I reached out to Heather regarding a fairly complicated post-divorce, post-alimony dispute related to health insurance coverage for my ex-spouse.
After an initial consultation where she educated me as to the uniqueness of my situation, she described a path forward that would provide closure. Though the issue took over a year to resolve (due mostly to the pandemic) I felt that Heather was attentive to my needs and generally cost-conscious in her approach.
In the end things went against me financially which, while unfortunate, was always a possibility. However she did achieve my primary goal of finality without having to go through a trial, so overall I was satisfied which the approach Heather took.

Divorce sucks big time. But within 15 minutes of interviewing Katharine I knew she would represent me in my sucky divorce. Patricia (Patti) LaFrance esq. Is an amazing attorney. She did a very nice job laying out exactly what my expectations should be during my divorce. She quickly ascertained the nature of my case and the unique challenges that I was left to deal with. She is particularly well versed and known for her advocacy in domestic violence cases. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when our Judge knew her by first name and referred to her work when she was with the prosecutors office. The judge certainly seemed to value her legal arguments and opinions. Needless to say I got a more-than fair result in my divorce. Patricia was hired to assist in appealing a denied claim filed with our insurance carrier for a large employee theft that occurred at my company. I had been battling back and forth for well over a year with our carrier before dismissing our current attorney and hiring Patricia. Patricia had the issue resolved for us within a couple months and our claim was paid in full. She has also been assisting us with the ongoing criminal investigation of the former employee and has been instrumental in keeping a very slow process moving forward. i had an amazing experience with Brent . He knows everything for you as an immigrant and always do all the steps you supposed to do in a perfect way . always reply emails fast and with fully answers for all the questions you have for him . it is absolutely worth the money i would choose him again every time i have to choose i got my green card without needing an immigration interview all due to Brent hard work with me. i was hesitate about the price at first but i am so glad i chose Brent and did not follow my hesitation so if you guys confused about the price it is absolutely worth it and very awardable.

All of Mr. Bucks reviews are solid for a reason. This man knows exactly what he is doing. I've never needed anything like this in my life, and I slipped up and didn't know who to turn to. Mr. Buck was quick with a response and was very confident he could take my case on and do his best. He did so much better than I expected and went above and beyond. He didn't come with a single strategy, but multiple. He was always on top, and always at LEAST two steps ahead of everyone. I was VERY pleased with the outcome and will recommend him to anyone, and I never want to need his services again, but when it comes right down to it he is brilliant and gets nothing but an excellent review.

Kent Barker handled a personal injury case for my partner involving a dog bite that tore my partner’s rotator cuff and resulted in needed surgery which caused lost time at work, and many medical bills from hospital and physical therapy.
Kent was able to negotiate a settlement on our behalf that not only paid the Medicare expenses but also our bills and covered lost wages
We would not have been so lucky or successful in this pursuit without Kent’s assistance.

Hired for a divorce case. 5,000$ deposit. She never consulted me after the first consulting call.
She missed 3 different phone meetings with me in three months.
Charged me 5000 total before even ever going to court of ever having even one conversation.
The services that were rendered I have been told by every other local attorney is some of the worst advice and service for my situation.
Would never recommend and some of the practices by her and fellow lawyers she is friendly with border illegal.

John eats a lot of beans and hotdogs during his zoom meetings. I heard he only wears suits on the top half of his body and has underwear on the bottom half during zoom calls. However, he won a case for me when I robbed the local bank of my town. He’s a good man, the Amy is cool she doesn’t eat as many hotdogs as John, she is healthier and smarter. She helped my 3rd wife get custody of her step children. It was a bit expensive though.

I would NEVER recommend Faye Goldberg!!!!!! The only thing she excelled at was billing. If I could give her a NO star rating I would. She charged over $9,000 and accomplished ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for it. She never resolved my child custody issue, child support issue or permanent visitation issue which is what she was hired to do. I continually had to repeat myself with the facts of my case over and over and over again to her. She seemed consumed with other cases or other things instead of my case that she was being well paid to do. She strung me along charging big bucks for basically nothing but correspondence to me and the other party, and the minute the money ran out she immediately withdrew herself as my counsel.
She dumped me like a ton of bricks LEAVING NOT ONE ISSUE RESOLVED after spending over $9,000. In the end she did nothing that I couldn't have done myself for free. She was no better than a court appointed attorney from my experience. In fact I once had a court appointed attorney that was far better than Faye Goldberg.
