Mr.Chianco went above and beyond to help my case with very timely and professional bussiness practices. Never did he miss a call or have any problems keeping me informed or answering my questions. He was very thorough in his work with contacting all party's of the case and keeping everyone informed, and with Mr. Chianco's help not only were we awarded the maximum payout but he also helped me get over $250,000 in hospital bills dropped to a much better price in a very timely manner. I have worked in the personal injury legal field for decades. I have been employed or subcontracted with the large firms that you see on television. I had the pleasure of being referred to this firm via a friend (a doctor) that's also in the business. Let me just say despite the ads that saturate all of us; bigger isn't necessarily better!! From the initial meeting with Leslie and her numerous updates on my case as it progressed with Margie Swope the pre-litigation handling attorney to the seamless transition to litigation attorney Scott Swope and his paralegal Julie; I couldn't have been more pleased! This part (litigation) is a key factor as there are firms out there that don't/won't litigate and big insurance knows which ones do and don't! This firm has that reputation and rightfully so! They won't back down and will fight for you! They exceeded my expectations and should I ever need experts in this field again; I will definitely utilize their superb services again!

Wendi is not only professional, but also personable and empathetically sensitive to your emotional state of mind. This is very important when you have never experienced a divorce in your past before contracting with her. My first conversations with her gave me a feeling of confidence that she was going to be a very good choice for me. Throughout the brief proceedings, she provided the guidance that I needed and was always open to suggestions from me, as well as consistently providing helpful answers to my questions. Between us, and her counseling, we devised an agreeable strategy that became a satisfying success in its outcome. And, as it turns out, seemingly for both sides, because it ended without any perceived animosities.
It would be a severe understatement just to only say that Wendi has what it takes to provide the best divorce advocate a person could expect because she excels at what she does and provides more certainty. My mother god rest her soul that was battling cancer during my case. Highly recommended her and as well and her staff. Made her experience least stressful as possible as well as very informing for her to help along with the process. The past review is from who I was battling in court, my which was my x family and who was just trying to hurt me more and hurt who was helping me through this difficult time. I hired a different attorney who was slow, not attentive, and never prepared for our meetings. I fired him and hired Wendi L Hall-Gonzales. Totally different experience. Excellent. Always responded to my questions. Very attentive. She was able to bring my divorce to an end in a timely fashion. It would have been faster had it not been for the one I was divorcing. I highly recommend Wendi L Hall-Gonzales.

We spoke to Mr. Smith and asked for his assistance with a small matter. He promised to take care of it in a matter of a couple of days and requested we pay his fee in advance, which we did. We never received any work product, Mr. Smith has gone completely silent and we have not received a refund despite multiple requests. This sums up our experience with this firm.

I just spoke with this Office about a class action lawsuit that I wanted to start. They denied it and these guys are supposed to be big on class action lawsuits but they did not want to pursue this one. They would not give a reason they just said they won’t assist. So they are a waste of time when it comes to class action lawsuits

If you're looking for a lawyer who gets the job done, fast and effectively, choose Todd Stern. I was a passenger in a car that was sideswiped by another vehicle that left me with neck and back injuries. The insurance company denied they were responsible and downplayed my injury. They offered me a laughably small amount of money for my case. I was then referred to Todd Stern and things took a turn for the better. Todd called and we had a thorough discussion about my case and you could tell Todd cared and listened . He knew exactly what the problem was with my neck and recommended which doctors to see to get me out of pain. He then filed suit and the other side denied they were at fault. Todd was able to force the other side to legally admit they were at fault, as he was able to skillfully argue my case and forced the two insurances involved to pay a settlement that has changed my life. Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I was hurt, and my own insurance company offered me virtually nothing. That’s where Todd Stern comes in. He thoroughly analyzed my case, legally and medically. He filed suit. He made sure all my medical issues were being addressed. He spoke with my doctors, got me the surgeries I needed by very qualified physicians, and helped me put my life back together again. He was very professional and attentive. I didn’t want to go into litigation, but he made me entirely comfortable and met with me for hours, and I was fully prepared. You could tell during my deposition that the opposing attorney had a lot of respect for him. When everything was said and done, my insurance company, who wanted to pay me virtually nothing, paid every cent available under each of my uninsured motorist policies from each accident!!
