This man did absolutely nothing to help me. He ignored all of my calls. Made me beg for responses and belittled me for not understanding how court went. He did nothing to fight for my case and knew nothing about details until he let die process happen. I feel ripped of and taken advantage of. Stay away from this swindler

Jared and the entire office support staff were all closely coodinated which made the closing process proceed quickly and without delays of any kind. Jared is an expert in the field of real estate law, and we were completely satisfied with all phases of the closing. A same day closing on both the house we sold and the house we bought was important to our financing, and he made it happen, saving us from a costly bridge loan.

I was searching high and low to find an Attorney to deal with a family matter on my behalf. I was hopeless and I needed someone to fight for me because I had no fight left to deal with the ongoing issue. Rui has been an exceptional attorney since I first hired him two and a half years ago. When I first consulted him about my separation and divorce I was not anticipating the high level of conflict my divorce would have. I reached out to Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum for a consultation after being rear ended at a red light in Rhode Island, which resulted in an injury. After looking around frantically, I ended up being referred to this firm through a family member. My attorney Christopher Russo took care of everything. From proving liability, total loss settlement negotiation, and guiding me through the personal injury aspect and making sure I received all the medical care I needed (going to doctors and PT). Without my attorney through Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum, I don't think I would have been able to get as favorable of an outcome by myself. They truly stand by their word and will do everything in their power to help you. My case took approximately one year to the day to fully settle with varying levels of communication throughout. When I was served with divorce papers I did not know where to turn . I had never been through anything like this . I called a few lawyers but didn’t feel comfortable. I used a lawyer matching service and found Jeff . I went for a meeting and left with a lawyer. It was the best decision I made .
Jeff is very good at what he does . He keep me informed through the whole process and was there whenever I needed him .His knowledge and desire to fight for me we evident . When I wavered about anything he was right there to support me.
In the end the divorce settlement was better than I could have imagined .
I would recommend Jeff to anyone needing a lawyer.

I am a retired attorney myself, now seeking an attorney to help with a defective mesh implant I had years ago. I called between 10 and 20 firms claiming to be “experts” in hernia mesh claims. I received a return call from every single firm EXCEPT DAVID’s from someone at a call center screening for valid mesh cases who followed an apparent script they had been given. The screeners had no apparent legal or medical experience and they certainly weren’t attorneys. They did not understand any medical procedures, especially if not listed on their script so I found myself explaining medical processes to them. In fact, because my situation is somewhat unusual and I couldn’t honestly say “yes” in response to one of the screener questions but rather need to explain my answer to someone who understood the medical and legal processes, I was told by several screeners (with no legal or medical training or experience) that I did not have a claim and their lawyer “couldn’t help me.” The majority of the firms did in fact accept my claim and agreed to represent me after a several day process of lawyer review, but David LISTENED TO ME on my initial call, understood exactly what my medical situation was and took it upon himself to represent me in conjunction with another attorney he asked to contact me directly.
David is extremely knowledgeable and he listens and he helps clients. From now on, I will always call David first and not waste hours and hours talking to screeners and non-legal, non-medical call center employees.

