Good day. Approx. 3 years ago me and my service dog were attacked by 2 pitbulls that were loose. My dog was almost killed and I sustained serious injuries that kept me incapacitated for months.
The dog's owner had no home owner's insurance and he would not cooperate. D'Oliveira and associates refused to take the case because there was no insurance. Attorney Morse took my case out of kindness and he did a fantastic job. He didn't have to take my case and I am eternally grateful for his help and insight. Professional, Caring, and Attentive it was worth saying twice. The title should say it all! About five years ago I was nearly killed in a workplace accident (2016). The accident left me in a scary place to say the least. When I was introduced to Peter my case had been started by another attorney. Long story short, Peter sat patiently while I rambled on about what happened to me. He formulated a general plan to start and presented it to me in a way that I could understand. Peter is a down to earth person that was always attentive and made me feel like I was his only client. When I decided to google, I found an article stating Robert Testa was suspended for drug charges in the 90s. Run as fast as you can.
