Andrew and his team are first class attorney's. I have hired them to represent me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the counsel they have provided. Andrew Zashin was highly recommended, and he is the best in the field. I found Andrew to be a no nonsense, straight to the point attorney. He showed kindness and patience when helping me. When one is going through a trying time it is quite difficult to navigate so a person needs someone in their corner. He was there to help with making the best decisions. This is a persons future after all and so it’s important! One is not thinking clearly! I would like to echo what has been said in the other reviews and add that Hans has the rare combination of being an extremely ethical and personable attorney. His legal skills and knowledge are outstanding but even those are overshadowed by his interpersonal skills. He had the ability to deal with opposing counsel's atrocious behavior and prevent my case from going to trial, but still was able to obtain an advantageous settlement for me. Truly, it is amazing to watch him work. He has an incredible memory and a keen sense of how to handle people in a warm and personable manner. He has a reputation in the court system for being an ethical and courteous person, yet not someone who can be taken advantage of. He is an extremely hard worker, and was able to implement my wishes as much as humanly possible based on my initial and subsequent interviews with him. It was very comforting to have him working on my side during the worst year of my life. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for his help.

I worked with Hans on my child support case about a year-and-a-half ago. He was a fair, efficient attorney who handled my case well. I appreciated that he took the time to get to know me as well as my family; friends that I have spoke with have noted that other attorneys in their past treated them like they were just a number or paycheck. Hans is a charismatic, quick, and friendly man who happens to be an excellent lawyer. He knows the law and the "books" well. Top notch I believe.

Mark and his assistants stayed on my case , keeping me updated on all the info the whole time! Even when I called or needed to email to everything ran smooth and was worth all the wait in the end … all the stress was off my shoulders the team handled everything for me. As both a client and attorney (one who does not specialize in family law), I highly recommend Brian Urban as collaborative divorce counsel. With Brian's expert guidance, I was able to drive my own collaborative process in terms of the timing of the process and pursuing my priorities in the divorce, negotiate agreements with my ex spouse that best suited our respective needs and the needs of our children, and preserve communication with my ex spouse about our children. Brian is an excellent communicator who responded promptly and with a great deal of consideration to my every question. I appreciate that Brian's fees are reasonable, and that he worked efficiently and effectively to control costs of the collaborative process. In addition, Brian's integrity is second to none. There is an old saying which states, “The definition of a fair divorce settlement is that both parties walk away unhappy.” After 31 years of marriage, raising three children and running a successful company, I did not want this antiquated interpretation of divorce to define our family. The concept of “collaborative divorce” which encompassed negotiations, compromise and creative problem solving with legal representation was certainly the answer for our family. Jack Abel was my primary attorney for my divorce and I could not ask for anything more.
Jack has been doing family law for 40 years and he knew every dirty trick that would be tried before the other side tried it. He researched the other side's attorney, knew that attorney would be super aggressive, and he basically judo'ed them to make them look unreasonable (they were unreasonable) which made the other side almost weak in negotiating.
I felt like we were a step ahead of the other side every step of the way - Jack would tell me when to bring pictures in, when to bring family in, when to look my tip top best, what the hangups were and how we would handle them - he knew where we wanted to go, and he got us there a step ahead the entire time.
Jack is a soft spoken man, slow to speak and eager to listen, a real example of wisdom. As quiet as Jack is, he has a team of absolute pitbulls around him - they go in and do the negotiations during the phase when nobody wants to give an inch, then every few sessions he would come in, a 40 year legend in the courthouse, and make an offer that the other side just couldn't refuse - and we would land exactly where he said we would. It was the perfect dichotomy and the results speak for themselves.
At settlement, I had talked to my ex in private and walked back a few of the concessions that Abel and Zocolo had gotten for me. I was so satisfied that I actually gave up ground, which meant I got everything that I wanted AND was able to part ways amicably from a tough battle. A truce which lasts to this day - and was worth the give back in spades. It would not have been
possible without that aura of quiet power that followed Jack when he walked into a room. The type of lawyers the other side had would have run over any average attorney - Jack was really the difference that made them know things would not go well with their unreasonable demands if they actually went into a full hearing. I won't even say some of what Jack told me - but this man has handshake power in Cleveland.
Jack, Lori and the entire Team at Abel and Zocolo are everything a great team of lawyers should be - and they actually cared about me as a person, they listened to my story, and they adjusted their tactics to leverage my strengths - and it worked perfectly. My divorce was 5 years ago, and I still talk to Jack, Lori and Lisa several time a year to this day - and he refuses to send me a bill, they actually want to know how things are going, just
good people.
I can't say enough about the quality of Jack and the Team at AZ Law. I would't just use them again - I'd never use anybody else.

