Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. But what surprised me most about Karo is that despite his gentle nature, he is quite a fierce litigator. And he is worth his weight in gold on so many levels. 2018 - “I should have written this review for Susano Coria a long time ago. Not only is he a great lawyer but also a genuinely great guy. Many years ago I was rear-ended in my car and suffered a neck injury. Susano took on my case and worked to arrange a chiropractor and an MRI that would be covered free if I continued the case all the way through. After procedures were done, the case was moving along until I decided to stop the case as my neck was improving and I didn't want to pursue it. I discussed it with Susano. Instead of trying to talk me out of it, he discussed it with me in a supportive way and agreed that closing the case was best for me. When does that happen? He is this way with everyone. A genuine person. I can tell you he's the one you want in your corner.
After backing out of the case, the doctor and the chiropractor wanted to be paid. Prior to that Susano said he would fix that for me if they contacted me. He kept his word. I was unemployed and could not pay that. Susano knew them and arranged to have the bills dropped. A year later I got a bill from the chiropractor. And again he took care of it. Wow. This is among other little things he did to make me feel comfortable.
About a month ago I contacted him searching for a malpractice lawyer and he gave me some names but my case wasn't large enough for them. I let Susano know and he spoke to me on the phone and discussed it with me for a while. He got nothing out of it. Again after all these years he was still helpful with nothing in return even though I offered. So now I'm finally writing this review for this awesome guy and professional. You can't go wrong with Susano.”
“New case: 2025” – I had a car accident with another driver and I suspected fraud. This case had been going on for 3 months. During this time I still had not met Susano in person. I wanted to hire him but I would need to be injured for him to take my case. I was not so he couldn’t but we spoke several times on the phone and texted as well helping me map it out with great information that really helped. At one point when I really needed to ask Susano an important question he called me and pointed out something that the insurance companies did not bring to my attention. I called them with the law info he gave me and within a few hours I was told I would get a settlement. I cannot begin to express this man's attention, knowledge and care he has in him that he gives to his clients. I finally met Susano in person at his establishment for coffee in his amazing law library. Very impressive! You're a wonderful guy and a great lawyer. Thank you for everything.
