I would have to say that Ken and Russ really are the best lawyers in Utah. They tailor to your specific needs and are always very respective. During the course of a ten-year (!) lawsuit that was eventually heard by the Utah State Supreme Court, Greg was an absolute rock. The case was more complex, longer-running and higher profile than I think any of us expected, yet Greg's professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and care for how I was feeling, and complete determination to make sure justice was served never wavered. He gives great no-nonsense advice, explained complex issues in a way that I could understand, sees all the angles, and comes up with solid arguments that he effectively backs up and argues successfully. Travis is one in a million. He's honest, and works in his clients behalf. I was stopped at a red light and was hit from behind. I had to have chiropractor care and he directed me to the best. I went for treatments for a couple of months and Travis got me a final settlement. In order for me not to take a complete loss after having extensive treatment from my chiropractor he was able to get the Dr. to discount some of my bill as well as he also discounted some of his bill so that I didn't have to take a complete loss. Travis is honest, personable and works for his clients best interest. I would recommend Travis on a high level of doing what's right for all concerned.

I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! Glad to leave this review. May God bless you in your personal and business affairs.

I just wanted to post a quick review of this law firm.
I was in a head-on collision back in 2012 with my girlfriend. My insurance company decided to play hardball after being with them for my whole life (including my parents being with them for over 50+ years.)
It was a difficult process for me (and my girlfriend).
Bill & Sally took the helm in creating a comfortable situation where my bills, medications, and doctors were taken care of without worry. They were even able to negotiate my hospital bills to make sure my final settlement was worth the wait.
In the end, I'm glad I chose William Rawlings & Associates. They got what I deserved as far as a settlement with my stubborn insurance company, not to mention what my girlfriend deserved as well.
I would recommend anyone who is contemplating an injury attorney, to consider this firm. They could not have done a better job, and were extremely professional, as well as even going beyond their duties as attorneys to make sure my financial situation was taken care of; causing no worry in a time when one is already worried beyond belief about so many things.

I hired tyler back in 2012. Tyler fought a long hard battle for me for 7.5 years. He never gave up on me or my case. I was impressed with how respectful they were when presenting their case and how little bias they showed when trying to understand opinions. They never made me feel like my opinion was less than or not valued just because I may have been in the minority of the group on some topics.

I went to George with a question regarding a medical malpractice issue I was dealing with that ultimately led to blindness in one eye. Other attorneys held on to my file for weeks and months at a time, only to tell me in a form letter that they would not take my case. George on the other hand took the time to review my case file with me and helped me identify the major issues of my case.
George gave the attention and respect that most other attorneys refused show me. George was a medical professional in a previous life. His knowledge of medical issues and how they relate to the law is nothing short of impressive.

They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. I admired the way he looked at this case. He was always confident, honest and knew how to speak to me when things would got difficult. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. Gabriel was not like the other lawyers who I had brief phone conversations with. Gabriel gave great attention to the matter I proposed to him, and discussed with me the possibilities. He didn’t feel however that he could take my case, but left me feeling a level of comfort I have not received from the various attorneys. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

Mark was the best mistake to ever happen. I couldn't find the firm I was looking for and stopped to ask their receptionist directions. Mark overheard our conversation and took time to talk to me. We had unforseen delays in obtaining some of our needed paperwork for our bankruptcy, due to a less than compliant previous employer. Things became so complicated our council dropped us. We appeared in court as prepared as the circumstances allowed us, with no attorny and appealing Pro se.
Mark was willing to speak with us before hand, technically he was our opposition. Much to our surprise he worked with us to find an amenable resolution.
The amount of gratitude I feel for helping, and stepping in on our behalf, when he was technically supposed to oppose us, is something I can't fully express.
Thank you for seeing people behind the situation, and not forgetting that something you're professionally trained for and probably see as routine, is likely the most terrifying thing the average person has ever been faced with. Dave came and met my husband at the hospital after our 18 year old son was nearly killed in a head on collision.
