LaMonaca Law Firm was a lifesaver throughout my divorce. Greg LaMonaca’s Brutally Honest Family Law Coaching helped me tremendously. It took me from feeling helpless and hopeless to the point that I realized I could and would make it through. When you are going through a divorce, you do not think clearly. This program helped me confront my fears, understand my past and realize that a future was possible for me. The Strategic Planning helped me to understand the legal side of the divorce. Never going through a divorce before, I had no idea what was in store. The team at LaMonaca Law was able to calm my fears and speak to me in a way that made sense at my level – leaving out all the confusing legal terms. I was treated like a team member and not another case. When I had my freak out moments and called or sent e-mails, my fears were calmed within minutes or hours. “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.
After hearing my story and studying my case, Greg and his staff had complete faith in me and what I was fighting for. This was/is so important to me, because without that faith and belief in me and my cause, LaMonaca Law would not be involved in my case.
My case has been, and still is, a very difficult and emotional experience for not only me, but my family and loved ones. Greg and his staff have and keeps me grounded and focused on what I need to do to get through difficult times. I turned to Bob DiOrio to help me through a very emotionally charged custody relocation case, and Bob represented our family interests in both a professional and personal manner. I had an impossible case where I lost terribly every time I went to court. Eventually I would run out of money and then I would have to represent myself until I had enough money to get another lawyer. This went on for 10 years. Finally I met someone who was friends with one of the most powerful lawyers in Philadelphia. Through him, I was referred to Robert DiOrio. When I went into Mr. DiOrio's office, I could not see my children at all. I was only allowed to speak to them on a speaker phone with my ex-husband listening. This went on for about a year. He had gotten an Emergency Custody Petition that was granted without a hearing. He had used this tactic a total of four times and the order of his choice was signed every time without a hearing. I had been a full time mother with small children. I never guessed that I would lose my children when attempted to escape my abusive marriage. Later I found out the 94 percent of women who leave their abusive husbands lose custody and most of them are given supervised visitation. When Robert DiOrio heard about my case and saw the court order, he was outraged. He took my case to court and I got custody of my children. I went from nothing to everything. Lawyers in the past told me the best I could ever get was joint because you can't go from nothing to everything. Robert DiOrio did and he won. Since that time, we were in court again and Robert Diorio won an even greater victory. I respect him and am so grateful for the time I now have with my children. I never want another lawyer.

When I had my second DUI, Mr.Martini was very helpful. He got me the lowest penalty. I did no jail time for my second offense but I was on house arrest for 10 days, had to take classes (wasn't too bad), 80 hours community service, and . This was not bad considering the many people I talked to during my community service either had to do some amount of time in jail for a second DUI offense or they had house arrest for 30-60 days, some even had both. I managed not to drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth risking the lives of others besides a lot of money I had to put out.

Gordon was my 3rd consultation, so how different he is, stood out immediately, and I knew right away that I found just what I needed. Gordon Brown is a one in a million, you could not ask for a better lawyer to fight for your child/children. He puts his heart in his work and once you meet him there is no questioning that. He helped push for dinners during the week which to me I thought was awesome to have more time . We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her. Aimee also helped us in preparing our wills so that all our childern, both natural and adopted, would be equitably taken care of when we died. She also helped in setting up the legal and medical care of my wife's physically and mentally challenged younger brother. Robyn is the penultimate divorce attorney. She's sharp, insightful, logical, and reasonable, utilizing diplomacy when appropriate and proactive litigation when bargaining options have been exhausted. Her fees were never inflated or over-billed (in stark contrast to my experience with 2 previous divorce attorneys). Jean and her office are kind and extremely helpful. Jean has a great sense of human decency and compassion as a lawyer. She even let me pay her monthly without adding interest. When we were in court, she always wanted to get in and out, so as to not waste my money. She is not extremely aggressive, but I appreciated this about her in the end because it made me realize how much better we looked on our end, as opposed to my ex's slimy lawyer who wanted to soak him up for every little penny he had.

Jordan represents me in a contentious custody matter. The Delaware County court system is prejudicial to those without legal council. When it comes to the safety and welfare of the child it best to have great representation. Jordan has a good relationship with the hearing officer's, judges and lawyers. She is articulate, logical and passionate. These qualities are necessary when navigating the family court system. In my experience dealing with a obnoxious opposing council and a vengeful, narcissistic ex partner Jordan has no qualms about being cutthroat. Jordan has made my life easier with dealing with unnecessary litigation abuse. In my case I had to make stressful financial choices in order to have the best representation, Jordan was so kind and help me out financially and still preformed at her highest caliber. Throughout my two year custody battle the only thing I regret is not finding Jordan from the very beginning. If you are a loving, caring parent who is honest about themselves and your situation, wants what's best for your children, or is dealing with a difficult ex-partner this is the lawyer you need. 2016 my life was changed forever if I knew you can right reviews I would have done this sooner. I was introduced to Jordan by a friend after being arrested and my rights violated.i had all evidence to clear my name even a credible witness that could have clear my name. She looked at me and said “you got it all figured out”. Not telling me she doesn’t specialize in criminal cases or anything in that manner. Instead took at-least 3000 dollars of payment from me. She didn’t show evidence or allow my witness to speak at all she never even followed any of my directions as she worked for me my witness and the person who car I had both came to every court case and she did not mention them in court. My case was pushed all the way to pretrial with no effort in fighting my case. I tried to get a new attorney before my guilty plea they would not take my case on instead they informed her of it instead and she berated me in a telephone call afterwards. She gave me no option but to plead guilty when I told her I was innocent. When the judge ask am I sure I want to plead guilty which I didn’t she tapped me and said don’t say anything. I received a 6 month jail sentence 6 months house arrest 5 years probation and a felony guilty plea. Now I have fight to get a governor pardon which is slim to none. She ruined my life as I fight to recover from bad professional advice that at the time I didn’t know she is required to put me in the best position to win my case which she didn’t. I’m allow to post this anonymous but I want people to know my story I’m at peace but I will never forget what she done to me. Without a chance at a pardon my life Will always have financial burden because of my felony conviction. I wish I could sue for Negligence but she made sure I had all evidence destroyed even my evidence I gave her to fight my case.
