Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem. During a consult with Sara, she suggested I go to the Spine Clinic, and she set up an appointment for me. At the appointment they found what was causing the problem and within 45 days I was having surgery and it resolved my problem. Sarah closed up with the Insurance Company's and all the costs related to the accident and surgery were taken care of. Sara did all the work and we were blessed by having her as our advocate. When my insurance company was not returning my calls I wasn’t sure what to do. I was injured in an auto collision, the other driver was uninsured. Hi my name is Steve and I made a serious mistake and chose to drink and drive.
I first met Dallas, I was in terrible emotion shape but Dallas was so professional and actually cared about my well being that I was completely blown away.

I can not even begin so say what an impact this did for me!
I was able to keep my Job and continue to drive.
Dallas saved me on the State part of a Dui and then he introduced me to one of the finest ladies I have ever met for the civil part of the incident .
This lady's name is Jennifer Fassbender. Jennifer also treated me with complete professionalism and respect. Her approach made me feel like she truly cared. I did commit a very serious violation to the great people of Spokane and the State of Washington but she helped me get through this tragedy with hope and a better understanding of what I had done.
The court system made me jump through a lot of hoops that are law I.E. The blower thing in the car and stuff like but she professionally protected me.
Next because of this Dui stuff my wife said she wanted a divorce. I do not agree with my wife's decision but Jennifer suggested Julia Pelk she was equally awesome.
Julia and her associate were so again professional and I did not even have to appear in court. Thay handled everything.

When I recieved my DUI charge the first person I contacted was Dallas Cooney and because of the severity of my charge (2nd strike) Dallas took the case personally. Boy was it worth it to have Dallas and his team on the case. I was facing certain jail time and years of restrictions if not a complete loss of driving priviledges. It was very serious but Dallas managed to take what looked like an open and shut DUI case for the prosecution and have my ticket reduced to a Reckless Driving Charge with substantially less consequences as my DUI charge would have been. Needless to say the entire experience has "scared me straight" and I would never drink and drive again if drink at all! Dallas was always straight with me and kept the worst possible scenerio at the forefront of my mind and when I recieved a letter from the Department of Licensing that all charges had been dropped against me I just couldn't believe my good fortune. Now was the next test of the criminal charges. Somehow Dallas was able to come to an understanding with the prosecutor and my charge was reduced to a reckless driving ticket which itself had some pretty stiff penalties but nothing compared to the original charge. It felt like a miracle. In fact it was. Dallas was great to work with and very personable. Though he kept me abreast of the severity of the charges and possible consequences he always seemed to inspire confidence regardless of the outcome. I just felt the entire time that I had the best possible person in my court. The fact is, even if the outcome was not as favorable as it ended up being for me, I couldn't think of another attourney I would have represent me. Just an amazing experience all the way around and the result being a reduced charge and a changed man all at the same time. Thank you Dallas.

I have never had a lawyer before of this caliber. I'm a disabled Veteran and had run into so many road blocks. I was referred by another attorney who didn't handle Veterans Disability. I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. Ezra helped us with a malpractice-type suit. In hearings as well as in our conversations, he never once said or suggested anything other than providing a completely honest report. Often in these cases things resolve to he said, she said, but Ezra was able to provide definitive evidence bolstering our case leading to the win. His MO is every situation was to uphold the truth regardless of whether or not it may have detracted from our case, which resulted in establishing our credibility and accuracy regarding the issue at hand. He also repeatedly gave us emotional support to continue forward with the trial even when we pushed to just be done with it all. 1) Drivers in Washington do not receive points on their license because Washington does not use a points-based system. Rather, drivers in Washington can have their license suspended for violations like DUIs, lapses in insurance coverage, or 3 serious offenses in 5 year
2)This does not change the offense from a moving violation to a non moving so my insurance is still taking the same hit
3) after speaking with my insurance agent he tells me that the difference in tickets will actually save me $0 on my coverage
This deal was made more so to behoove your firm than it was made so on behalf of me (your client). Please consider giving me some sort of reimbursement for this. I think we can all agree that this isnt what happens in most contested hearing situations.

My lawyer's approach to my speeding ticket felt like a joke. Instead of providing proper representation, she took an easier route by converting it into a non-moving violation using a fabricated offense. This decision resulted in much higher fines. What's worse, she didn't contest it to lower the penalty, leaving me paying around five times more than the original fine including lawyer fees of $250.
The lack of communication was frustrating—I wasn't informed about this strategy at all. Had I known, I would've strongly objected. It's clear this move was intentionally aimed at avoiding fee refunds due to the website's (through which I hired here) money-back guarantee. Instead of giving proper representation they settle for such things and call it a SUCCESS!
Opting to pay the original fine of $70 could've led to my insurance forgiving the violation, saving me over $500. Overall, this experience was disappointing and lacked the professionalism I expected.

I received a speeding ticket in a neighboring county. This was my first ticket and I was unsure about what to do. After giving Anna my ticket as well as my contact information, I didn't have to worry about it anymore. Once they got to the resolution point, they reached out to me and explained everything. They explained that a dismissal was not an option because the police report for my case was airtight, but that they would be able to amend my ticket to a non-moving violation instead of a speeding ticket. This ensured that my insurance did not go up which is exactly what I was hoping for. I have recommended them to everyone I know, and they have all been happy with their results as well.
