Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Matt for your great work and patients with me during this process.
I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop light at about 45 miles per hour and injuryed my back.
Matt helped me right from the start with getting the damage for my car taken care of and then directing me in what I needed to do for my physical injuries. He made it simple and understandable to follow and encouraged me to stay patient on those days the pain was unbearable and I just needed to complain to someone beside my wife. If he wasn't immediately available, he would always return a call or shot me an email with an update. Together we were able to get a settlement that we both felt was more than fair.

Andrew Irvin represented me in a medical malpractice claim that settled fairly and out of court. This was my first experience with any type of law suit and I had many questions, concerns and misgivings. One of Andrew's first recommendations was to apply for an extension on the 2 year statute of limitations. I didn't realize this was even possible. The folks here are honestly just top-notch. They spent probably a cumulative 5-6 hours on the phone with me, as well as who knows how many hours off of the phone researching my case and gathering information. In the end, they were unable to help me with my case, and they told me so.
The whole time, they never stopped working for me, knowing there was a chance they couldn't help -- they worked regardless. And then, at the end, they didn't charge me a dime. Not a penny. They weren't able to help me recover anything, and therefore, they did not charge me for what time they had already put in.
I only spoke with a paralegal one time the entire time. The rest of my phone calls were with Troutman himself. I know with many named law offices, you deal with paralegals unless your case is big enough for the person whose name is on the door to look into it. Not so with Troutman.
I will reiterate, this is the best experience I could have hoped for. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Troutman Law Firm.

Having heard Mr. Klausman on the Colbert Show many times, I really liked his way of communicating and his knowledge of the Auto insurance game. Finding myself needing an attorney, I gave him a call. I had heard Mr. Klausman on the Jim Colbert Show many times and learned a lot about automobile insurance from listening to him speak. I hired Mr. Littman to help me with a motorcycle case. Other attorneys who specialized in motorcycle cases told me I did not have a case and would not represent me. Mr. Littman took my case, fought hard for me and I received the policy limits on the case.
