The anxiety of going through a DWI process is almost unbearable and embarrassing. Jason Reece was referred to me from another reputable attorney and I am grateful that he became my counsel. The process was exceptional from start to finish and he got right to work after my initial phone consultation. Between him and his office I was regularly informed, and they were quick in response to all emails and phone calls. Although it is important to be prepared for worst case scenario and the high probability of conviction rate in these cases, he thoroughly reviewed my file and developed a defense. At trial he found many inconsistencies with the state's case and filed multiple motions. He was patient then went after the state like a "rabid dog" is what I called him. The case was ultimately dismissed, and I could not be more pleased. Jason knows his craft and is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for providing me with the best counsel I could have ever imagined.

I hired Danielle just over five years ago. When I met with Danielle, I just knew she was the absolute best fit for me. There is a very simple reason why Danielle is so well-liked: she is a talented and outstanding attorney who works for her clients as if they were her personal friend or family member. I had the good fortune to find her in my search for new representation after a serious child custody crisis. I had to resolve financial things, but those were a piece of cake in comparison to the issues with my daughter. I still remember the first time I met Danielle because her knowledge, professionalism, honesty and genuine demeanor was strikingly different from the attorney I had worked with and the experiences I had had. She skillfully brought calm to a very emotional and chaotic situation. My ex was toxic and terrible for my daughter who had very specific and special needs. Almost 2 years ago today I made the very difficult decision to end my 2 decades of marriage after my "I do" became an "I don't". The associated legal process of separation and divorce in North Carolina is complex; however consulting with and ultimately hiring Theresa E. Viera was a life-saving move on my part. I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. I initially hired a different attorney/firm and that experience was awful. I was quite scared about what could happen with my case and I luckily found new representation in Theresa. What a difference maker. She was well-versed on the specific laws and right away made me feel less stressed. I am so grateful for Matt Arnold and his team. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be going through a divorce. After almost 22 years of marriage that is exactly what I was doing and I was a complete mess. At the consultation Matt was straight forward and painted an accurate picture of what to expect.
From the hiring of Matt to our final day in court was a 5 1/2 year process. Throughout the entire process Matt and Joanna, his paralegal, were amazing. Never...ever did I feel unimportant. Whenever they were working with me I felt like their only client. I had some less than stellar moments and every time they would kindly and graciously help me get back on track and refocused on the end goal.

2018 I consulted 2 attorneys before contacting Mr Arnold. I was told twice that I screwed myself being Pro Sa and that I’m lucky my ex bf- no blood relation to my son, didn’t get more visitation rights than what was awarded. I wasn’t accepting that. Matt Arnold and his team got my case dismissed and my ex no longer had rights to a child who was not biologically his. I would chose him again in a heartbeat and have recommended him to others. I am writing this letter to recommend Will Medlin as a family law attorney. As a father of two teen boys and a small business owner, I could no longer remain in a marriage that had taken its toll on my sons and me. As this was my first marriage, I was quite nervous and ashamed to be in this situation. My marriage failed and now I had to share all kinds of personal information with a stranger. My case, as most, was complexed and messy. Will was simply amazing. Every turn of event and every time I had any issue he was on top of it and always responded to my every question, issue, etc. even when I know he was not in the office! He was very patient with me and respectful in all aspects. He always prepared me for what I feel was 100% accurate. Many attorney's I have found will tell you what you would "like to hear," however this was never once the case with Will. I am very happy to have chosen Will. The firm was also very accommodating and very easy to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. What a great job they did and I am one happy camper!

I hired Elspeth Crawford in March of 2015 for a hit and run and a DUI. I consulted with Elspeth the following Monday of my arrest. I hired her for a fair price. She and her partner immediately got my drivers license back from the court house. She told me exactly how she wanted to handle the case, including which witnesses to bring in. On the 4th court continuance, all of my charges were dropped.

My wife and I were named in a lawsuit due to a breach of contract. Our roofing contractor didn't pay his roofing materials supplier, so we were being sued by the supplier also. I hired Elspeth to handle this legal matter. She was very courteous and professional and assured me that this lien on our house and lawsuit would be taken care of.
I gave her copies of the insurance checks cashed by the contractor and also checks cashed by him for our portion of the contract such as insurance deductible. With in a few weeks, Elspeth had this matter cleared up and the opposing attorney removed the lien from our house.
I would definitely use Elspeth Crawford again if needed!

Bree not only handled a lot of the behind the scenes grind on my custody case, but also took the lead on another important issue for me. She was always very responsive to my emails, called me even after-hours to discuss my case, was on-time to court, and her court room presence was awesome. She made my case look almost too easy, even though I know it was a complicated issue. I walked out of court with what I needed, and it was a great experience.

Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him.
