I wasn't expecting a penny in the form of settlement after my accident. I only wanted my medical treatments to be covered. I recently went through a company called Marble Law. They assigned Tammy and her team as my representation. At first, they seemed very helpful and interested in helping with my case. After providing them all the information within minutes of their requests and receiving no notice of the information being received, I noticed they were not taking my case seriously. I would call for updates regularly. I would be given updates and timelines that never were met. Maybe it was just poor communication in her firm or maybe it was her team really had no idea what to tell me, so stories were made up to keep me hoping something was going to move forward. When I did call to confront them about what was going on and that the level of communication and unprofessionalism was unacceptable, she immediately sent me an email stating "I understand that you are not pleased with the services you have received from this office. I apologize for the delay and believe it may be best to set you up with another counsel from Marble. You should hear from them soon to arrange for a different counsel to assist you." No explanation on why there was a month-long delay for a simple motion for Contempt of Court to be drawn up and sent for my review, just a sorry and basically I'll pawn you off to Marble and let them deal with it. I strongly do not recommend this attorney or team if you are looking for a responsive and motivated group in any case.

Ask me tons of questions, have me full out questionnaires then set up a phone all while telling me they can help, only to have them say I don't have a case. There is no time limit on civil rights violations! This is not a civil matter. Colorado attorneys are a joke when it comes to saying a woman has done a man wrong! Men have no rights because no attorney is willing yo fight for them.

Full disclosure, I couldn't afford them. But they tried working with me and came up with many ways to try and help me. Even when I wasn't being responsive Arra would call and text me with new ideas to help and sometimes just to make sure I was ok. They showed me that they respected my veteran status and had more heart and compassion than anyone else I had called by miles.

The Right Law Group was very helpful from the day I contacted them for assistance. My legal team, Nick and Jimmy were always available when I needed an answer for the entire DUI process. I recently used Skulborstad for a divorce proceeding. Jarrod, Maren, and Mikayla all were wonderful resources. Jarrod routinely checked in, nearly every week, even when there wasn’t much transpiring in the case due to the opposing counsel dragging their feet. Maren and her staff were excellent support and advocates for my divorce case. She picked up in the middle of my case from a previous attorney and worked 150% for my children’s and my needs, even going into late night hours when needed. She was always available when I reached out and response time was quick for each inquiry I had. She made the awful process so much easier for me by being informative, available, and knowledgeable. Mr. Travis and his paralegal Dauna were wonderful in representing me in my divorce and child custody case. They were both very knowledgeable about laws, and detail oriented in preparing my case. I was extremely impressed with their explanations of all of my questions. Mr. Travis spent time talking with me about a situation that could have potentially gone negative on me with my kids, and helped me form a positive plan to present in my hearing. The outcome for me and my children could not have gone better. Their firm was also cost cautious. I will definitely hire Travis Law if I ever need legal representation in the future.

I highly recommend Knies, Helland & McPherson. Jenni (Helland) did an amazing job. My ex and her attorney were very antagonistic, liked to draw out the process, and did everything they could to drive up legal fees. Jenni was great in understanding what was happening and the likely outcomes or consequences. She avoided emotional arguments, and instead made sound legal ones. More importantly, she advised me when I was making an emotional decision and gave recommendations on what actions I could take that would be legally successful. Having someone in your corner that was willing to tell you what you needed to hear, instead of what you wanted to hear saved me thousands of dollars.
This is not a law firm that will needlessly drive up costs. For example, I was never charged for attorneys fees for anyone Jenni may have consulted with (this is a frequent tactic of less reputable law firms). I was never given a weekly 'update' that created billing hours even if nothing was happening in the case. Jenni never had me make needless discovery requests, subpoenas or motions that are typical and drive up costs.
I had a more experienced and higher hourly rate attorney than my ex, but my ex's legal fees were 30% higher because of all the shenanigans they played.
Jenni will give you the legal experience you need without driving up costs.

I came to Andrew Bryant last year after dealing with a chaotic separation. I had two children with my ex and she had made my life extremely difficult with communication, scheduling, doctor appointments, schooling and multiple other issues.
Heather took me as a client and immediately my life got easier, she communicated with my ex during the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
She was extremely professional and got me fully prepared for trial. She walked us through each step we were going to take during the trial and eased us through the entire situation.
By the end of the trial the judge removed all my child support obligations and gave me full 50/50 rights.
Since the case she has checked in with us multiple times and made sure everything is still running smoothly, which it is! The last 5 months since the trial have been so much easier dealing with my ex now that everything is set in stone.
We are very happy with all the work Heather and the the team at Andrew Bryant did for us!
10/10 would definitely recommend!

