I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. I was really surprised at how great her communication was throughout this whole process. If I could hire her for any Court related problems I sure would. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. I hired Mr. Cohen to get the job done and he did just that. The only downfall was the time it took to complete my divorce. To no faults of Scott of course. The courts are so backed up it took a while. The positive part was being able to contact Scott and he almost was always available to speak with me. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in my case and that was one of the most important things to me. I do recommend Scott if communication is a big deal because he does make it a point to stay in contact and include his client.

I was referred to David by my mediation attorney to help with a challenging post-divorce custody dispute. David was truly exceptional throughout the process, which ended favorably. I retained David Steerman to represent me in a child custody matter in which I was wrongfully accused of various claims by my childs other parent. In what was an extremely difficult time in my life, David was thoughtful, diligent, and attentive to my case. In addition to being extremely thorough, detailed and knowledgable, David was understanding, compassionate and sensitive. Most importantly however, he listened. He did not push me into unnecessary litigation and listened to my unique requests. My divorce consisted of one meeting with both parties represented, and one follow up meeting to sign the paperwork. Since my divorce was finalized, David has continued to be responsive and helpful when additional questions/items arise. I feel fortunate to have him as my advocate.

Attorney Franko was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring during the events of my case. I had previously hired an experienced attorney from a well-known area firm, and had I continued to retain his services over Attorney Franko's, not only would I have lost financial compensation, I would have incurred increased bodily damage from a misdiagnosed spinal injury that he discouraged a second opinion on. Divorce isn't a fun process, but Charlie Meyer's knowledge and approach to a difficult situation made it a little easier. Unlike other attorneys I consulted, he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but instead what was a fair and likely outcome (even if it wasn't 100% in my favor). He has a very patient, encouraging, and casual manner that put me at ease. Charlie always got back to me even in my most hysterical moments, often early in the morning, often on weekends. I believe he has a good sense of personalities as well-- understanding how much information a client needs and wants and knowing, too, when to keep some of the unimportant nonsense quiet. Needless to say he has extensive knowledge of the laws in quite a few counties in and outside Philadelphia, and he seems to have a good rapport with lawyers/ masters/ judges in a courtroom setting.
If you're looking for a fair and balanced approach to your case--and for someone to put a lot of fight and effort into getting you what you deserve-- Charlie is a good choice.

Charlie Meyer has consistently been a supportive and knowledgeable resource. I have learned the value of his experience and benefitted from his ability to navigate family court. Charlie has always been fair and professional. What I appreciate most about Charlie’s council is his ability to balance being practical yet an advocate for his client. There have been times his advice regarding emotional matters like custody and support was not what I wanted to hear, but he shared his advice and listened to me. When it came time to go into court or negotiate with opposing council he demonstrated the ability to protect his client while always moving towards resolutions. I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property during inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. She kept everything else in check and is very responsive whatever the time of day.
It is obvious that Linda enjoys her work, but more importantly it is clear that she takes great pride in doing things to the very best of her ability.
