I was rear ended and the other driver didn't have insurance. I was injured and Chris and his team helped me to get my car fixed and set me up with medical care. They also made sure I got paid for the inconvenience of my car accident. They kept checking up on me and gave me timely updates on the progress of my suit. Chris and Jayne showed that they care and took care of almost everything while I recovered. I hope I won't have to use their services again but if I need to I will use them again. We had a pregnancy and delivery-related malpractice issue, and we were referred to Ikuta Hemesath to help us with our case. From the beginning, Janna was very professional, empathetic to the distress we went through, and, as the case progressed, Janna was there every step of the way, regularly checking in with us and answering any questions we had. In the end she not only successfully negociated our case, but she greatly exceeded our expectations and even managed to get an apology letter. That alone went a long way to making us whole again after our ordeal. Mr. Anderson was simply stellar. I had a justified but very challenging Lemon Law case - which scared away most of the other lemon lawyers I spoke with. I was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision in 2022 and I had initially hired one of those "billboard injury lawyers". Thankfully a family friend / personal chiropractor referred me to Mr. Rolnicki and I was able to get my case switched. From the beginning, he took control of my case and handled everything. I was involved in a serious auto accident where the other driver was at fault. When I tried to handle the claim on my own, the other driver's insurance started playing games with me.

I got rear ended as I was sitting at a red light by someone who fell asleep behind the wheel. It was my first accident and I was pretty rattled. Since the accident wasn't my fault, my attorney, Lance Rupp was able to get me treated and I was compensated as well. Let me preface this by saying that this is the first time that I had ever needed an attorney so I have nothing to compare it to so therefore the 4 star rating. This should in no means reflect Mr. Hughes's knowledge, skills, or talents in any way.
My dealings with Mr. Hughes went very well.
He was very understanding of my situation and helped me through a very difficult time in my life after the fall out from my car accident.
Would I hire Mr. Hughes again? In a heartbeat.
The only suggestion I would offer to anyone who is getting ready to litigate is to keep accurate documents and files. Because I did this this, we both received a better outcome.

After being involved in a minor motor vehicle accident (I was rear ended on the highway), a friend referred me to Mr. Hughes. At the time, I wasn't interested in contacting an attorney as I didn't feel my injuries were significant. However, after a few days, it became evident that my injuries were more serious than I had originally thought. I was diagnosed with whiplash and my doctor referred me for physical therapy. On top of an already hectic lifestyle and now physical therapy appointments twice weekly, I had little time and emotional energy to deal with the insurance company myself. I reluctantly contacted Mr. Hughes just to see if there was something he could do to help me.
Not being a litigious person, I was apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised with Mr. Hughes' knowledge, professionalism and considerate nature. He explained the process to me, along with the expected outcome.
