I got into an unfortunate accident on September 2nd, 2024 - Kanner & Pintaluga picked up my case, process started amazing .. as soon as I signed my contract - their updates became minimal, don’t return calls/ or emails . I have been left utterly confused on my case, my car insurance & car bank companies haven’t had ANY updates on my case aside from my TOTALED car being “ sold “ off the tow place which I had NO knowledge or any companies as well, until this day no responses, nothing in mail - phones calls or messages have been returned nor has anyone tried to reach me . I am honestly so devastated at the advantage companies take over people who have never been into an accident before, left completely in the dust . Wish I was able to hear about my case or ANYTHING regarding my accident .

Timothy Allan McCan II (TJ) is an excellent Attorney. He worked with me very closely, explaining everything to me, made it easier to understand what was happening or going to be happening. I was not happy with my first Attorney and TJ was recommended to me. I called him and explained my situation. I had a very comfortable and positive feeling after speaking to him. I called him the next day and stated I wanted him to represent me in my divorce. I am very happy with the outcome and he did me good.

From consultation until divorce trial's end Mrs. Bergermann' s efforts and attention to detail were absolute. Her conduct was always professional, respectful and compassionate. I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. I am so grateful to find such a skillful lawyer that could execute my case and present it to the Judge with confidence. Thank you Guichard!

I was referered to Che by another attorney because of a conflict of interest regarding that particular attorney and someone that would be involved with my ex during the case. so after speaking to Che I felt comfortable and confident that Che was the right choice. so i hired Che and put my trust in her fully. At first we were not sure of her style but after a 3 hour consultation we knew Che was the type of attorney we wanted. She listened to us and gave us feed back as well as possible superiors. I called her office and advised her of my very complicated case. She agreed to represent me; her fees are reasonable and her expertise fantastic. She is not deterred by shady tactics or threats from opposing counsel and she remained calm and professional throughout my case.
She is hard working. How she remains very organized with an abundance of Discovery is amazing to me. Since the conclusion of my case, I have referred her to a friend's family member. We had an outstanding experience with their team of professionals. One day after a harrowing boat crash caused by an impaired captain, both Scot & Logan were in our living room walking us through what we needed to do going forward. Their primary focus was on getting my wife the medical attention she needed to address the injuries. Once that was in motion they orchestrated the many processes (documentation, insurance claims, State’s Attorney Office engagement, etc.) necessary to make things right.

Make sure your uncontested status will not change. Mine did and Mr. Grossman just sent me a list of other attorneys to contact. My $2000 retainer was forfeited as per his CONTRACT is NONREFUNDABLE!! I messaged him about a possible partial refund or credit towards his mediation services and he never even responded to me. Lesson learned, read the contract and DONT TRUST ANYONE to be upstanding. He received $2000 for doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!

Recently hired Janese for a super simple motion to file (a motion I could have easily filed myself but figured coming from a lawyer, the judge might pay more attention to it). At first, working with Janese was great. She offered a discount to us and I was so grateful. But I have not been happy with her work. She filed a motion and purposely wrote it very vague and stated to me that she "didn't put a lot of details in the motion because I find that the judge doesn't read much and he likes hearing it in court". Well after nearly 2 weeks since the motion was filed, we still didn't have a hearing scheduled. Janese informed me that the judge wouldn't allow his assistant to schedule the hearing until he read the motion. Days later he denied the motion and we never got to present our case in a hearing! Dumbfounded when I found this out on my own by looking up public info on the court website, I emailed Janese asking for any information as to why we wouldn't get a hearing. I've emailed multiple times and text her... no response. She got her money to spend 5 minutes typing up a motion and that was the end of it. Its been going on 6 days since the motion was denied and I haven't heard a word from her. Waste of our money... even without a law degree I could have done what she did.

Though there are no winners in Family Court, Ryan does exactly as he says with the children's best interest at heart!!! Meshelle Snyder was attorney for my son in a child custody dispute. After many weeks, many hours of collecting data, and a few thousand dollars, everything he had asked for became lost in the shuffle. In the end it was recommended that he not get the courts involved in his family affairs. If that were her viewpoint, it probably should have been thousands of dollars sooner. Many years later, my grandson’s life is a mess.

Now that i know Mr. López was disciplined in 2018, i will push it again to have his licensed removed and won’t stop till they do. This law firm is the worst and has costed me a lot of money to clean up their mess. Call any law firm in fort myers and they will tell you about these people. Not to mention they have a felon that handles your personal info! Thomas Heller was arrested twice just in Lee county, and one was a violation of probation. Joshua Lopez is the worst attorney you could even try to hire. Look up the history of the firm and you will learn that he is not the only one who has been in trouble. But i will push to get my money back and to push hard to have his license removed so that no one else gets tied in with these people. They are terrible and i would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

My husband hired this law firm because I was fined with tow tickets for the amount of more than 400 dollars. This lawyer went to the first hearing and seen that I was found guilty, he requested another hearing without informning me about this fact. I learnet about it only because I called the Lee county Clerk. Well, the second hearing was on May 3rd, bt he judge ( according to what Jessica told me) cancelled the hearing and closed the case. Instead of informing me the same day that I had to pay the fine immediately, I was said 4 days later, only because I called the office differnet times, that I had to pay the fine. Finally, when my husband called tehe clerk, he were charged 23 dollars for each fine ( late fee) puls taxes and the total was 499 dollars. I called the lawfirm, to say them that they should pay the 46 dollars for late fee, but Mr. Lopez did not call me back.
Do not loose your money, this fine cost me about one 700 dollars,
