company handling my appeal. I explained to her that this was a mandated situation and the company handling it is who contracts with my LTD (long term disability company). She was standoffish and continued to express her perplexity as to why I would need Emily if I already have a team. I replied saying it didn’t seem like she was interested in helping people who are new to this process and don’t understand the intricacies of disability and wished her a good day. I’m very disappointed and caution anyone who is nervous or fearful of running into more blockades in their disability journey. This place showed me zero empathy or even curiosity into my situation.

After nearly a year of having no luck with insurance company. We hired Jason to deal with our minor child's, not at fault car accident in which he had another minor passenger. He took both kids cases in dealing with the at faults, non responsive insurance company.
Everything was handled in a timely, professional, confidential manner. He explained to the kids what his objective was, handled their questioning with ease & respect & explained the process. When it came time for court.... he eased their nerves w/again explaining the process.. they knew what to expect so it made their "day in court" easier.
The sitting judge also paid a compliment to Jason at the end of the hearing which helped assure us, we had made the right decision in counsel.

This attorney has not showed up has not communicated with the client or the family and he's been paid in full for cases that he hasn't entered as his attorney of record and has not done anything he did say. He has been a very bad example of how the attorney clie t relationship should be I do not recommend him I think he has too many irons in the fire. I think he should choose lawyer, judge, or representing oklahomans bc he is not doing anyone a great service. Less is more. Except for court dates he should show up cuz he's been paid in full. Don't hire don't hire don't hire Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice would be better.
