Always a great experience. Danielle (attorney) responds in a prompt matter and is always willing to answer my questions and give advice about needs that come up for clients and the real estate transactions. Desmond (paralegal) does a great job getting back to me and in a couple transactions this past week was amazing about keeping me in the loop (I'm sure I contacted him 15 times in a 2 day period). As an agent I appreciate their systems and the way I can keep up with every step of the transaction and interaction with my clients. One of the best experiences if not the best with a lemon law attorney, and I had two previous experiences.
He gave me very sound advice, and it was free which was strange and unexpected. He was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Additionally, he was calling me nearly every 2-3 weeks to check on the status of my matter, which he did not have to do at all. Again, all this was new to me and to my previous experiences with attorneys.

Stacy battled a travel insurance agency to get a full refund for me and my husband who was diagnosed with a progressive disease a couple of weeks before a big family trip to Italy. As if facing the diagnosis wasn't bad enough, learning that the travel insurance company did not want to honor our claim was so disheartening and very aggravating and frightening. I had a 5-star experience with Brent Adams and Associates. Specifically, Attorney Diana Devine is amazing. After fighting with the insurance company and suffering with pain for over 2 years, my case was sent to her in the litigation department to take it to court. She called and spoke to me often, even gave me her personal cell phone number. Every step and process that came up we had a meeting beforehand that she explained everything so I could understand and helped me mentally prepare for what the defense would say or do. In the end we spent several hours together at a mediation, and she argued to settle my case for more than what I expected. I am very satisfied and would recommend any one with a personal injury case to call Brent and Associates. If I ever have another case (hopefully not) or know someone that might have a case, I will call Diana for help.

Absolute Scam and Unprofessional Behavior
Jeremy,
I hired you to help with a bogus speeding ticket, where I have clear dash cam footage showing my speed, location, and the officer’s actions before and after the stop. The officer claimed I was going 80 in a 45, wrote the wrong location of the stop, and the speed limit on that road was actually 55. My speedometer was at 61, clearly shown on the dash cam. Yet, you had the nerve to tell me you could “maybe” reduce the ticket to a 14-over, despite knowing the entire ticket was a joke.
After this ridiculous introduction, I called the very next day—over a month before the court date—and requested a refund. Your desk lady assured me I’d get a full refund. But today, I get a call telling me the case was continued (even though I fired you), and now you’re only offering half of my payment back because you “spent 20 minutes” on my case? That’s a load of crap.
Then, to top it off you have the audacity to threaten me with legal action if I dispute this scam through my bank. You’re not even competent enough to handle a simple case like this and now you’re acting like a crook. I honestly feel bad for your firm that you’re so desperate for this money, but I’ll be sure to keep on sharing my experience the community.
Keep the half—you clearly need it more than I do.

After I was struck and run over by a drunk driver, I tried to find a lawyer to represent me, but I was instead met only no callbacks and vague statements that their caseloads were full. Apparently my case was not simple or easy enough for other attorneys. I had just about given up trying to find representation when my father found the excellent reviews for Jason Burton and suggested that I give him a call. I'm exceedingly glad that I did.
Jason was incredibly professional and helpful during this particularly stressful time in my life. Jason listened carefully and provided excellent advice. I could not be happier with my choice of attorney. Because of Jason's efforts, I was awarded the maximum amount possible from both the drunk driver's insurance company and my own insurance plan's under-insured motorist coverage.
While I at first felt hopeless about being able to recover anything from the insurance companies, Jason turned that around. I highly recommend Jason Burton for any personal injury or accident case.

Late last summer, I was severely injured due to an unexpected “tustle” with a bouncer who blindsided me and hit me square in the jaw. I had no part of the altercation that happened outside of the bar that night and unfortunately got sucker punched by a huge bouncer. I went straight to the E.R. thinking this man had broke my jaw. Luckily months later, I recieved video evidence from someone spectating. I was not sure that anything would settle because of them being bouncers at a well established bar.... yet Jason was able to hear my case and help me settle with more than what i had endured. He listened to the full story and believed in me, gave me good advice and had excellent communication through the entire process. Jason is extremely good at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend giving this man a call for anyone with a personal injury!!
