I see all these great reviews about Will Flores and I’m not sure how accurate these are.
I had a car accident case which Elliot was handling. Elliot from one day to the next left the firm which was very strange and then Will takes over my case. He calls me and is on the phone with me for about 45 minutes. He tells me how we’re going to move forward with my case and pretty much it was all lies. Melissa calls me the following week and tells me Will is dropping my case because the insurance company wasn’t going to pay. I was in complete shock because what Will told me was completely different than what Melissa was telling me. The weird thing is he knew the insurance company wasn’t going to pay because we talked about it and his plan was to send me for another mri and a chiropractor. Once we get the results we sue because he said even if the insurance company offers anything it’s going to be low.
This was a very simple car accident. If anyone saw my videos it’s obvious this wasn’t my fault. Will even agreed this wasn’t my fault and so did Elliot before he left.
Anyways, After this situation he is probably the biggest liar and most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND WILL FLORES TO ANYONE.
I’m not sure if he’s crazy or just a compulsive liar. Either way horrible guy to do this to anyone.

This lawyer is a straight up thief. Will tell you want to hear to collect the money. He tells all his clients to leave a review (before the case is resolved) all the reviews are fabricated. He doesn’t know when your next court date will be. If you hire this guy you might as well just hang it up! Do not hire this liar

David and his excellent staff helped me navigate my way through an arduous probate process. He absolutely has the knowledge and expertise to guide you through what can be a very complex maze of legal requirements. No two probate cases are alike, but by taking the time to listen to you and the specifics of your case, David can recommend the best way to handle your needs. He and his staff are not only very knowledgeable but also very warm and compassionate people. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is an overwhelming experience. I was referred to Coleman Law Group by a Physician I was seeing after a car accident. The point of contact person was a nice individual on the phone and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me to recover from the accident. Though a minor one, the impact on my physical and professional life was sufficient enough to pursue legal compensation. However, over time, and more time and even more time, it became increasingly apparent my point of contact person had little experience and I was given next to no guidance or attention. There was always another random person contacting me from their Firm with the same questions over and over again. It was so frustrating. Then I was told that they would be handing my case over to another Firm which led me to understand that they were incapable of delivering on their commitments. I was discouraged but then was given spectacular care, attention and guidance that led to an agreeable resolution to my Case and finally allowing me to move on with my life after working a brief but productive time with The Walker Law Group. Best thing that The Coleman Law Group did for me was hand me over to them. I was just disgruntled that Coleman was compensated more for very little contribution.

I had a traffic violation and wanted to avoid points removal from my license. I simply didn’t want my insurance to go up. Jim took my case and I did not have to move a finger. Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

I came to Mr. Scott after my auto injury. I was in a lot of pain, and was unsure on what to do. Mr. Scott explained to me the medical ramifications that I can be exposed to if I did not seek medical treatment. We started my case and I received the treatment that I needed. A severe hail storm rolled through our neighborhood in the summer of 2020.
That following spring, several of our neighbors had their roofs replaced due to damage inflicted by the storm.
We reached out to a contractor who worked with our insurance company so that we could also replace our storm damaged roof. Over the course of a few months our contractor went back-and-forth with the insurance company showing them time and time again—proof of significant damage which had left the integrity of our roof compromised. Meanwhile, more and more of our neighbors we’re having new roofs installed just about every week.
It was infuriating.
It wasn’t until we reached out to Michael Labbee with PHL for help and guidance as an intermediary in the process that we made any traction.
In fact, it was almost immediate.
