My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

he backstory is that my daughter's mother decided to move away and tried to take my daughter across the country away from me for no reason other than she wanted to move. I've been active and in my daughter's life since birth but due to my previous choice of attorney, almost lost this case. After almost a year of legal gamesmanship and being financially milked by The firm representing me previously a friend told me about Bruce and the Pecos law group. I was involved in a long-term mess with my ex-spouse. Making matters worse, my ex-spouse’s attorney was non-responsive and extremely slow to do anything. I hired Bruce and the change was immediate. The day after I retained him, he sent letters and started the process of getting the case moving along. He also let me know the realistic outcomes that we may face along the way. Even more telling, he went above and beyond to let me know the best way to handle the matter so I was not spending too much money. His honesty, knowledge, and preparation was beyond my expectations. We had one court appearance and we achieved all of what we were going for. You could even tell Bruce has a great reputation as it seemed the judge was more inclined to listen to his position. When opposing counsel became desperate and began threatening us, Bruce responded immediately and let me know if it was anything we had to worry about. I can’t recommend him and his firm enough. They ended a 15-month nightmare and did so in a fair manner.

Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. She not only asked questions but she encouraged my participation and always returned calls and answered every question and concerns. After realizing how difficult child custody trials are, I was referred to Lorien for help with my case. Lorien was amazing from the start, she met with me and gave me insights on where my case stood at the time and what I could do to help win. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Not only did she win my case and got me everything I asked for, but she did it with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Even though Radford was a distant friend of the family I still interviewed with 4 other divorce attorneys. One never showed for the appointment, another never returned my calls, and the other did not sound confident I could get what I wanted. My meeting with Radford was professional and to the point. After our in-person meeting, we were all on the same page and the bulk of the work was assigned to Garima Varshney, Esq. Garima was very professional, returned emails quickly, and pushed through the settlement hearing to get a fair outcome. My main objective was to keep my home which was paid for with medical settlement funds and she made that happen. It would have been nice not to involve lawyers but sometimes that's just not possible. So if you need a good attorney that is going to walk you through the process, this is the firm to hire.

The RIGHT Lawyers is HIGHLY Recommended! From my first phone call to the firm, to my last interaction with them, they have been extremely responsive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They offered compassion and knowledge that helped me through the divorce.
The guidance of Rock and team was very helpful when it came to making decisions on the divorce. They offered insight, logic and perspective in a time of high emotions.
I did not feel that Rock and team were in this to empty my checkbook! In fact, Rock had often times reminded me of the value of the battle with the plaintiff. He would often remind me that it would cost more to fight over some household kitchen items than it would be to just let the other party have it. It was a hard concept to let go of, but he was correct. Bottom line is he offered logic when I could not think clearly during the divorce!
The RIGHT Lawyers offers the flat fee which I think is easy to work with and offered less stress than having to calculate and keep track of hours, etc.

Saw positive reviews from years before, but I am not sure what changed her in 2023. I went in for divorce representation, she did not even get to my hearing and charged me $26,000 to write a child share plan and for 2 video appearances. Total time I spent on the phone was 2.5 hours and she placed my house on lien. I feel seeing my assets made her greedy to use me instead of help me. She did lacked competence and found ways to delay my case to make money. She Charges $315 to $1100 per email with one sentence to 1 paragraph. Disappointed with such dishonesty from the group and the lawyer. She billed over $16,000 for talking and sending emails to people without my consent. I had to go get another lawyer. In total, she charged 4 times the regular amount for the poor work she did.

I came to Radford’s office after a very unfortunate experience with another attorney. Divorce is never an easy process but thankfully I was connected to Kimberly. My divorce was very long and uncomfortable. Kim guided me through the entire ordeal. She is fair, informative, honest, thorough and the list goes on. She/the office tried to keep my fees at a minimum, even though my ex tried to cause constant need for excessive fees. We ended up in mediation and Kimberly “held my hand” through that arduous situation as well. Luckily, I will never need her services again. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who, unfortunately, goes through divorce. The whole office staff is great too.

