Andrew and his team are first class attorney's. I have hired them to represent me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the counsel they have provided. They have been thorough, empathetic, and have represented my best interests in what has been the most difficult time in my life. Andrew won't tell me what I want to hear. He gives me facts, his opinion, and options to consider. He likes to think "outside the box" to achieve the goals I have. He emphasizes that I am always in control of the strategy. He and his team make you feel as if you are the firm's only client. He works and fights exceptionally hard for his clients. If he can't help you, he'll tell you on the first meeting. Andrew Zashin was highly recommended, and he is the best in the field. I found Andrew to be a no nonsense, straight to the point attorney. He listens intently to every word while he is focused and very clever, having the ability to make everyone feel comfortable. As both a client and attorney (one who does not specialize in family law), I highly recommend Brian Urban as collaborative divorce counsel. With Brian's expert guidance, I was able to drive my own collaborative process in terms of the timing of the process and pursuing my priorities in the divorce, negotiate agreements with my ex spouse that best suited our respective needs and the needs of our children, and preserve communication with my ex spouse about our children. Brian is an excellent communicator who responded promptly and with a great deal of consideration to my every question. I appreciate that Brian's fees are reasonable, and that he worked efficiently and effectively to control costs of the collaborative process. In addition, Brian's integrity is second to none. There is an old saying which states, “The definition of a fair divorce settlement is that both parties walk away unhappy.” After 31 years of marriage, raising three children and running a successful company, I did not want this antiquated interpretation of divorce to define our family. I would like to echo what has been said in the other reviews and add that Hans has the rare combination of being an extremely ethical and personable attorney. His legal skills and knowledge are outstanding but even those are overshadowed by his interpersonal skills. He had the ability to deal with opposing counsel's atrocious behavior and prevent my case from going to trial, but still was able to obtain an advantageous settlement for me. Truly, it is amazing to watch him work. He has an incredible memory and a keen sense of how to handle people in a warm and personable manner. He has a reputation in the court system for being an ethical and courteous person, yet not someone who can be taken advantage of. He is an extremely hard worker, and was able to implement my wishes as much as humanly possible based on my initial and subsequent interviews with him. It was very comforting to have him working on my side during the worst year of my life. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for his help.

I worked with Hans on my child support case about a year-and-a-half ago. He was a fair, efficient attorney who handled my case well. I appreciated that he took the time to get to know me as well as my family; friends that I have spoke with have noted that other attorneys in their past treated them like they were just a number or paycheck. Hans is a charismatic, quick, and friendly man who happens to be an excellent lawyer. He knows the law and the "books" well. Top notch I believe.

Jack Abel was my primary attorney for my divorce and I could not ask for anything more.
Jack has been doing family law for 40 years and he knew every dirty trick that would be tried before the other side tried it. He researched the other side's attorney, knew that attorney would be super aggressive, and he basically judo'ed them to make them look unreasonable (they were unreasonable) which made the other side almost weak in negotiating.
I felt like we were a step ahead of the other side every step of the way - Jack would tell me when to bring pictures in, when to bring family in, when to look my tip top best, what the hangups were and how we would handle them - he knew where we wanted to go, and he got us there a step ahead the entire time.
Jack is a soft spoken man, slow to speak and eager to listen, a real example of wisdom. As quiet as Jack is, he has a team of absolute pitbulls around him - they go in and do the negotiations during the phase when nobody wants to give an inch, then every few sessions he would come in, a 40 year legend in the courthouse, and make an offer that the other side just couldn't refuse - and we would land exactly where he said we would. It was the perfect dichotomy and the results speak for themselves.
At settlement, I had talked to my ex in private and walked back a few of the concessions that Abel and Zocolo had gotten for me. I was so satisfied that I actually gave up ground, which meant I got everything that I wanted AND was able to part ways amicably from a tough battle. A truce which lasts to this day - and was worth the give back in spades. It would not have been
possible without that aura of quiet power that followed Jack when he walked into a room. The type of lawyers the other side had would have run over any average attorney - Jack was really the difference that made them know things would not go well with their unreasonable demands if they actually went into a full hearing. I won't even say some of what Jack told me - but this man has handshake power in Cleveland.
Jack, Lori and the entire Team at Abel and Zocolo are everything a great team of lawyers should be - and they actually cared about me as a person, they listened to my story, and they adjusted their tactics to leverage my strengths - and it worked perfectly. My divorce was 5 years ago, and I still talk to Jack, Lori and Lisa several time a year to this day - and he refuses to send me a bill, they actually want to know how things are going, just
good people.
I can't say enough about the quality of Jack and the Team at AZ Law. I would't just use them again - I'd never use anybody else.

Jack was my divorce attorney almost 20 years ago. He provided excellent guidance along the way and kept me focused on the important issues instead of dwelling on the background noise. As a father working to get custody of my children, his advice was spot on and led to a successful outcome. When the case was re-opened 3 years later, Jack guided me through a custody trial, which again had a successful outcome. Could not recommend Jack more highly.

