If you are researching attorneys before you sign a contract, count your lucky stars that you have found Rabb and Rabb. I had a very expensive, negative personal injury experience at another law firm, and the staff and attorneys at Rabb and Rabb helped me navigate the fallout from that; and they competently handled the UIM portion of my claim. I would ONLY use Rabb and Rabb in the future for any legal needs (God forbid). They are professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and capable. They went above and beyond to keep me from being taken (complete) advantage of by my former insurance company, (Connect/Ameriprise), and they courteously answered about a thousand of my questions on all aspects of my case. They did everything they promised in their contract and over the phone, they did it nicely and effectively, and all their communications, court filings, and meetings were prompt and correct. They know their business and they treated me like a real human being. I am thankful to have found them, and I now know how an honest law firm is supposed to handle a collision/personal injury claim! I was referred to Marc Bleaman to help me with my claim for a car accident -- I was rear-ended. He was always very responsive and quick to address all my follow up questions. Even though we did not receive a settlement offer we expected, Marc offered to lower his fees and was able to negotiate reducing my medical fees as well. Everyone I interacted with in his office was very helpful as well.

Of all the attorneys I ever worked with- this individual was one of the most helpful individuals I ever met in my life., I am a physician - I had a problem with an administration playing games that are not uncommon in Tucson. Hardy understood the problem even after my meandering attempt to explain the problem. He was able to see the problem clearly and took the appropriate steps to get the problem administration- to understand their behavior was unprofessional and was inconsistent with their own policies and procedures- and their unrealistic demands to try and get us to work several additional hours without proper compensation represents harassment. Although the same agency is still harassing their current staff- Hardy's help put the agency on notice. It allowed me and several others to escape the poor working conditions they were imposing on their entire staff. Without Hardy's help- the agency would of kept making unfair and unrealistic demands on the staff and myself. Before consulting with Hardy- the agency was ignoring its own policies and procedures - and making unfair demands at their staff. Staff who did not follow these demands were fired and threatened they agency would report this to the employees licensing board. The agency removed important protections for the workers that was written in clear language in their policy and procedures. Hardy made it clear to the agency they were in violation of their own rules. After his notification- several of us were able to successfully get out of our contracts because their demands were in clear violation of policy. When we tried to point this out to the administration before I consulted Hardy- the administration used smoke and mirrors to justify their improper demands. After Hardy made it clear that the agency was violating their own policy with their demands the administration quickly backed away from their demands and most of the staff who were effected - were able to leave the agency. If it was not for Hardy- this would never of happened- and we would of been forced to work in a hostile environment.
I recommend Hardy without any reservations- he really saved many of our staff and myself from continued harassment from the agencies medical director and her distorted use of the agencies own guidelines.

My experience working with John Leader could not have been better! My case (including all of the Appeals) lasted over 7 years. Throughout the entire process (which was very emotional and difficult for me), John was knowledgeable, communicative, yet understanding and comforting in regards to what I was going through. Last but not least....we won our case (which had never been done before against this entity), and prevailed through 3 appeals! The judgement exceeded all of our expectations. While I would trade it all in a heartbeat, I would not have wanted to go through this ordeal with anyone else! John is a wonderful attorney... & person!

Jim Penney has successfully assisted with multiple unfortunate civil issues encountered here in Southeastern Arizona.
In a government position, a female co-worker made bogus accusations that she had been sexually harassed. When it came time for the deposition, she suddenly had a severe case of amnesia and in fact became quite angry when Jim caught her in her insatiable scenario of lies.
At a retail store, a female manager kept using unwelcomed words of endearment such as “hon, daring, sweetie…” when we were not dating. After multiple requests to stop such conduct, termination was the ultimate punishment. Jim was able to obtain a “Right to Sue Letter” from the E.E.O.C.
An H.O.A. President felt it was OK for females to enter the Men’s shower facility unannounced. An effective but diplomatic warning from Jim took care of that problem.
Another employer felt it was appropriate to terminate an employee for reporting serious health and safety issues on the job site in addition to known sex offenders hanging out in the children’s area. His representation earned an unemployment insurance claim.

My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Dombrowski for her the time, effort and dedication to our case involving my wife’s accident. Our settlement totally changed our future. My wife and I were run over by a golf cart, sustaining broken bones, contusions, and the like. We sought help from Brad Thrush to represent us in the matter, largely to make sure that we were reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses and medical bills. Brad is the kind of attorney who doesn't make promises he can't keep and takes a realistic, sensible approach. The results of the case were greater than we expected.
The only reason I am not giving a full five-star rating is that over the year and a half we would have preferred more routine communication. However, when we sought information, it came back quickly.
The assistant who handled our case was very thorough with a wonderful attention to detail.
While we would not want to go through any event like this again, we were well represented by Brad Thrush and his staff.

I was in court supporting a family member sitting behind attorney and observed this attorney on his phone throughout the hearing on what appeared to be social media. He was not in court to do what he was paid for and instead appeared uninterested and bored.

I hired Ann after I was in a car accident. She was so professional, knowledgeable and true advocate. As a working mom I didn't have the time nor the energy to navigate the process with insurance claims, bills, etc. She handled everything and went out of her way to check in, give me updates and inquire how I was physically doing. She advocated to get all my medicals paid by the insurance company of the at fault driver and got me a settlement I feel I would have not received without her. I highly recommend her!
