I was seeking medical practice however, this is not a case that they handle. My case was a motorcycle accident where someone pulled in front of me and I hit them broadsided; broke my pelvic bone and spent 7 months in convalescence centers. Pete Clancy is an Outstanding Attorney. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with soft tissue injuries to my back and as we all know those are the hardest cases for the victim to come out on top. Pete worked on my case which involved a serious pedestrian-vehicle accident where I was the injured pedestrian. Pete is very knowledgeable and always promptly addressed my questions, concerns, and upset complaints with very clear explanations and with empathy. He was upfront with his fees from the beginning, which were reasonable and proved to be well spent, as I am very satisfied with the resolution of my case. Pete also resolved my case within a very reasonable time frame. As an added bonus, Pete is a very personable and likeable attorney to work with. I would definitely recommend him.

Before we had Pete as our family lawyer, things between my husband and his ex-wife had been full of tension which also caused a lot of stress in our marriage. After talking to Pete on the phone, for the first time, my husband and I decided to fire our lawyer at that time and hire Pete which we could have done a long time ago. Pete takes his job very seriously and with integrity. Since we had him as our lawyer, things have been tension free between my husband and his ex-wife and we can't thank Pete enough for that. We recommended Pete to my cousin but sadly, Pete doesn't handle cases in Stockton. Pete would have been the right lawyer for my cousin who after 6 years learned that his divorced wasn't finalized yet. Pete is also very transparent about where your money goes, and in our case, he kept reminding us about our remaining retainer's fee. With Pete, we felt like we're his extended family.

I called Drew's firm to request a PI case representation. Though he could not take my specific case which is a defamation case, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave names of other attorneys who would hopefully be able to help me. I thought this was extremely kind and selfless in this era of no billable minute left unaccounted for. I was pushed around by so many scam firms as a business owner. Drew was a refreshing difference. I believe he will fight for any client who would be lucky enough to have him.