I hired Kim through Radford Smith's office to clear up custody violations and help through a domestic violence case. Due to being an emergency circumstance, I was told upfront that my case would be handled quickly (within 1-2 weeks) but ultimately took nearly 2 months before Kim had the documents together and presented my case. If you hire her, be prepared for a lot of apologies (sick, vacation, busy). She is young and will be a good attorney one day, but she needs to understand the emotional nature of family law, improve communication and meet stated deadlines.

Go elsewhere. Terrible. No communication. Lots of bills!!!! There is better out there, so disappointed. I was threatened to be sued by my attorneys own office. My credit card number changed over the course of time I was working with 'leave-it' , instead of a phone call explaing things, I get a letter from Brandon, you come at your own clients. I'm sure I was charged for hours as well for him to threaten me with litigation. They will milk you dry with minimum results, if your in the Leavitt office, leave it for better options!!!!

jack has been representing me in my child custody/divorce case (which has turned into a relocation case thanks to the father of the children who decided during a court haring that he was thinking about moving) for about 8 months now. the case is still ongoing, as my ex cant seem to agree to anything and keeps changing his mind. i am truly grateful for the help that Jack has provided me during this stressful time, he is smart competent and actually cares about my case and puts in the work, doesn't just take my money. he always responds in timely fashion (i have never waited for more than a few minutes for response to my questions via email) no matter how ridiculous my questions or concerns might be (this is my first time going through this). other things i like, is nothing about my case was ever sugar coated with fake promises of this and that, it was always best case scenario, worst case scenario and most likely scenario, so I'm grateful that i was prepared for all. What I'm happiest about is the way jack represents me during court hearings in front of a judge, he is fast and to the point and wont let the other side waste any time. My ex's attny is a complete incompetent dummy who doesn't even know the case, so when he says things in court that are completely irrelevant Jack is sure to speak up and nip it in the bud with the nonsense. i would totally 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a sincere, trustworthy attorney to handle child custody case. it has been one of the hardest things in my life to go through child custody case, and I'm forever grateful that i found an attorney who has been the most helpful, dedicated and efficient for my case. Jack is not cheap, but what do you expect from an excellent attorney? You get what you pay for. I received a knowledgeable, diligent, committed attorney who was able to obtain MY overall desired outcome for the custody of my children. This was a very emotional matter and although I was not always able to think straight, as an attorney, he looked out for my families' best interests. He had to keep bringing me back to dealing with the issues and not the emotions. From day one, an overall goal and plan was set into motion. Michelle represented me for a very short time, yet, charged ALOT of money. She acted as if she was with the other side and did very poorly with my case. She actually yelled at me at one point for things the other side accused me of as if they were facts instead of seeking the truth. She did not help me nor my children, my son is now dead and my daughter has been stuck in the home of our abuser for many years despite having substantiated DCFS/CPS cases against him. Michelle is the worst attorney I have encountered.

I highly recommend Dawn Throne. Results speak for themselves. My case was so challenging that other attorneys I spoke with were unwilling to take the case. Dawn not only took my case, but won. What divorce attorney would allow their client to sign away all of her rights to a community property estate worth $$ Millions after a 35-year marriage and take a payment of $25,000 + from the opposing spouse to expedite it? Ms. Mushkin further injured my position going into negotiations by canceling a court date without my permission or knowledge 48 hours prior to the settlement meeting that would have awarded me Attorney's fees of $180K. I do not recommend Ms. Mushkin. In fact, her actions should be reviewed by the State Bar of Nevada.

She is shady, she tried to get my drug addicted mother custody of me, and she had my mom put me in special ed to get more child support out of my dad. She sent me to a questionable doctor and put me in special ed for autism because I liked the color blue. Get real lady. Burn in hell.

Rhonda Mushkin and her associate Beth Rosenbloom did outstanding throughout my 6 years working with them. I had many challenges with the military side of divorce and custody and they both did great.
From the Office personnel of Christina and Adam to Rhonda and Beth, they are top notch and professional at all they do. They are very honest and straight forward which was nice to work with.
