I am so glad to have had Laura Thudium as an attorney as I entered the collaborative approach to a dissolution. She brought a network of professionals who have a depth of expertise to deal with the intricacies of sorting the end of a marriage. We were assisted by a financial advisor, a home loan facilitator, a pension fund expert, and a loan company versed in dissolution financing.
The legalities of a dissolution are deep and baffling. Laura was in constant contact while we worked through the process. When all the information was finalized our petition was accepted without a hitch. Laura was so efficient in the use of her time, that there was a pretty good chunk of my retainer left. Woohoo!

I've known Laura since law school, and I refer my friends and family to her because she knows family law (particularly divorces and child custody) so well. She won an award in law school for doing the best of anyone on the family law exam. She has a thick skin and doesn't letter anything phase her in the courtroom, which is really what you need in a lawyer.

I met Mr. Peller in 2018, I found Ken’s contact online after talking and meeting with several lawyers. When I first met with ken, I felt I finally find the right person. Till today, I have been feeling fortunate and greatful that I found him and made the decision to have him as my attorney.
Ken is a great attorney with lots of experience. He truly listened to me, to what I wanted and to what I had concern about then give me his advise. What’s more than that is he also thought from the child’s perspective, sometimes he would just think and talk like a friend of mine, if not an attorney. We would walk through the impact of the case direction to the kid, including what’s several years down the road.
Ken has his own law firm, I can get in contact with him directly. Ken replies phone calls as soon as he can If he missed one. And the email exchanges with Ken were also on time and informational.
My case involved a young child and last over a year, it was a difficult time especially when the other party was using what he knew about the law telling lies, threatening and harassing me. But I could always get assured from Ken that the other party did not have a stand at all. And it was proven that he was right every time.
My case had to go to the court after all. In a nutshell, Ken had prepared me and the case really well, his performance on the court went beyond my expectation. Finally, we won. Property was divided fairly. Most importantly, I got the kind of custody I wanted for my child.
I will definitely recommend Ken to the people I know who needs help and advise.

Mr. Peller is my lawyer and helped me through a complex and difficult divorce. He is very calm and professional. He has a lot of experience and knows the important issues. He is a very good listener. He asked the right questions and collected the all the relevant information. When we first met, I was still in the initial emotional stage and he helped me get through this and begin moving towards the logical fact-based issues that needed to be dealt with. He kept me appraised of what my rights were and that there were limits to how much could be taken from me. He easily explained when my spouse was asking for things that would never stand up in court. We did not have to go to court. We ended up doing a dissolution. The finalized divorce was favorable to me and very fair compared to what my spouse wanted. I have known Jimmy for a year now as he has handled all aspects of my divorce, one of the roughest I have experienced, winning the case with minimal damages at the end. He even keeps the other lawyer in check if they are on the opposing side, several times over the course of my divorce he swooped in like Zoro keeping things fair and professional. If you want to win the case or have minimal damages Jimmy is the lawyer to have in your corner. PERIOD!

What can I not say about the guidance Jimmy provided me during my 4 year long debate/divorce. Things weren't going well in my marriage and a friend suggested I reach out to Jimmy and I did. We had previous history together, but not under these circumstances.
He invited me to his office and spent well over an hour with me explaining the entire process. Jimmy was patient, as I attempted to save my marriage time and time again, till I knew it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, as it takes 2 people to make a marriage work.
Jimmy offered to represent me and my interest and suggested for me to reach out to my wife to address all legal proceedings
to use him to cut out court and legal representation fees as much as possible. Jimmy's goal is wanting the best for both parties during this trying time in our lives. She chose her own counsel which is fine.
The thing that sticks out the most to me was his guidance throughout this process. Paraphrasing: "Tempers are going to flare and ugliness may come out at any point. You need to be in control of your response/reactions as best as you can, always! You only have one divorce and how will others remember it? It's important not only for you, but for your daughter. The both of you will be forever connected because of your daughter. Watch what you say and if you need to leave before you do something you'll regret, do it and call me, anytime. Your daughter and her mother will thank you when she gets older."
Jimmy represented me well throughout the entire process when I was unable to attend court on certain occasions. I would recommend Jimmy to friends, family and even strangers who want to have a great aid/advisor during a challenging time.
My divorce is complete and my Ex and I have a great respect for one another. We communicate regularly and openly as we put our differences aside and give our attention to our young daughter who needs both of her parents.

