I got a traffic citation when traveling home from vacation. Cotten Law Firm handled my case for me so I didn’t have to travel 6 hours back to NC. Case was reduced to Improper Equipment. I recently had the pleasure of being referred to Victor Macam by another firm. I quickly noticed that he didn't have other ppl call me. He called me to introduce himself to me and asked for what he needed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and confident. He discussed my options and the details in depth. Always a great experience. Danielle (attorney) responds in a prompt matter and is always willing to answer my questions and give advice about needs that come up for clients and the real estate transactions. Desmond (paralegal) does a great job getting back to me and in a couple transactions this past week was amazing about keeping me in the loop (I'm sure I contacted him 15 times in a 2 day period). As an agent I appreciate their systems and the way I can keep up with every step of the transaction and interaction with my clients. Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy. As if facing the diagnosis wasn't bad enough, learning that the travel insurance company did not want to honor our claim was so disheartening and very aggravating and frightening. We stood to loose quite a bit of money. Stacy handled our case very professionally and with proficiency and kindness. He was very responsive to our needs and kept me well-informed about our progress. I had a 5-star experience with Brent Adams and Associates. Specifically, Attorney Diana Devine is amazing. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court. She called and spoke to me often, even gave me her personal cell phone number. Every step and process that came up we had a meeting beforehand that she explained everything so I could understand and helped me mentally prepare for what the defense would say or do. In the end we spent several hours together at a mediation, and she argued to settle my case for more than what I expected. I am very satisfied and would recommend any one with a personal injury case to call Brent and Associates. If I ever have another case (hopefully not) or know someone that might have a case, I will call Diana for help.

After I was struck and run over by a drunk driver, I tried to find a lawyer to represent me, but I was instead met only no callbacks and vague statements that their caseloads were full. Apparently my case was not simple or easy enough for other attorneys. I had just about given up trying to find representation when my father found the excellent reviews for Jason Burton and suggested that I give him a call. I'm exceedingly glad that I did.
Jason was incredibly professional and helpful during this particularly stressful time in my life. Jason listened carefully and provided excellent advice. I could not be happier with my choice of attorney. Because of Jason's efforts, I was awarded the maximum amount possible from both the drunk driver's insurance company and my own insurance plan's under-insured motorist coverage.
While I at first felt hopeless about being able to recover anything from the insurance companies, Jason turned that around. I highly recommend Jason Burton for any personal injury or accident case.

Late last summer, I was severely injured due to an unexpected “tustle” with a bouncer who blindsided me and hit me square in the jaw. I had no part of the altercation that happened outside of the bar that night and unfortunately got sucker punched by a huge bouncer. I went straight to the E.R. thinking this man had broke my jaw. Luckily months later, I recieved video evidence from someone spectating. I was not sure that anything would settle because of them being bouncers at a well established bar.... yet Jason was able to hear my case and help me settle with more than what i had endured. He listened to the full story and believed in me, gave me good advice and had excellent communication through the entire process. Jason is extremely good at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend giving this man a call for anyone with a personal injury!!

I had a closing where I sold a house and property where the buyer's agent wanted to use Midtown Law in Raleigh. I had no issues and in the interest of getting the deal done agreed. There were really no issues at closing other than receiving the funds just before close of business in a Friday but oh well. The problem arose when I received the property tax bill for that parcel 5 months after the closing date. I checked my closing documents and verified the funds were in fact withheld from my disbursement so I contacted the tax office. The tax office informed me to contact the closing attorney which was Midtown Law. I placed a call and was instructed there was NO WAY TO CONTACT the person I needed to see except email. I asked several times to speak with an officer of the corporation, the attorney that did the closing or anyone who could help me with no help from the attendant. I got the email and then promptly sent the property address as well as described the problem at hand and asked the person to call me to advise how to clear this up? I received an email telling me it was the new owners responsibility to pay the taxes and pretty much they were out of the loop. It seems they didn't care to help resolve the situation. I don't know how the new owners would even know they owe the taxes or the amount they owe? Midtown Law provided no way to contact the present owners even though they had to have that information in order to complete the closing. I guess it falls on me to do the job I paid them to do in the first place. I would not recommend this law firm . I guess if everything turns out right you'll have no problem but if you ever need to contact them to resolve an issue good luck. I'd be embarrassed if I were an associate.
