When my sisters informed me that our grandfather’s caretakers had changed his will to their benefit two years before he passed at 103 and that they wanted to hire an attorney to fight it, I was on board. We hired Evans Law Firm. Due to my work schedule, I was rarely able to attend the many phone calls but I was on all the email correspondence. My siblings and I hired Evans Law Firm after we discovered our grandfather’s caretakers had our 101-year-old grandfather change his trust. Evans Law Firm immediately took our Elder Financial Fraud and Abuse case. Ms. Evans has a no-nonsense way of getting to the point, but she does so because she can so clearly see the injustice and it infuriates her. She will then use that as motivation to dig out the truth. And did she! She was a forced to be reckoned with during the depositions and the amount of subpoenaed info she and her team combed through was incredible. Ms. Evans was able to secure a very uncommon FULL settlement in our favor. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Ms. Evans and Evans Law Firm.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn't expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there's a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be 'pleased'. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

My husband and I recently settled a five year long injury case against a major corporation. This accident not only destroyed our lives but our son in law also sustained very similar injuries to my husband. We believe their injuries were sustained from a product failure.

If you are an adult as I am now and were victimized you need to call Sandra Ribera. Sandra will be sensitive to your emotional state, willingness to listen and very attentive to detail. Working with Sandra and her colleagues was by far the best experience I had regarding a legal matter! She helped me navigate a complex and very personal case. Which required a deep understanding of very intimate elements. Sandra showed great empathy, always treated me with dignity and respect. Navigating the US legal system as a foreigner is anxiety inducing. Having the right attorney is vital! Sandra, on top of being super competent, has a great personality. After a life threatening injury accident, I very nearly tried to settle with the driver's insurance company on my own. What a mistake that would've been, but the lawyers I'd interviewed were more like car salesmen than legal advocates. Soon after I started making a tragic series of uninformed decisions, I had the good fortune to meet Jason. I must have seemed overly cautious, but he stuck with me, taking time to explain everything. His larger than life personality is more than perfectly genuine, it's perfectly suited to his profession.
At every turn, Jason clearly knew his stuff, from legal nooks and crannies to the maelstrom of hospital/doctor/fire dept billing depts, and insurance adjusters (one after another). Jason is a master communicator, forthright, practical, and shrewd.
To find a trusted lawyer is even more important than finding a trusted mechanic. The trauma, stress and uncertainty I'd been dealing with steadily faded and I was able to get back to my life! Even as we continued to wait on the other side, Jason would phone me with status updates and include me in his thought process.
Jason works incredibly hard. Even after we'd arrived at a settlement, meaning his fee was a known quantity, Jason continued to work on my behalf, pursuing billing inconsistencies that, once resolved, resulted in even more of the settlement coming to me. I was referred to Wesley Wakeford in the fall of 2007 by a retiring personal injury attorney that did not have adequate time to devote to my case. I had recently been hit by a car and in addition to suffering from nerve damage, trauma and not being able to work, the insurance companies were unwilling to compensate me for my medical bills and associated expenses due to a discrepancy in the police report. I needed to find an expert to assist me with navigating the case and Mr. Wakeford came highly recommended. Despite my lack of financial resources Wesley was wiling to work with me and saw to it that I was able to receive consistent medical care by arranging a lien for services with my various healthcare providers. This ability to receive regular, ongoing medical attention allowed me to fully recover from the accident and years later I am confident that I received both the best healthcare and legal assistance possible. I found it pleasurable working with Wesley Wakeford as he was the first really good lawyer that I've ever met. Most of the legal professionals seemed, politically biased, semi-professional, and arrogant. I would think that such an important service would attract the most highly rated, professional people. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
My experience with Mr. Wakeford gave me a new view of the world of law. While I'm sure he did not make a great deal of money with my case; not once did I get the impression that I was not as important as the next client. Mr. Wakeford worked very hard to assist me in getting through the process as easily as possible. My automobile accident left me injured, angry, and confused but with the help of The Wakeford Firm things got sorted out in a clear and equitable manner. I also find it very interesting that Wes was there to guide me through Doctor Visits, car rentals, insurance matters and settlement negotiations. I had virtually no experience in these matters, but it was obvious to me that I had one the most caring and skillful lawyers around to help me.
