It's easy to see why Justin and his team have earned all the awards they have. They are honest and truly care about helping the people who reach out to them for assistance. I was in a car accident in May 2021. I was told by the insurance company of the person who hit me that because I wasn't injured, I would only receive $1,200 for potential doctors visits and $3,000 for the value of my truck. I told them they had no clue if I was injured or not because I hadn't gottenany scans of tests done yet, but my neck was hurting badly and I also told them I would be getting a lawyer. I contacted Justin from a referral a friend gave me. I'm extremely glad I contacted him and his team, because they took my accident seriously. I got tests done and went to professionals for my back pain. I found that I had bulging disc's and a tear in my spine. After a couple years of constant chiropractic care, shots in my back and many more appointments and missed work, my case was settled and for much more than what the insurance said I would get. I believe Justin and his team did a great job of handling my case and getting me fair compensation for the pain and damages I accrued over the last few years. I would recommend them to anyone who is involved in an accident!

I’m very lucky to have found this law firm. I’ve had big problems for a few years with the trustee of a trust I’m a beneficiary of, and if it wasn’t for my attorneys, Trent Reinert and Erin Robak, everything could’ve gone very differently. Their integrity, expertise, and tenaciousness saved the day more than once.
They are respectful, I feel like they actually care about me and my situation, and they don’t have to do that. I’ve dealt with three different terrible trust attorneys in Omaha over the last 5 years so it is refreshing and comforting to have two excellent attorneys on my side for the last six months while the trust is being distributed and closed soon. I will keep them as my attorneys.
I highly recommend these two for any trust work or litigation you need. Trent deals with trusts and accounting, and Erin is on the litigation side. They are truly top attorneys in Omaha.

I emailed Whitmore Law to establish my LLC as I had read online that they specialize in this. They had me fill out a form via email and pay, and then for weeks I heard nothing from them. I never got an email walking me through the process or timing or next steps. No status update at all until I reached out two weeks later. I had to reach out a few times over the next month to check in but they still had no update until I called to complain. They then put me in an email with Mr Whitmore who emailed me saying it has been formed for 2 weeks, but again no one had let me know.
I read reviews that they walked you through the steps and were very helpful in this process, but I got none of this and they were incredibly disappointing in all areas. I still don’t know the process or steps. Would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone forming an LLC.

I could not get a call back from Mr Wentz. He charged me 7,000 but I don't know if that was for the trust and will and although I have left texts and vm, he won't call me back and that has been true for the 3 years sine I hired him. Don't put your trust in him because he doesn't deliver

Case was a slam dunk, would've won the trial hands down. Charged 1,900$ upfront, was told it would cover everything but the trial. Pre trial plea bargain was basically no jail time and all the charges go away a year later, he told me i wouldn't be charged for the set aside that's written into the court order. Today, after the year has passed, i am being told it's another 750$ to do the set aside?? Scummy.. very scummy. Possibly a mistake due to a high work load, but this is not a new case and the services were already paid for upfront. It's like they forgot about their own word entirely, and now they are not interested in upholding the court order from the judge (set aside was written into the court order by the judge)

I wouldn't recommend another law firm. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout my case. I liked that he responded back to my inquiries right away. When he wasn't available to answer my questions his daughter was very helpful in getting the information I needed. He has a wonderful caring soul. Bob handled my case with professionalism and integrity from day one. When we first met he told me to concentrate on getting the care I needed and he said he would handle everything else. He checked in with me regularly to see how I was and to update me on the progress of my case. When the case was settled I was very please with the outcome. I know for a fact that I was able to receive a lot more than I would have received if I were representing myself. Bob knew what was available and made sure that I was compensated fairly. I was injured in an accident by an impaired driver which was quite overwhelming for me, since I sustained a fracture in my spine and my car was totalled. I highly recommend this firm. I spent quite a while attempting to complete the application on my own, but eventually gave up. I contacted a few firms, but Cavanaugh was the only one with both immediate availability and a willingness to help with the initial disability application. Turning it over to Cavanaugh Law Firm was a huge relief, as I was really stressed about the application.
I had numerous questions throughout the process, but neither Kathleen Smith nor Mary Kellogg ever sounded annoyed, which I truly appreciated. Kathleen Smith especially as she worked all the details. She was very dedicated to helping me through the entire enrollment process. She gave great advice and guidance for filling out forms required, handled and followed up with the Social Security Administration. She returned my emails and answered my questions quickly. All this got me my benefit so fast. I was like WOW! Literally, within a month I received my benefit and within another month, received approval for my disability benefit. Larry Jarvis assisted us with a green card and a citizenship application. He was so helpful and answered every question we had.
