I want to thank Steven Garcia for helping me a couple of days ago. I received a speeding ticket in KC last July and engaged another law firm to assist with it. This firm never returned my calls nor responded to my emails requesting an update on the ticket, so I called this law firm prepared to pay another fee for assistance. Steven was so kind to look up my ticket and provide me with information about my ticket to help resolve the concerns I had. I appreciate his kindness and the great customer service extended to me even though I was not a client of theirs. Although I hope to never have a need to seek counsel in the KC area, if I do, this firm will certainly be the law firm that I engage.

I hired Mr Puckett and his team for child custody case. They were honest, listened to every concern and question I had. I never felt like I was being ignored or thrown on the back burner. They went above and beyond to help me. They were very responsive and the biggest part was they were honest. I’m so grateful and thankful for all that Kevin Puckett law firm did. I would recommend this firm to everyone they listen and they are honest. Mr. Puckett represented me in a very continuous divorce and child custody case. I can not say enough good things about him and his associates. Chris shocked me when he contacted me on a Saturday afternoon to help me through some traffic problems I was going thru. Even after I told him I had already hired an attorney, this man was still willing to help. I'm just amazed with the help he provided. He answered all my questions in a language I could understand. Was alot of issues that were just overlooked in the case. Like they did not even care. And couldn't do a final even a Second reach out to my self that I had a balance. Straight to garnishing my checks. Feel like my girls could have had a totally different and better outcome, if the GAL would do what they are there to do.
And to your response no you did not represent me but you did my girls and allowed them to stay in a abusive house hold after all info was giving to you.
I'd suggest any one else find some one that is not about what ever it is they think their about. People children's and olives you mess with. My girls didn't deserve what You allowed to happen.
Also easy for you you have a 5 star when all you have is 21 Reviews. Wonder how many of these people you know personally.

I hired Sandy when I got divorced and again when my ex-husband and I went back to court 4 years later. She gives the best/most honest advice and fights hard for you! She is a "beast" in the court room! Never raises her voice, but she knows how to work a witness and get the answers she wants for your case. I have had a couple of attorneys at Hale, but the one who helped us the most was Suzanne. Not only is she a bomb a** attorney, but she also knows how to handle and run a business, be classy, and professional, and have customer service. I appreciate her no-frills approach to handling cases and client situations.
She keeps a client-centered approach and looks out for everyone's best interest. Attorneys are indeed expensive but Suzanne makes sure the money spent on your case is allocated in a manner that does not leave your account on zero or paying unnecessary fees. She believes in transparency, honesty, and integrity; which is rare when an attorney is involved in difficult cases. She understands that the way she is represented in and out of the courtroom is a reflection of her business and there is not a time that she does not take her work seriously. The few times we had to speak with her on the phone, she has always been patient and attentive while listening closely to our concerns. I did feel my case was given the time it deserved. At first meeting Phil was very attentive and ready to help. As we started, the amount communication was less than desired. This attorney knows how to use you just for your money. My case was solely in regards into pleasing one parent and not the child. Totally got jacked by the attorney and the other person on specific paternity case and the child misses or loses out both bad for the child. I wouldn't even give a star. Kids lives matter. I contacted this firm months and had an appointment immediately, but it was basically for nothing. He was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Unprofessional at its finest. It was almost like he was the prosecutor in my trial before my trial!!! Poor customer service from his staff too. If you have a strong case I would recommend you go to someone else.

I contacted Mr. Service in response to a letter I received from his office offering services when my Ex husband filed a modification. When I called, I was immediately offered a consultation appointment despite his full schedule, they made time to see me. Mr Service took the time to get details about my case specifics and explain the process, and what is important to legally focus on in family/civil cases. He was also upfront about possible issues but took time to listen and explain so it pertained to my circumstances; not a general speech I got when trying to make appointments/consult with other lawyers.
Mr. Service is very knowledgeable in these areas and I believe he will be good representation for what is important to me and my family in court.

We were over billed by $15000 and have asked multiple times for items billed which we haven't every received and where told that the biggest part was do to interoffice meetings. And we were charged for paper work, report and other items that we went and got and paid for and took to their office. And they ended up working for the ex instead of us. Run quickly before hiring them. They had other professional write good reviews to keep a high rating. But past client who do write reviews have been scammed by them.

Horner was referred to me by legal shield. I Hired her March 1st 2018 she did not actually appear in court 1 time for me and did not do anything to help me while waiting for court set (trail) feb 2019 she then informed me Jan 2019 she needed more money to continue to be my lawyer for trail (feb 2019) after sending me a invoice (after me asking multiple times for invoice) of bugus fees she withheld from my retainer needless to say I was very angry and decided to take my “extra” money to a new lawyer which helped me get everything I wanted and what was owed to me in a matter of 27 days! worst experience ever and really feel ripped off to be honest