I’ve been using Paul Ferns for several years now. Originally I had a different lawyer and he wasn’t on top of my case. I soon after had switched to Paul and haven’t had another attorney since. He has helped in numerous car accident cases and a few driving violation cases as well. He also has given advice on family issues and legalities of different situations I was in need of help with. I’ve always left his office happy and extremely satisfied with the results. He’s answered every question I’ve had an has been very attentive to my cases. He’s a breath of fresh air and very professional. Definitely has a way of making you feel comfortable. Breaks down all aspects of the cases I’ve presented to him and which ways we are able to go. I had a particularly complicated Divorce that had a house, assets, debt and other considerations that needed an experienced Lawyer that could navigate the Rhode Island legal system quickly and easily. Attorney Ferns not only made the whole process easy but we were able to come to an agreement with my spouse and get a judgement much faster than I anticipated. I am an out of state guy who needed a traffic issue addressed...a 30 year old traffic issue....My home state was not going to renew my license because of an unpaid ticket from 1987 ...I figured it was going to take months...because in dealing with the DMV.... I already had over 2 months of waiting. I called Paul on a Friday issue was taken care of by the following Wed including the documentation which was in my files by Wed afternoon. Angelina provided excellent counsel during my divorce proceedings. She discussed and reviewed all of my options in great detail, which was especially important to me regarding placement of my children. I especially apprecaited that she presented all options, with the pros and cons and likelyhood of success, without leading in me in one direction or another. I appreciated having the information to make the decision instead of having it made for me. It left me with the confidence that I chose the best available path forward.
In writing the agreement, she anticipated a number of areas that needed to be covered in the agreement that later proved to be critical.
In addition, her billing was very fair and accurate. Although I was the plaintiff and she did most of the work (initial complaint, wrote entire agreement and entered the order) her bill was smaller than my ex-wife's attorney's bill, which represented only a fraction of the effort of Angelina's work.
Lastly, going through a divorce, especially with small children involved, can be very emotional. She dealt well with my occasional emotion state by acknowledging my concerns and then calmly discussing the path forward.

Angelina worked with me on a relocation case for nearly a year. She was prompt getting back to me and did so much leg work during the case and has continued to remain on top of things after it was settled. She was always understanding and explained things so that I didn't have any further questions. She was incredibly thorough and a constant professional. I was in need of lowering my Child support, 1 of my Boy's has already reached the age of 18 and my other is about to. I was going to handle this on my own, thinking it was a open and shut case. After reading the overwhelming snip it's online about how bad that really was to represent yourself, I started having 2nd thoughts. Then my Divorce started to flash through my head on how expensive that was to retain the Lawyer, then the court/filing fee's etc..etc.. So this time instead of looking up the top names in RI, I decided to surf the web for reasonable Attorneys. I am glad I did that and glad I came across Mr. Pearsall, he was and is nothing short of professional, called me back when needed, answered all my e-mails in a timely manner and recommended we try and get both Boy's child support terminated together so I would not have to go back to court again in 2 months. Glad to say with his help and guidance all went well today, and I am now free of Child support. Would recommend Mr. Pearsall to anyone in need of a Lawyer that will work for you.

After what I thought was a mutual and uncontested divorce I had to retain Attorney Pearsall when my X began alienating my children from me and threatening to litigate against me if I did not pay more in child support that I was required, or pay her additional monies she was not entitled to. I unfortunately handled the case PRO SE and made a few legal errors which came back to haunt me. Attorney Pearsall was able to block litigations against me attempting to extract additional monies, and get a court ruling providing for once a week parenting time with my minor daughter. If I had retained his services instead of going it PRO SE things would have been so much easier and turned out so much better for me and my kids.

I was served with divorce papers only one week before a court hearing and was expected to answer. By law 30 days are required to answer. I had no idea how to proceed with this under the stress I was in on such short notice. I was desperate to find legal representation at the last minute. Beside the fact of the stress I was under because my husband was divorcing me for another woman. Having little experience at this situation left me anxious and afraid. Being a skeptic, I scoured the internet to find reviews on Attorney Pearsall's work. He seemed like an honest guy so I took a chance. Under the time constraints, Attorney Pearsall came through for me literally the day of my hearing. Ben Perez represented me in a criminal matter. Unfortunately I was dumb enough to admit everything to the police. The prosecution offered me a standard deal and was unwilling to budge. Ben took my matter to trial and though my admission pretty much sealed the deal Ben made the prosecution earn their win. He cross examined my accuser so hard that he gave a ton of attitude and made the judge hate him. And ultimately based on the facts he was able get me the same sentence as the deal the prosecution offered to begin with. But he made them earn it! Had I not admitted, I think Ben would have won my case.

Atty Kristy Garside has got to be the most professional lawyer I have dealt with. I was in a Medicaid jam and hired her to find a solution. She led me directly to a Special Needs Trust which ultimately fixed my problem. We even got the matter cleared up in a fast/informal way so that I did not need to wait for an appeal.
