When deciding to advertise that I had a small house ready for renters, many friends advised me to have a legal arrangement. They told me horror stories of how their renters destroyed their property and how renters collected damages when various unforeseen events damaged their property. I heard that it was hard to evict a renter if a legal agreement was not made. Jake was a life saver. I had no idea where to begin. He covered all the basics and things I would never have thought about but could become a big problem if Jake had not included the possibilities. My friends wished they had made a legal agreement when deciding to have renters on their property. Jake was knowledgeable and had my best interest his top priority. I will no doubt be contacting Jake next time I have legal implications.

She was a great attorney, she helped me get my daughter back. My original attorney was kicked off my case and she was court appointed. the judge ordered the paid attorney to give me $2500 of my $4500 back. I went to the court house and the lady at the court house gave me a copy of the paper work saying the old attorney already paid my attorney (Autumn Chastain) my money back and I had to take that to her office to request my money. She said she never recieved my money from William Winchester. I went back to the Court house and they said it showed right there in the paperwork that he indeed paid my money back and autumn has it! I went back to her office several times and the desk lady said she wasn't there every time. No returned phone calls. The last time i went up there I left a copy with the secretary that she said she would give to autumn. I never heard anything back. I was never paid my court ordered money. I still have my copy and it still makes me angry every time I think about it! Im grateful for her helping me get my daughter back. She even gave her stuff for Christmas the first year I had her back, but it seems like I paid for it really. I tried many times at 2 different offices she moved to, nothing!

Autumn represented me in the wrongful death of my daughter. It was a difficult case but Autumn was there for me through every stage of the case. Attorney Psonya Hackett did not Offer to provide documentation or other proof upon my request. Attorney Psonya Hackett failing to file documentations within the statute of limitations. Attorney Psonya Hackett permitted unacceptable communications with me as a client, including not returning phone calls and keeping me as a client informed.
Attorney Psonya Hackett held my documents for one year and never viewed my documents nor filed anything pertaining to my case and caused me to pay the other side attorney fees. I advise do not hire Psonya Hackett poor service.

I have seen Ms. Myers work hard in the interest of the children that she has been entrusted into her care. She did not allow people to intimidate her with the cancel culture that is prevalent in today's society. She kept her focus solely on the welfare of the children involved in this unfortunate situation. Shari Myers represents what is the worst of the legal profession. Someone that claims this high moral superiority but deep down is as fake and as morally bankrupt as one can be.
Myers profits off the misfortune of individuals during very contested divorces and child custody issues. Very sensitive and emotionally draining issues but She only cares of enriching herself and nothing of the clients or children she is somehow tasked to provide counsel to.
Myers is someone who decided she wasn’t going to hear from both sides during a contested issue. Does that sound like someone impartial and fair??

The process was long and grueling but getting to meet my lawyer and judge before having to testify in front of a group of random people and to tell what he did to me made it much better. I don't think I could bare to do this ever again but the process was worth it.
