I received a ticket in Grant County and it was a challenge to locate a firm that would go there.
After reaching out to NW Liberty and speaking with Jorge late in the day on a Friday. I didn’t have to do anything, except provide him the necessary documentation. Throughout the process Christopher kept me updated and explained the process. Both Jorge and Christopher provided excellent service and were very responsive. Today, I received great news that my ticket was dismissed.

We cannot recommend Ashley enough. She helped us navigate a complex and emotionally taxing divorce case. The opposing party was extremely erratic, difficult and clearly displayed narcissistic tendencies that made the process even more challenging. However, Ashley remained confident, calm and exceptionally professional throughout. She and her paralegal, Sally, ensured that our questions were always answered with clarity, and we felt well-informed at every step. Molly represented me in a relocation case about 8 years ago. It is not easy to win a relocation case as the non-custodial parent, but thanks to Molly's incredible talent and skill, she won my case and my son and I get to continue to spend meaningful amounts of time together on a regular basis. As she built my case leading up to trial, Molly would identify issues that had real bearing on the best interests of my son and would then build a case by coaching me through the process of developing the facts related to these issues. I use the term "coaching" very intentionally, as Molly really helped to ground me on what were reasonable requests and expectations as a co-parent with my son and encouraged me to engage with my son's mother on the relevant issues despite the inevitable conflict that would ensue. Then, when the trial started, Molly's experience as a litigation attorney on complex corporate cases really showed through. Molly was absolutely brilliant as she clearly articulated our case on each relevant issue. If you are dealing with a fairly straightforward family law issue, you would benefit from working with Molly. If you are dealing with a difficult or complex family law issue (e.g. high conflict co-parent or an issue that could go to trial), it is hard for me to imagine that you could find better representation than Molly.

When choosing a lawyer for a divorce and custody case, it’s extremely important you pick the best. My divorce was made so much more difficult by my ex, who refused to cooperate at almost every step of the way. The Best decision I made was hiring Virginia Monica Onu to represent me. You definitely want her on your side! Because she will fight for you harder, then you would or could fight for yourself. She is Armed with in-depth legal knowledge and has the skill to know how to apply it in your case. She is professional, articulate, responsive, patient and listens to what you want. She is Assertive when needed and has tenacity. She helped me through a long and grueling mediation that resulted in our success. We avoided going to trial. And she got me everything I wanted in the parenting plan and more than I expected Financially in the Final Divorce Decree. I appreciate all her hard work and success in my case. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great quality divorce attorney.

I interviewed a few attorneys before I came to Margaret. She was beyond professional when did not judge me in any way. I went through a very difficult time and she was there in every way I needed her to be. Margaret allowed me to explain to her exactly what I wanted and she took her time to listen and not stop me in any way. She took the time to learn how I communicated so she was able to communicate better with me. This was more than I needed to get through my divorce I got tired of my attorney I fired telling me that it would be best to just take the offer. I ONLY clicked on ONE lawyer, as time was of the essence when my spouse left me unexpectedly. Something I'd never drempt would happen! He'd cancelled any means he thought I'd have to stand up for my own rights. MARGARET BENDER and her very dedicated staff, DIANA and VANESSA, have all helped me survive down this very sad path we call Divorce! They allowed me to come in immediately. I had called on a Friday night, but they had no idea (nor did I) that I'd make it on a plane and be there that Monday morning! My whole life was being pulled from under me, I was confused, and, at the time so lost as to what was happening to me...Perhaps I'll post an update review when this is over. I met Matt and his para Benjamin when my previous lawyer had abruptly left his firm in the middle of my custody case.
Matt quickly got up to speed, and was everything I had hoped for and more. Matt always kept the children’s best interest in absolute focus and never let me astray.
He gave solid advice, showed genuine care, and had a sharp strategy for all the twists and turns, always unwavering in his approach to not add onto the drama (and billing).
It is a great gift to be able to look back and know that every win was done right, and not from punching below the belt.
Going through it, the greatest gift was the firewall he and Benjamin put up in only bringing me what truly needed my attention.
Benjamin deserves his own review as well. I became very ill during the case, and while I was unable to do the paperwork required, Benjamin worked tirelessly with me, combing through piles of paperwork. Working with Benjamin was like having a good friend helping me through the worst time in my life. I simply cannot say enough good things about him.

