Jared Matz and his team are the greatest! This was me and my husband's first time ever, dealing with a situation where we had to get a lawyer involved. There were some trying times where we began to get a bit anxious and frustrated. Bills were piling up fast, and we just wanted things to be wrapped up quickly. I even felt at times that Jared forgot about us when we didn't hear from him. But with much prayer, God helped us to be patient. I had to realize that Jared was doing everything to help us. We trusted him and his team to handle not just 2 separate claims, but also 2 separate settlements for each of us. We're so grateful and thankful that we put our trust in the right Law Firm. Jared and his team here at Matz Injury Law Firm, went above and beyond to fight for us and we were extremely pleased with the end result. Just a few days shy of 2 years since our accident, we received our settlements. It was definitely worth the wait. What I learned from this experience is to just let our lawyer do his job and not interfere. He knows what he's doing and he has our best interests at heart. Upon receipt, he contacted me immediately, offering his opinion and advice. He was very thorough and explained the financial and legal considerations for each decision. The title says it all. From the first phone call to the settlement, Lloyd Pont and his staff have been with us through the post accident ordeal, using the court when the insurance company refused to settle. He’s not a loudmouth TV pitchman like some others. Rather, he is an experienced personal injury lawyer who gets the job done without the noise and fanfare. Highly recommended.

Ezra Goldman gave me my life back. His knowledge of the intricacies of the law is almost like a sixth sense. He could see things that I would never ever notice or consider in a lifetime of reflection. I have a tendency to be a walking(sometimes rolling)ball of stress and anxiety. He handled me well.
I am ignorant of a lot of things, but Mr. Goldman was able to help me make sense of of it all, guide me in the right direction with patience and care with aplomb. He put me at ease as much as humanly possible as legal counsel can be whilst surely being prohibited from making promises. His confidence gave me confidence.
While I hope to never need his services again. I would not for moment hesitate seek him out if need be, and I highly recommend him to anybody finding themselves up against a wall.
I feel like I can breath again because Mr. Goldman was there when I needed him most.

My former attorney had withdrawn from my auto accident case and I contacted Attorney Hawkins to take over the case. He called me personally reassuring me that he was highly qualified to represent me in this matter making plan to sign on as my attorney. This after many other attorneys refused to take this case. When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. Without him I don't think we would be near this prepared for our upcoming court date. It is nice to know there are people who do this job because they genuinely want to help others. I was in a motorcycle accident in Florida with my boyfriend that was driving the motorcycle. I lady pulled out in front of us from a side road. We were unable to stop and she hit us. I went over the front of her car and my boyfriend was thrown from the bike. I broke my right arm, I have a plate and ten screws in it and spent three days in the hospital. He broke his leg, ribs, and face & internal injuries, he has double vision in his eye that will never get better. He had two surgeries on his leg and has a rod in it. He spent three weeks in the hospital. I called Mr. Buckfire's office and he started the paper work before we even left the hospital. We had Mr. George Burke as our lawyer and he was great. If we had any questions we could call him and he would help us right away we never had to wait. Our claim was settled in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him.

My wife and were leisurely riding our motorcycle with my brother and sister in-law on their bike. An individual in a car crossed the centerline on a 2 lane country road, and put all four of us in the hospital. My wife got the worst of it. She was flown to the hospital and nearly died. She is now a quad with an amputated leg. Our family contacted Jason and he took care of all our needs, and has been helping us for the past 12 plus years as needed. Jason is an attorney that I would confidently recommend to anyone. A great attorney, and a great person.

I was injured in a car accident caused by an uninsured driver. While sitting at a red light, waiting to turn left, the driver wasn't paying any attention and plowed into the rearend of my car. It was a severe accident, totalling my vehicle and leaving me unconscious. When I came-to, I was being attended to by emergency medical providers and the police were there. I had no recollection of what happened. I was confused about what was going on and people were asking me questions that I could answer. Let me tell you, when that happens to you, the anxiety and worry starts immediately. I was in intense pain from my neck and shoulder for many months and my medical bills were adding up. I could not work for quite awhile, but as a self-employed person I had to figure out how to get my work done. Compounding all of this was the fact that the other driver had no insurance. I call Jason Waechter, whom a friend of mine said was the guy to talk to about car accidents and uninsured drivers. I'm glad I did, because my own insurance company was doing everything they could to get out of paying. You would be shocked at the lengths insurance companies will go to in order to stick it to you when you need them. Jason wouldn't let that happen. In Michigan, when you're in a car accident and the other driver doesn't have insurance, you have to go to your own insurance company for compensation. It's how Michigan no-fault works (make sure you are properly covered in case of uninsured motorist accident). My own aut insurance company did not want to pay anything but the absolute minimum they could get away with, forcing us to bring a lawsuit against them. Believe me, you want Jason on your side if you ever have to do a lawsuit against your insurance company. While they made ridiculously low offers, Jason was putting together a real case. He tried to settle with them several times, but they continued to balk. When we went in for our pretrial conference, and he discussed his case with them, the insurance company lawyers all of a sudden changed their minds. Jason held them to the grindstone, he came out with a settlement that was tens of thousands of dollars more than his previous offers of settlement. I was very pleased with his methodical work, his communications, and his ability to reason with the parties involved. I even more pleased that he was able to get me the compensation I needed. Thank you so much, Jason!