Prior to my initial meeting with Mr. Kaufman, I had discussed my situation with two other attorneys neither of which felt they could handle my case. Due to the difficulties of the case, they recommended I seek other counsel. In dealing with counsel on a different issue, Mr. Kaufman was highly recommended and I pursued making contact with him. While the divorce itself was an unpleasant experience, Mr. Kaufman was very thorough, compassionate, understanding, and made an exerted effort to protect my interests through his due diligence. This required spending much time understanding all the facts leading to the divorce which were quite convulated.. This also involved coordinating efforts with other legal counsel representing me on other issues related to these proceedings. The collabration, coordination, and communication between the legal counsel led to a determination with a favorable outcome in the divorce . A few years ago I found myself facing a contentious divorce. Richard was a relatively new attorney. His warmth, professionalism and attention to detail comforted me.
I later learned my estranged wife’s attorney was a seasoned veteran and local prosecutor. I looked Richard in the eye (at our next meeting) asking if he was in over his head? His response was similar to “From what we’ve seen so far I’m confident the opposition isn’t on top of his game”.

When Celia was working as a public defender, she was appointed to me in a custody case versus the state with my son. Throughout my case Celia was always compassionate, kind, and made things easy to understand. She gave me advice, but always told me ultimately the choices we made in the case were up to me. She was willing to speak with me for any length of time I needed to understand what would be happening at each hearing and what my options were. Even though I definitely was not her only client, she really made me feel like I was. Ultimately, I regained custody of my child, due in large part to her counsel and defense. I hired Dorothy for a fairly complex child custody case that was beyond the capabilities of another attorney that I had previously hired. I choose this law firm for my daughter case in she hasn’t been paid her settlement just told they’re almost done at the finish line this has been the worst experience my 19 year old daughter could ever had with her first accident and law firm with BUCKEYE so if anyone is wondering if they should have these guy over here at BUCKEYE for their accident case might want to choose someone else. These people act like your case does not matter let alone exist. And if you don’t need your MONEY then she said 30 percent for doing nothing, not even answering her phone on time returning messages and calls emails nothing so that not happening so I’ll keep posting in letting you all know how this plays out for us am hoping this reaches someone that can hel Chole so we can be paid cause that all this is about getting paid for her trouble someone else cost her to have she lost her car. Googling answers doesn’t always work, so I looked up a family law attorney and Laurie was the first one that popped up. Is been since August 2023. I choose this law firm for my daughter case in she hasn’t been paid her settlement just told they’re almost done at the finish line this has been the worst experience my 19 year old daughter could ever had with her first accident and law firm with BUCKEYE so if anyone is wondering if they should have these guy over here at BUCKEYE for their accident case might want to choose someone else. These people act like your case does not matter let alone exist. And if you don’t need your MONEY then she said 30 percent for doing nothing, not even answering her phone on time returning messages and calls emails nothing so that not happening so I’ll keep posting in letting you all know how this plays out for us am hoping this reaches someone that can hel Chole so we can be paid cause that all this is about getting paid for her trouble someone else cost her to have she lost her car. She get for her graduation a two days after her 19birthday she gets hit car totaled. If we could've given 0 starts we would. They are useless. After my boyfriend’s car accident we were turned away for some basic stuff (other insurance denied liability). This is some basic stuff lawyers deal with and when we got a new lawyer everything was settled in just a few days. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Mr. Leon is a professional Lawyer. We just talked over the phone about the road ticket my brother got. Since, my brother is a truck driver any point and any ticket is a serious problem for him.