When I first spoke with Attorney Rini my wife and I were in a tough place. We did not understand what had just happened with our case and thought it was going to be possible to lose custody of a child we had raised for over 3 years.
Attorney Rini helped us understand the law as it applied to our situation, showed great patience with us and was tenacious for our case.
At the time my wife and I had just moved out of the state and we're forced into a legal battle due to a previous negligent attorney. Attorney Rini came in and quickly cleaned up the mess that was left and began to turn the case in our favor. She wrote exceptional briefs that articulated sound arguments to the court.
During the process, she was always accessible. She responded to our questions, often within hours and kept us updated on the process. This was much different than what we were used to. I always felt that we were in great hands with her in our corner.
I cannot recommend Attorney Rini more highly! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I also must emphasize how important it is to hire an attorney who actively practices within the area of law you need. We needed her expertise in Family Law, specifically a custody issue. She was able to navigate us through what we thought was murky waters while being aggressive towards our opponent.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering divorce!
Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism are just three adjectives I would use to describe the entire team at Zoller/Biacsi. I was already a year into me divorce process and was extremely frustrated when I hired them to take on my case as it was not progressing. Hiring them was most definitely the best decision I made! I had a very complex case and a very uncooperative ex which made it difficult to get anything accomplished. The entire staff at Zoller/Biasci took off running on getting the information we needed to build our case. They helped me stay focused on the goal as the stress levels were off the charts. I think that for most of us, making that final decision to file for divorce can be very scary and you feel very alone. From our first consultation, I knew right away that they would always have my back which was a huge comfort and load off of my shoulders.
They truly care about their clients and getting them the best possible resolution. They are very good at what they do and are extremely detail oriented, organized and conduct themselves with class.
Unfortunately my case was settled without going to trial as I was really hoping to see Mary and John in action in a trial setting as they are the dream team of lawyers!

If you’re in the air about a lawyer to choose, just stop looking, and go with Michael. This man is an absolute saint in my eyes. A hero, if you will. Now, these things don’t happen over night, so as long as you have a little bit of patience, it will surely go a long ways. This man not only helped me get my children back after I had them taken through addiction, but he was so calm and understanding about the entire process. From day one he made me feel comfortable and confident that he was the right man for the job, and he was going to get it done. He’s very good about staying in contact with you throughout the entirety of your process, and is willing, and WILL jump through all the necessary hoops. I never really felt like I was talking to a lawyer when I was speaking with him, because he’s such a genuine guy. Attorneys Todd Gurney and Brian Eisen did an amazing job of prosecuting our family's wrongful death/medical malpractice case that was filed after the tragic loss of our oldest son.
Their knowledge and expertise in both the pertinent medical fields and the legal details of our case made all the difference in the final disposition of the action. Todd guided us through the entire process very well, which was very helpful during this very tough time for our family. There were never any delays in response from Todd or Brian when we called - this was a major plus for us.
While Todd was the lead Attorney on our case, both Todd and Brian worked together very well to make sure all the bases were well covered. Both Attorneys were just so thoughtful, and always kept our family's emotional state in mind during all discussions about the case - this meant so much to us!
Additionally, Alexandra in the office always made sure we were well informed about any important case events that were coming up - we were never caught unaware of any upcoming case activities. If we ever had any questions or needed any clarifications, Alex was always able to get us the needed information in a timely manner.

I've only briefly interacted with the team at Eisen Law Firm and unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of working with them as timing does not currently permit, however I can confidently write this review because although brief, every interaction I had with this team had a positive impact on me. Given the astounding lack of empathy and compassion I have felt from the overwhelming majority of other attorneys I've consulted with, talking to a team with such dedication to their clients and true passion for what they do almost made me emotional.
I think my first interaction was with Alexandra, and she empathized with my situation immediately, took detailed notes, and asked questions that truly demonstrated the personal approach they take when assessing each client, they listen. She made sure to go over everything with Brian and he called me the next morning as she told me he would.
My conversation with Brian was extremely pleasant and made me feel heard, I finally felt like what I was saying mattered and that resonated deeply with me. I was touched to hear about how much he invests in each client, and most memorably, the fact that he only takes on a few cases at a time to completely focus on each one. I can tell that he really cares and there's no doubt that he gives it his all. I was so compelled to work with him that I couldn't take his first no for an answer and asked him to reconsider (lol), and he could have ignored me but he didn't, he took the time to let respond and let me know why he couldn't take on my case.
His reason for declining reflected his genuine character, as it was due to the fact that he did not want the possibility of taking on another case to interfere with his focus on his current clients. I'm devastated, but I had to write this review for future potential clients at Eisen Law Firm, because I know what it feels like to feel like no one cares about something that was so valuable to you. Eisen Law Firm checked every single box for me and if you're reading this and in need of a light and some hope in our legal system, please give them a call.

Please do your research before allowing this "law firm" to handle your case. It has been a nightmare dealing with them since my accident in 4/2023. They didn't actual start working my case until 9/2023 even though I had completed treatment in June 2023. I have always had to reach out to them for any updates. The updates I received were always very generic with no real plan of action. I have only spoken to the actual lawyer one time in the year and 4 months they have supposedly been working my case. After declining the insurance initial offer in March 2024 and reaching out for updates monthly. I didn't get a call until August 2024 letting me know a lawsuit hadn't been filed and they were now sending my file to one of their trial lawyers in NC. The call didn't even come from the lawyer but his assistant Erica. After receiving no real results, I got tired of dealing with them and took the insurance companies low offer. Hopefully someone will see this review and think twice before dealing with them.

She is so reliable and what she promises gets done. I retained Erin for a complicated divorce. I recommend Ms. Jamieson 1,000%. My son was looking at life in prison. My son is in his early 20's, and the circumstances surrounding the case did not look good for my son. But the case he was fighting he definitely didn't do, and it was his word against the other person. Nancy went in that court room and went above and beyond what I expected out of an attorney. She saved my sons life, out of 12 counts, 3 were dismissed, and the other ones came back all not guilty from the jury. Coming from a mother I would trust her with no questions asked, with any one of my kids lives. Now if you want someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear, she is not for you. She is a straight shooter no BS. She tells you exactly how it is whether you like it or not, and does not sugar coat anything. This is what I appreciate about her the most. But when it comes down to fighting for her client. She holds nothing back, and fights like no other attorney I have seen. I suggest you call her she will do her job 1000% if not more.
