I have had an ongoing child custody case for 6 years now. Just recently I have come across David, unfortunately he is located 3 hours from the district court my case is in. However, that has not steered him away from helping me with over the phone consults regarding my case. He has gone above and beyond my expectations in providing me with the information i needed, as well as plainly explaining situations and scenarios of my case so that i could understand what exactly is going on and how I personally need to go about handling it. No, I have not gotten the pleasure to meet David in person yet, but from the amount of time I have spent talking with him has me convinced he is the best attorney to handle something like my case. There has not been a single time that he didn't answer the phone when i called, and knew exactly who I was by the time we had our second phone conversation. I am very impressed with his work ethic as well as his personality because he will put himself in your shoes to be able to give you the best possible legal advise that he can. I am definitely looking forward to more help from David, and possibly retaining him as an attorney if possible in the future (the 3 hour drive may be the only issue at hand with being able to hire him). I will definitely recommend David to anyone I know seeking legal advise on any matter because I feel confident that he can help anyone with any legal issues they may have, and if he doesn't have the answer right away he will get the answer and get back with you in a very timely manner. Ben is by far not only a great lawyer, but one of the better people you will come across.. during my legal situation he never left me second guessing, in fear and always remained in control of every aspect of my case. Went through a divorce and was completely lost. Ben was able to fight for the light at the end of the tunnel for me. I could not be where I am in my life at this point without having sought counsel with Ben. His paralegal, Connie, is a true gem and extremely helpful. Janet, the secretary is equally as patient, kind and efficient. Ben has a calm demeanor, but will fight for you, never steer you in the wrong direction and is worth every dime. He makes the best use of your money and your time. I am finally done and feel like he was the best investment I’ve made even during a truly awful time.

I cannot begin to explain how pleased I am with Brian! He was very readily available and sufficient whenever my situation was laid out on the table almost 7 months ago. Keith Jones has been the most ethical, realistic, and smartest attorney I've ever met. He lets me know what to expect, breaks down processes in detail, and works hard to do his job right. I don't like going tp court with all the strangers, MY EX HUSBAND, and the emotional charge that's generally accompanied with custody battles, but Keith Jones makes me feel comfident and secure in my decisions and most of all the decision to ask for his help. I believe he's a man that can lay his head on his pillow at night with a clear conscience and peace of mind because he has morals. I haven't known him long and my custody case isn't over, but I have a strong feeling that I don't have to worry. I wish there were more attorneys like him so justice can be served the right way for good people out there than need help and don't have the right words to say. Thanks mr. Jones. With all my heart.

Keith for me has been my legal go-to for many years. His Knowledge of family law in my divorce and even years after has helped me to weather the often frustrating and helpless feelings that come with a divorce. He has more than once shown me that a quick reaction is often the wrong way to handle conflicts and that a soft touch in some cases helps to reflect some positive light towards me as a person in a tough situation. I would recommend Keith jones for his deeply rooted beliefs in justice and also in the integral concept of family. Because at some point with kids there will be plenty of opportunities to be the bigger person and not have to wish that things had been handled differently.

Mr. Willis represented me against the father of our daughter in a custody fight. My ex had me arrested for using his debit card for buying things for our daughter after telling me to leave the house. He got temporary custody when I was arrested, but at trial Mr. Willis did an excellent job in showing what a controlling and deceitful man my ex is. Mr. Willis was well prepared and was really aggressive in the Courtroom. I now have custody of my little girl back and am grateful to Mr. Willis and the Court for the outcome.

I hired David in 2014, a year and a half we had our trial. The long wait was just circumstances, not David. He is not a dirty lawyer, no tricks etc. He was extremely honest with me, with the other party, the judge and other lawyers. I'm a father, I had joint custody from 2008 forward. We had a GAL. In 2015 we had a two day trial. I received sole physical and legal custody. The mother also had to pay $8000 of my legal fees. There was a lot of manipulation, lots of badmouthing. Patients is key in all this. David was very good at keeping me calm, giving me advice, sometimes what seemed like daily. He answered my calls way more often than most lawyers would. Very personal relationship with David was established. David far exceeded my expectations, he earned every penny I gave him and then some. He was always on time, always called when he said he would. This was a long painful experience but David made it pleasant from time to time. Thank you David for all you have done for me and our family!!!!

I was a father fighting for sole custody of my daughter. I used Mr. Carroll along with Jim Feamster for my child custody case. It was VERY complicated. It took 2 years & a 6 day trial to be awarded sole custody of my daughter. It was a father vs. mother in the state of OK. We all know that is very difficult. It was a long difficult process. Mr Carignan is the absolute best call you can make. To not do so might cost you not only more money and time…but you still might not get the desired effect. I was in a hopeless situation where I felt like no one cared and government wasn’t going to help, and not to mention almost a year trying on my own ( futile attempt to save money ) Once I got it in contact, which was within a day of sending a email… I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel! No one wants to spend money… but if you have to spend it, you want a good product or quality work. I assure you this gentleman is both, and at a reasonable price. Things can be tough when you battle alone, having him on your team is the difference between the winning or losing It can all be different with his help

In a very unexpected situation, I chose Banner to guide us through and represent my child. We were disappointed to find out that the $5000 retainer we paid was completely gone before charges were ever filed. And for what ? A few emails and phone calls and 30+ hours of checking OSCN? We never asked him to check OSCN daily and the contract doesn't say he was going to check OSCN daily. And we told him that we were already checking OSCN daily. And that is clerical work. $300/hr to check OSCN? There hasn't even been an arraignment. The attorney didn't go to court even once. The contract stated that there would be an accounting and refund upon request. We never expected the attorney would fill the accounting with 8 pages of checking OSCN. We trusted this attorney to take care of our child in a time of need and feel like our naivety was taken advantage of. Interesting. As a response to your response, if I am not a party to a contract then I would like a full refund of the $5000 that I paid. My name was on that check. And the word retainer is misleading. Just take it out of your contract and call it a fee only. I read the contract and I was ok with it this whole time, because I was under the impression that the $5000 was a retainer and that unused/unearned funds would be refunded. Yes I understood an additional retainer would be due if charges were filed, but I never understood that meant the first retainer was completely used up at that point. My child and my husband were both at the initial consultation and we all believed the same. We never thought it was just a $5000 charge before ever even filing an entry of appearance as the attorney. We thought the $5000 was just to retain legal services and that fees would be deducted from the retainer as legal services were performed. We never, ever thought we were going to be billed $300/hr attorney fees for $20/hr clerical work or that it would cost $5000 for a few emails and phone calls. I guess we learned to always get an attorney to review our contract with an attorney before signing.

My wife and I can’t explain how much we love Kellie! She has been the only lawyer that listened to us about incidents with mom and my case. She wasted no time to take action. I had spent two weeks looking for an attorney and had recieved the same statement from every one, "there just isn't enough money in it for me sorry and good luck" so I was about to give up when Chris called me late one Friday and said you have been done wrong let see what I can do. Carla was amazing! I was unfamiliar with the process of getting a divorce and Carla walked me through everything. She's a go-getter and extremely knowledgeable in the field! She's highly respected and will tell you like it is. My ex didn't want to give me a dime after being married for 10 years. Carla was able to get me what was rightfully mine. The process of divorce is mentally draining, but Carlas strength and passion also helped me personally through the process.