I went through an extremely contentious divorce with Rene by my side and thank goodness. I could trust him always to be honest, ethical and to go after our priorities. He is a kind and empathetic human being and also never wavers in his professionalism. My case involved domestic violence which meant added complications and also meant I was even more all over the place emotionally. Rene was always, always a calm, steadying force bringing me back to center, back to integrity and refocusing me on our priorities. Which made it possible for me to advocate as well as I could for myself and my son - if I had not been able to do that it would have been a big regret for me. I imagine that is an accomplishment in most divorces. But when your ex drags you back into court over and over for years it is a major feat - he has the patience of Job. I should also mention we won almost every point, and ultimately accomplished all of our priorities. Not through snarky fighting or misleading arguments or playing on technicalities (which are a horror to experience in court). In court or mediation, Rene is not theatrical or super aggressive, he is confident, reasonable and matter of fact - from what I have witnessed this is very much appreciated by the legal professionals involved. I probably did not have the presence of mind to acknowledge it at the time - but now I feel as good about how we won as I do about winning.
The other thing people always want to know about is cost. It was not cheap, of course, it took a long time and my ex is really good at creating situations I need Rene to handle for me. But Rene has always been more than fair in his charges, accounting for every penny, and never ‘rounding up’ when he could have easily justified it. He is just as ethical in his billing as he is in his practice of law.
Clearly, I recommend him highly. I am trying to remember what I wanted to know before I started this journey. I went to Rene because my cousin (also an attorney) had seen him practice years before and was so impressed she never forgot his name. When I sat down with him he did not say everything was going to go exactly as I wanted nor did he seem resigned to it happening. I don’t like it when people ‘sell’ me by painting a best case scenario only - and there was none of that. He listened very closely and cut straight to the issues that mattered to me and presented options - which is pretty much the definition of a competent attorney. And I remember looking around his office and seeing multiple awards for ethical practice; which in conjunction with my cousin’s recommendation tells me he is well respected in the legal community. Nothing I have experienced in the intervening years has altered that first impression; it has only grown better.

I contacted Monique as she came highly recommended. Within a few minutes she put me at ease and took charge of my legal issue. The case was denied and dismissed completely. My review is for the specific purpose of recommending Melissa Storch as a Collaborative attorney . I heard her speak eight years prior to hiring her and was so impressed I wrote her name and phone number in my contacts in case I would ever need her . And when I did need her and hired her I was right away put at ease in the midst of my despair knowing I was in the best of hands . She is highly intelligent and disarmingly equipped to take on what I would consider one of the more complex of cases . While she is a great listener I was impressed with the larger perspective she conveyed to me and I felt secure by her experience , intellect and attention to the matter at hand . Without sounding cryptic , no matter what is going on in your marriage if you decide to get a divorce try Melissa Storch If it is at all possible . A lot of people are not aware of the benefits of this process but it is like the Mayo Clinic of divorce . Melissa Storch has the presence of the consummate professional while at the same time helping you feel like you have the security of sitting with a true friend . I would highly recommend Gordon Lotzkar and the Lotzkar Law Firm. Both Gordon and his staff (Misti and Nicole) provided excellent counsel, advice and guidance which turned a very difficult situation into a manageable situation. Gordon and his staff provided a consistent and professional pragmatic approach which transformed an emotionally charged and unfamiliar situation into a grounded, logical predictable plan to best address and position to achieve a favorable and desired outcome. The result, the process and representation were outstanding.
He (collectively to include his staff) has full command and a deep understanding of the process. They were patient, provided clarity and were always responsive. I am writing to express my sincere disappointment and concern regarding the legal services I received from Daniel.
I engaged his services with the expectation of receiving professional and competent representation in my case. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory for the following reasons:
Lack of Communication: Throughout the course of our engagement, there was a noticeable lack of effective and timely communication. Vital information was often overlooked or not relayed promptly, leading to unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion.
Inadequate Preparation: It was evident that there was a lack of thoroughness and diligence in the preparation of my case. Critical details were overlooked, resulting in a subpar presentation of my case.
Missed Deadlines: There were multiple instances where critical deadlines were not met, causing delays and jeopardizing the effectiveness of your profecionalism. As a resalt my hearing was faild because of that.
Failure to Fulfill Promises: Promises and assurances made regarding the handling and outcome of my case were not fulfilled.
Lack of Advocacy: I felt that there was a lack of assertiveness and advocacy on my behalf.

Hire Natalie and her team! She is absolutely wonderful and you will not regret it for a second. She is thoughtful and communicative. Natalie took over my case from another attorney. My former attorney did not do a very good job communicating with me or giving my case the needed attention it deserved. Natalie was the polar opposite. She made sure I stayed update and did an excellent job getting my case caught up to speed.
For example, when I first came to Natalie, I had not been paid my monthly support payment in months. I was struggling to make ends meet. Natalie immediately filed a motion and dragged my ex into court. She got prompt payment from him and I was finally back on a path toward stability. Natalie was a real shark and made sure I was protected from the moment I hired her.
My case went to trial, and it was the same story from the moment I hired her. We triumphed at trial and got a great ruling from the judge.

ETHICS: Don't bring your sour attitude to harm your ex, judges see right through it and Michael knows this. For many dads, the law can be on your side, but that may not be how the judge rules (unfortunately in WA). Michael is not afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear in an attempt to get the best outcome and do what is BEST FOR YOU and YOUR CHILD.