My name is Rachel Newton. In January 2024 I hired Heather Atkinson to represent me in my child custody case. Heather and Donna (paralegal) were wonderful representation. I knew they cared about myself and my case. Opposing council, representing the other party, was Greg Maceau. In about August 2024, Heather contacted me to let me know that Mr. Maceau would be moving over to Andrew Bryant’s law firm, and that it would be ok because there would be a “Chinese wall” implemented so Mr. Maceau would not have access to my case. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, Ms. Atkinson was disqualified as representing me as my lawyer because Andrew Bryant had hired Mr. Maceau to his law firm. Andrew Bryant and Mr. Maceau had told Ms. Atkinson this was ok, but upon reviewing rule, did not obtain the other party’s signature saying it was ok for Ms. Atkinson to continue to represent me after Mr. Maceau moved to the law firm. Ms. Atkinson called to apologize about the situation, and I had to find and retain a new lawyer, my trial date canceled and postponed. Obviously this was very distressing after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time. Andrew Bryant could have waited two months to hire Mr. Maceau. He could have notified me that I needed to find a new lawyer prior to paying his lawyers to prep for my trial. Andrew Bryant never called me, tried to remediate the situation, or provide me assistance, even though this occurred because of his negligence and oversight. All I got was an invoice for $5k for my attorney and paralegal prepping for trial, and then turned around and had to pay another $5k retainer to hire a new attorney. Not to mention the lawyer fees that have accrued for the new lawyer to set a new trial date, have a new status conference hearing, prep for trial, etc. etc. While I would always recommend Heather and Donna as representation, I do not think it is the best idea to hire Andrew Bryant as your representing law firm. It might just cost you an extra $15k to your lawyer fees.

Mark Galler lost $90k of my money. He told me that my witness did not show up over phone or in person, but he was on the phone waiting for over 2 hours. I felt like Mark Galler and the other party had too much coordination in the courtroom for someone who wasn't represented, and when I asked for the communication record, I was told I'd need to pay for it too. They knew full well that they had taken all my money and had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay more to them to find evidence of collusion.

I had been battling for my child support since 2005. Once I hired Ms. Fennick my child support payments started 6 months later. She had to fight with Child Support Enforcement and Social Security. She was so thorough she even found out that CSE made several mistakes with my Order. Not only did she fix the mistakes she updated my Order. He communicated well, was detailed, and was very knowledgeable. I was married for 15 years at the time the divorce was finalized. I was blindsided by my ex-wife's choice when I got the paperwork served to me. I was heartbroken and felt like a failure as a husband and more importantly as a father. I had three beautiful kids, an almost 20-year military career, a house/assets, and now a future that was in a limbo of some extreme altering from one person’s decision. It was overwhelming. So many thoughts and feelings flooded my mind and body. If you are getting divorced, you need an attorney, and arguably, even if you are well-acquainted with the legal arena. I started my divorce without one and soon realized that I needed one, which was one of the two best decisions I made. The second, and of equal weight, was hiring Joseph A. Ditlow (JAD) of Marrison Family Law.
If you don’t know what to look for in an attorney, the internet provides lists of standard characteristics that every good attorney should have. JAD has them all, but let me explain what sets him apart even further:
JAD won’t compromise his integrity or reputation for a client. He careful filtered the information I gave him to ensure I was being honest and thorough, giving him a clear understanding of the coming battle.
Divorces are charged with emotion. It’s easy for a client to think of an attorney as a counselor and lose track of time. Counselors are far less expensive than attorneys. Still, attorneys need a degree of history and relational information for context. JAD was mindful of the clock and my strained budget and masterfully helped me stay on track and task. More so, though, JAD captured the information he needed to understand me and my concerns.
My case took unexpected and somewhat shocking turns and dives that placed enormous and sometimes short-notice demands on assessing how to respond and proceed. JAD remained unshaken, professional, and hugely supportive. His confidence and encouragement was profoundly meaningful and beneficial to me, and his ability to shift gears with speed, accuracy, and clarity exceeded measurable value.
I was sometimes given information I didn’t like, or that I thought was wrong or found unfair. JAD understood and helped me face some facts with candor but grace, even when I responded with a lack of grace myself.
There was a lot of noise in my case, and because there is only so much time in the court room, we had to discern very carefully what really mattered. JAD focused on my desired outcomes while advising me on what was realistic, what should be our priorities, and what risks should be abandoned until we reached an agreement based on what I could live with. In my case, his method and approach was monumentally successful.
There were several things he did that were really the glue that held everything together: uncompromisingly ethical; researching; exhaustively exploring and/or pursuing preferred options with opposing counsel; having flexibility; making connections; really hearing me; checking in on me; being tirelessly attentive and responsive to my case, even after hours; educating me; coaching me on the value of timing and waiting; his own self-discipline; and especially, meeting me where I am based on my world view.
JAD and I were together on my case for a long time. Time can make or break any relationship because it provides the opportunity to really see what someone is made of. I am certain that my case is only quiet for the moment, and not really closed. Therefore, knowing what JAD is made of, we will be working together again, eventually.
I don’t know what JAD’s personal worldview is. He has never volunteered it, and I have never asked. What I do know is this: My worldview prompts me to thank God for him.
