Mr. Soto was professional, courtesy and extremely aggressive. He obtained a settlement of six figures for me, and helped me when no one else would. Sherry handled a very convoluted slip and fall case against the State of Florida (won an in-line--of-duty pension) and the State's contractor who was responsible for the conditions that caused my injuries (liability settlement). Other more "famous" attorneys turned my case down saying the contractor couldn't be sued. It could, was, and Sherry won.

Mr. Damessous was very helpful in getting the results I was seeking. He was there for me but while in court was helpful in finding other solutions for other families as well. The father of my child is demanding mediation through this firm, & just this morning, I've been sent 5 or 6 conflicting emails on whether our meeting is going to be via Zoom or in person. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.

I hired Mr. Graham after an accident in which my car was totaled and I received injuries which caused loss of income, required surgery, and resulted in pain that will seemingly be with me for the rest of the life. This was a very depressing experience, but he and his assistant were there with me every step of the way and in addition to representing my interests, kept my spirits up. I had a positive experience with Mr. Graham. He was very helpful after I was in a car accident. I was not familiar with the law in a "no fault" state and I needed assistance in order to get the treatment I needed . All of the staff there are very professional and have helped me through this whole process with ease! I was in a car accident and even my own insurance company was against me and trying to give me the short end of the stick in every turn! Then I hired this outstanding law firm and that all changed. Immediately my truck was paid for when before that they wanted to give me 8,000 on a truck worth 3 times that much. Boom! They got me my full value and quick. Then Henry and Renee worked with me for every step until I got what I deserved. I am very happy with them and I would trust them for ANY case in the future. Also Jimmy came to my mediation just to make sure I was taken care of so having 2 attorneys behind me made me feel very appreciated and cared for. He also recommended a good movie for me to watch later on that night that turned out to be a great pic so that was just icing on the cake. I hired Mr. Fasig after hearing good things about his firm. After signing the contract with them, everything changed. James soon passed my case to an inexperienced attorney who did a poor job representing me. I was very unhappy with the outcome and with the way the firm neglected my needs. They did not put forth any effort to maximize my settlement or even try to negotiate a higher outcome. James never even took the time to meet me or even shake my hand. He did not provide any good legal advice for me and i would not recommend hiring him. I was very disappointed with this firm and Mr. Fasig.

If I could give more than a 5 star review for Jimmy (James) Gustafson with Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart and Shipley, I certainly would. Jimmy worked extremely hard from day one on my case.
He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with incredible experience on all types of cases.
Jimmy made time to personally answer each and every question I had throughout the entirety of my case. If he didn’t know an exact answer (as I asked every question under the moon), he would quickly go out of his way to find the answer for me. I trusted him with bringing justice to my case and he persevered in every way possible to do just that. As my case required filing a claims bill and going through the long and tedious sovereign immunity process, most attorneys in our local area did not have the knowledge to take on my case. Jimmy and his firm, however, were top notch at knowing every aspect of successfully getting my claims bill passed. No amount could ever make up for what I went through and continue to physically and mentally endure from my accident, but I do feel justice was served thanks to Jimmy Gustafson and his firm working diligently on my case from start to finish.

I hired Mr. Karpinski on 11/26 to represent my grandson. He assured me he was well connected with the State Attorney and could resolve the case. In December by zoom meeting in 45 seconds he told the judge he had not received the case yet, understandable. January by zoom was a repeat of December. February he told the judge by zoom, again 45 seconds, he had just gotten the case and had not had a chance to review. In the meantime he did not interview my grandson and ignored all but one of his calls. My grandson's wife finally got in touch with him and gave him information in a 3 minute telephone call and Mr. Karpinski told the judge in that zoom meeting he was interviewing witnesses. I then wrote Mr. Karpinski a letter expressing my disatisfaction with his handling of the case. I did not hear from him. I then called him to discuss progress, he did not return my call. Finally on the morning of the April zoom meeting I contacted people involved with the case and found he had not tried to interview anyone and I texted Mr. Karpinski to say he was fired. THEN HE CALLED ME. He said he called an outside vendor and they might be willing to take my grandson as a client once again, but he had not gotten a definitive answer from them and oh well he hadn't talked to the State Attorney about it either yet. At that point I had paid him $2100.00. I amassed the telephone time he spent with me, my grandson, his wife, and estimated the time of the outside vendor at 15 min. to be generous. I have any emails I sent him. He never could associate my name, with my grandson's case so if he read over the case, I doubt he read it in depth. I am being generous to say he spent an hour and a half on the case in total. I told him I expected a refund of most of the money I paid him considering his hourly rate, I thought $1500 refund was fair. It has been two and a half months and he has not even called to offer an excuse why he hasn't repaid the money. It's pretty good to take on clients, take their money and do little for it. You could make a fairly good living at it.
