I retained Stone Rose Law to represent me for a personal injury matter. I'm also an injury adjuster and after dealing with a certain commercial carrier who low balled me I retained Colby and his team and he was clear, kind, and committed to pursue this claim for the justice and compensation I deserved.

I had been involved in a car accident where the other driver was cited (at fault) causing significant personal injuries and totaling my car. Settlement was quick regarding the car, however, a less than adequate dollar amount was offered for myself. I knew I now needed legal counsel. I was repelled by the bombardment of legal TV ads. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!
He was also very pleasant to work with, and very ably explained the topics that we needed to focus on.

Craig was one of many lawyers I interviewed for the wrongful death lawsuit of a family member at an Assisted Living Facility. Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Due to him I was able to recover from my accident, have proper care, and make a little bit of money to pay off my new car and still have left over. I had a rough accident two years ago. The driver at fault didn’t have his own insurance. However, the person who owned the vehicle that (Driver at fault was driving). Had insurance but it was liability. So I think you know where I am going with this. I was pretty much at a loss. I had a friend who recommended Wade and Nysather P.C to me. I was in a tough spot, spoke to them I was able to get my old loan on my vehicle paid off because of them. Also get a pay out after all said in done. I had a nice lady Sara! Hi, I am a client of Ms. Pelletier. Back in August 2014 my boyfriend and I encountered a problem with our landlord leading into a case to the court. We went to do our response, and from there I didn't know how to proceed on the case. I had used the internet to find a lawyer to see what we could do, but had no luck. Then I remembered that there was an office downtown Phoenix, near the courts called Legal Community Services. I filled out an application to see if I qualified to have a lawyer to look at my case. About a week or 2 went by, when I received a phone call from the secretary for Ms. Janis Pelletier. She called me, met with me in person. We spoke about my case, about what we could do and what was the next step. As a result, the landlord we had took us to court for nonpayment for rent, electricity and accusing us of tampering with an APS electric meter. Our lawyer, Ms. Pelletier, helped us by filing a motion to dismiss. The case was dismissed, and then the landlord refiled against us in a total of 3 times. By, the second time the landlord refiled against us, the case was transferred to an arbitrator. From there, I contacted our lawyer, and she filed for another motion to dismiss. once again, the case was dismissed. On January 6th, the landlord refiled against us once more. I communicated with Ms. Pelletier, and she was kind to file another motion to dismiss. Finally, our case is dismissed and closed. Ms. Pelletier is a great, kind, communicative, and caring person. I met Karl through my employee assistance program and after one meeting I hired him. Prior to hiring Karl I had lost my 3 year old case with my HOA who had a civil judgment of over $12,000.00 against me, and a lien against my property. The HOA was also seeking garnishment of my earnings. Several other law firms who reviewed the case recommended that I pay the judgment, or file bankruptcy. Mr. Page helped me to settle my car accident claim against two very difficult insurance companies. It was a long process due to its complication, but Mr. Page walked me through the whole process. At one point, he told me if this were going to the court, he would still stick to our original engagement letter (you know most attorneys charge differently for the trial) just because he could not stand what the insurance company was trying to do on my claim. Fortunately, my case got satisfactorily settled without going to the court. I think he probably should have retired by now, but I would highly recommend him because he knows what he does and more importantly, he has the ethics that are the key to everything. Marcus Finefrock has been my daughtors court appointed attorny for almost a year never returns phone calls, has been telling her he is going to scedual a settlement confrence for 3 months and each court date is continued. He has done absolutly nothing to help my daughtor and her case. he is the worst lawyer I have ever came across. He misses court dates and has failed to even communicate anything about my daughtors case with her.
