After an auto accident I got Mr Berman's number from my brother. Their legal team immediately went to work. They got my car fully repaired, placed me in a rental while the work was being done, made sure that I got all the medical treatment I needed, and got me a check. They handled everything every step of the way, and always made sure to keep me informed of what was going on. If you need an injury lawyer, this is the team you want. I contacted Mr Hoffman on behalf of company over a contractual dispute. The opposing party had developed a majority of their financial basis for indemnification on matters not relevant to actual contract law. Additionally, the opposing attorney had made numerous errors in their filing. What I’ve highlighted is just a small portion of what Mr Hoffman was able to point out quickly and change the direction of this discussion toward a mediation and a “reasonable” level to negotiate. I felt Mr Hoffman did what was in my companies best interest to make matters practical and not emotional. As a small business owner trying to get by, the last thing I want is to deal with nuisances of a frivolous lawsuit… having Mr Hoffman on my side certainly brought clarity and confidence how we could handle this matter without creating an unnecessary and complex trial out of this.
Another item to highlight is that Mr Hoffman was quick to return calls/emails. When I originally reached out, he answered his phone. Can’t say that about any of the other attorneys I inquired with and I reached to a handful.

Called him late one evening to inquire about how to obtain my business license. He didn't get annoyed that it was after working hours. Instead, he promised to look it up first thing the next morning and get back to me which he did. He provided me with all the information I needed to get my business license. 5 stars is all this website offers but he gets 20 stars from me.

Attorney Chester has been referred to me by the online Montgomery Bar Association Referral Service. NO THE PHONE REFERRAL SERVICE, I have to underline that because they are incredible and do they best to assist. Back to Mr.Chester! I contacted him for a Condo Association dispute. first thing on the phone, He asked me what is the management company, I told him and he answered: " the company is owned by a good friend of his". Without being an attorney I spotted a conflict of interest right at the beginning of the conversation and the end of the conversation attests it and the lack of objectivity of this attorney. He found normal for a management company to hold a storage key of an owner for 2 years, He found normal a management company don't have and hold accurate and update paperwork. That management provide a 1989 ( 35 YEARS OLD) contract to be applied on a newly owned property of 2020. and so on.
I definitely DO NOT recommend this attorney.
He doesn't go to court to represent you or the law he studied!!

After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.
I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, patient and very clear with every step of the way. All one has to do is follow his instructions. With his "know-how" and both of you working with his competent office staff, you'll quickly recognize that you're going to get the best results possible. He acts swiftly when necessary and knows when to ride out the process. This professional behavior is the result of a man who understands how to deal with the minutia of law.
As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. Will gets the "big picture" and what more could put you at ease than knowing you've found an attorney who will actively defend your legal woes for the best possible outcome. I keep reminding myself that it's difficult to see a big picture when you stand too close to it. It's necessary to stand back to observe all the techniques the artist used to create an image you can understand as a whole.

Honestly the best lawyer I have ever had! Hoping you never need one, but if you do then call him today! This was my second DUI charge and 1. He never made me feel bad 2. Gave me facts only and told me realistically what could happen. 3. Followed up periodically and let me know everything what was happening and basically held my hand the whole way.

A few years ago, I was the victim of a hit and run accident in Silver Spring, MD. The driver fled the scene after hitting my left leg, under the influence of opiates prescribed for his mental illness. I was left terrified and alone with an ACL tear. Luckily, I was able to memorize the driver’s license plate.
Upon consultation with Mr. Morgenstern, all was well and I was told everything was rather clear cut and could be easily handled. When I met without Mr. Morgenstern in person as an African-American woman, I was suddenly met with apathy.
Mr. Morgenstern stepped away from litigation of my case and gave the job to one of his partners. The man was so rude and condescending I honestly forgot his name. He looked at me with disgust during my deposition, looked at me with astonishment when I told him I was a college student on an honors scholarship, and repeatedly told me to fix my posture and general appearance during court.
Without my knowledge, Morgenstern and his partner worked directly with the defendant’s lawyers to come up with a mutual process to effectively dismiss the case. I watched before my trial as Morgenstern paid more attention and care to the lawyer he was supposed to be defending me against. It was demoralizing and wholly unacceptable.
During deposition the driver who hit me stated on record that he had even been in a vehicular incident similar, killing a deer. Almost three years of giving me the run around regarding my case, Thomas contacted me the last week before the statue of limitations expired, and informed me that he couldn’t proceed with my case. I have sent him numerous emails and left him hundreds of voice mails but he never contacted me whatsoever.