Jack was my divorce attorney almost 20 years ago. He provided excellent guidance along the way and kept me focused on the important issues instead of dwelling on the background noise. As a father working to get custody of my children, his advice was spot on and led to a successful outcome. When the case was re-opened 3 years later, Jack guided me through a custody trial, which again had a successful outcome. Could not recommend Jack more highly.

When I first spoke with Attorney Rini my wife and I were in a tough place. We did not understand what had just happened with our case and thought it was going to be possible to lose custody of a child we had raised for over 3 years.
Attorney Rini helped us understand the law as it applied to our situation, showed great patience with us and was tenacious for our case.
At the time my wife and I had just moved out of the state and we're forced into a legal battle due to a previous negligent attorney. Attorney Rini came in and quickly cleaned up the mess that was left and began to turn the case in our favor. She wrote exceptional briefs that articulated sound arguments to the court.
During the process, she was always accessible. She responded to our questions, often within hours and kept us updated on the process. This was much different than what we were used to. I always felt that we were in great hands with her in our corner.
I cannot recommend Attorney Rini more highly! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I also must emphasize how important it is to hire an attorney who actively practices within the area of law you need. We needed her expertise in Family Law, specifically a custody issue. She was able to navigate us through what we thought was murky waters while being aggressive towards our opponent.

I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering divorce!
Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism are just three adjectives I would use to describe the entire team at Zoller/Biacsi. I was already a year into me divorce process and was extremely frustrated when I hired them to take on my case as it was not progressing. Hiring them was most definitely the best decision I made! I had a very complex case and a very uncooperative ex which made it difficult to get anything accomplished. The entire staff at Zoller/Biasci took off running on getting the information we needed to build our case. They helped me stay focused on the goal as the stress levels were off the charts. I think that for most of us, making that final decision to file for divorce can be very scary and you feel very alone. From our first consultation, I knew right away that they would always have my back which was a huge comfort and load off of my shoulders.
They truly care about their clients and getting them the best possible resolution. They are very good at what they do and are extremely detail oriented, organized and conduct themselves with class.
Unfortunately my case was settled without going to trial as I was really hoping to see Mary and John in action in a trial setting as they are the dream team of lawyers!

You have been warned. Jim Lane has no idea what he is doing. My case dragged on for YEARS and he accomplished nothing. My daughter was being abused during the process. His response was to "file motions". He would get very upset anytime I tried asking him simple questions. His firm is now "coincidentally" down to just him and Rosenthal... many of his staffers have left and his former partner. He will not advocate for you. He will play games with the other attorneys intentionally causing you more stress and loss of money. Seriously, you have been warned. If you made the mistake of hiring him, I would drop him ASAP before you screw up your case any more.
There is zero possibility the 5 star reviews of him are legitimate.

I retained Erin for a complicated divorce. Not only was she able to answer all of my questions, she went above and beyond to ensure that I was prepared for anything that could have been "thrown at us". I was recently a client of Nancy Jamieson. I was facing a possible life sentence, over a lie. When I first found out
about the charges, I watched my life pass before my eyes. I even contemplated suicide if I were to be gone the rest
of my life. I have a little girl and the thought of not being in her life was impossible to even think about. With the
circumstances surrounding my past I admit it didn't look good, but this I did not do. I was put on house arrest for a year.

of 12 counts 4 got dismissed and the jury came back with a not guilty verdict. Words will never express the appreciation gratitude
and honor I have for Nancy. She saved my life. She stuck by my side and fought my case without holding anything back.
She handled the court room like a boss and was able to show the jury it was all lies. Without Nancy my life could
be gone today. I am able to continue to raise my daughter, share all the milestones with my fiance. I can enjoy being with my
family and moving on with my life. Nancy got me my life back. Hands down there is no other attorney I would recommend.
She is more like family now. She is one hell of a woman, and an attorney. Thank you Nancy for saving my life, and bringing me

I recommend Ms. Jamieson 1,000%. My son was looking at life in prison. My son is in his early 20's, and the circumstances surrounding the case did not look good for my son. But the case he was fighting he definitely didn't do, and it was his word against the other person. Nancy went in that court room and went above and beyond what I expected out of an attorney. She saved my sons life, out of 12 counts, 3 were dismissed, and the other ones came back all not guilty from the jury. Coming from a mother I would trust her with no questions asked, with any one of my kids lives. Now if you want someone who is going to tell you what you want to hear, she is not for you. She is a straight shooter no BS. She tells you exactly how it is whether you like it or not, and does not sugar coat anything. This is what I appreciate about her the most. But when it comes down to fighting for her client. She holds nothing back, and fights like no other attorney I have seen. I suggest you call her she will do her job 1000% if not more. I see its not just me; if you don't have money for lawyer (isn't that part of what they do) you're pretty much screwed. I got one return phone call that told me they couldn't help me....Lawyers don't come cheap i understand that, but it's irritating when 'legal aid' who also don't really help you, refer you to the bar association just for them to also tell you they can't help you. Anyone going to court needs an attorney like what do you do
