My wife and I met with AJ in person to discuss our case. He did a wonderful job of setting expectations and answering all of our questions in the initial meeting. He kept in constant contact with us all the time letting us know next steps and any documentation that was required from us. We received an initial settlement offer from the insurance company which was low. Rather than settle for that offer AJ went back to the insurance company and was able to negotiate a larger settlement out of court. Bottom line AJ listens to his clients, is compassionate as our case involved our minor child, helped us keep our emotions in check, and got us results.

If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.

I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
I couldn’t be any happier with the level of support and ultimate resolution I received relative to the cost of Alex’s services.
Should I require legal services in the future, Alex will be my first stop, and I would gladly recommend him to friends/family.

Joel is very knowledgeable, intelligent, professional, and articulate. He guided me through a challenging period in my life. I had 2 DUI's and I contacted Joel. A few years ago, I was in Massachusetts when I was involved in a severe car accident. This accident would require two extensive back surgeries and left me wearing a leg brace. A friend recomended I speak with John Sbarbaro. After a brief phone call, a meeting was promptly scheduled. John welcomed us into his office as if it were his home and spent several hours with us discussing my situation, never once looking at his watch. My intent was to visit two or three lawyers, but following our meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the entire process, John kept us informed of my status and consulted with me before making any decisions. If he wasn't availble to take my phone call, he would get back to me that very day.
In regards to my accident, my decision to trust John was the best decision I could have made. This is not a typical personal injury law firm. Their videos do not resemble that of a Used Car Dealership. I first met Stephen over two years ago and his knowledge in Personal injury Law which he has shared with me is incredible. I came to Lehman Pastino for a car accident. I met this guy, "Michael Lehman," he was wearing shorts and just super casual. He paid attention to me, listened to my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't even think I was going to sue when I was first in the accident but after the insurance company offered me a "dinner," for my trouble, Lehman Pastino got me enough money to start my own restaurant. Reached out 2 times, once in 2016 and again in 2023. Both for different cases. Both times I spoke to Mr. Kane over the phone and both times I had to follow up multiple times via email and phone calls. He never ended up calling back or following up for either case. Apparently my cases were not high priority enough or within his area of expertise. I will never know because he never followed up either time.
