Shumika is an amazing attorney. She is not out to do anyone dirty or lie about anything. She was very honest with me and I was with her. She had great communication with me during my whole divorce case. Even when my ex's attorney failed to even educate themselves on the case and attempted to play dirty pool, Shumika stood her ground on what was right and didn't stoop to their level. Shumika and I were a team on everything, working together like a well oiled machine. I recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney. I been paying child support for my 3 kids. When my company moved out of state, I didn't know where to start since my case was filed in Riverside County. One of my sons had turned 18 and it was time for me to start looking for them to stop garnishing my wages. I was looking for a local Attorney here in NV, but kind of find out that the law was bit different, plus my case was from CA, so I decided to google a Lawyer from Riverside. I came across Diana Renteria's #. I called her and it was the best thing I ever done. She was a big help and very easy. At one point before calling her, I was getting worried I thought I had to fly out there to file the right paper work for my case. My second child turned 18 and called her again and got that working for me ASAP. My 3rd child is turning 18 in a month and getting ready to call her again. I do recommend Diana, she's very good at what she does.

I am a 47 old divorced dad with a 6-year-old lovely daughter. My ex-wife filed for a divorce about a year and a half ago claiming for full legal and physical custody over our daughter. We had been married for 17 years owning real estate and had my own business.
I was just like anybody else panicked and I asked my friend to help to find the best attorney to representing me. I was told to call Bratton Razo Lord family law firm. Now my case is over and I could not be happier with the result.
I unfortunately had to deal with the spouse who thought that because she is the mom so she can do and say anything. Besides that she accused me with almost anything just to win the case.
Mr. Razo was a big relief since start.I felt so confident with him. He was always calm and focused. He always explained the situation and always had a plan to take care of the incoming attacks. Mr. Razo is young, but with the skill and logic like not too many attorneys have these days. My case had involved with the 730 evaluation.
Court hearing after hearing Mr. Razo always been a step ahead of my ex’s attorney. Unfortunately negotiating our agreement with my ex wife was out of question since the start.

When I was referred to Mr. Razo by a coworker, I was told he was fair, ethical, and thorough. I immediately found that to be true. Mr. Razo was honest with me the entire time. He always gave me expectations, but he also advised me of the reality and possible outcomes. Mr. Razo did not promise me anything but his full effort to help gain joint custody of my children. I had been divorced for 5 years and had partial custody of my two kids with my ex having primary custody. My Ex-wife moved our children over an hour away from me causing turmoil and hardship for the children. Over the years of fighting for more custody, I was bullied and pushed to back down by my ex’s lawyer. My job and schedule were constantly used against me since I worked 12 hours shifts. Mr. Razo assured me that fathers are equal and we can have equal time and custody of our children. Mr. Razo assisted me in having my ex move back to a central location where we can live in the same town, and I was awarded joint Legal and Physical Custody with the equal time share that I requested with no restrictions due to my work schedule. I could not be happier with Mr. Razo's work. He truly made it his goal to help me win the case, but did so in an ethical way that allowed my ex and I to maintain a good relationship. I filed for a divorce about 20 years ago and thought I was completely divorced- come to find out I never submitted the final paperwork, so I was still married. I contacted Linda and she worked diligently in contacting the courts and submitting paperwork to be able to back track my divorce to the original date. I was so worried that it wasn't going to happen, but she kept pushing through. Because of Linda my divorce became final- she is awesome, I would highly recommend her!

He asked the judge for breaks to talk to me and the other party then started to make request on behalf of the other party. I wish I knew Iim advance he would be of no assistance, money down the drain. The other party made false allegations and scheduled an emergency hearing under false pretenses. Gary's advice be the better parent.

When it became clear I was going to need a divorce attorney, like most I asked around for recommendations. Bill came highly recommended and has not disappointed me once. At the initial consultation he listened and was very clear on what to expect. Bill came across as knowledgeable, honest and most importantly reliable. My initial overwhelmingly positive impression of both he and his staff has never faltered. During the course of my divorce I would often get calls or emails on the weekends or after hours from Bill or a member of his team. My divorce has ran longer then most and I have consistently received the highest quality representation from an attorney and staff who I believe genuinely care.
I also think it is important to add that my preconceived notions of how a divorce works and the reality of the situation were very very far apart. Bill took the time to explain to me on several occasions the reality of the situation...I would argue with him..he would quote case law and give me examples very patiently and set me straight. I recently joked with a friend of mine I have a love/hate relationship with Bill Bratton. I honestly believe that my divorce could have been an unmitigated disaster given its contentious nature. Hiring Bill is the best decision I made during the arguably worst period of my life. I do hate that he has been right about everything...lol, his advice and guidance has been on point from day one.
I have also taken the time to watch Bill work. When we have been in court I made it a point to watch him interact with other attorneys and even in court twice representing other clients. He demonstrates his vast experience with ease and clearly still has a passion for what he does. Bill is a master at his craft.
I will close as I started...Bill Bratton is the best decision I made during the arguably worst period of my life.

I deal with attorneys professionally in my line of work. So I'm well versed in what I'm looking for. Some are cheerleaders, some are lazy, and some are pitbulls. Mr. Deller is a pitbull. Probably more like an old pitbull but with a lot of wisdom and experience in the court room. I was looking for a blunt honest attorney who knew his stuff, experienced, and can haul us along for the long fight. I didn't need anything sugar coated. Meeting Mr. Deller filled my needs. My divorce was complicated. I knew it from the start. It took three years but we finished it. The reality in a divorce is you ain't gonna get everything you want. If you approach it in that manner you will disappoint yourself and blame all around you.....including your attorney. Mr. Deller helped bring some realities into what I was asking for and did a great job at negotiating with opposing counsel to get us all to a happy medium. In the end, I still got the better end of the deal. I escaped alimony and child support. More importantly my sons got to voice who they wanted to spend their time with. The odds are usually against men in divorces. However good planning and tactics placed the odds in my favor. But it took some good planning and strategizing. Mr. Deller's team had a great strategy and executed it to my benefit. Mr. Deller is my go to attorney. In addition to my own divorce, I've brought my son's traffic case, and my grown daughter's family law issues to him too. I will continue to bring my legal needs to Mr. Deller. If you're looking for a cheerleader on a budget for an attorney who's going to tell you everything's going to be ok like some of the folks here who gave him bad reviews. You pay for what you get. Then Mr. Deller is not the choice for you. Look elsewhere as there's plenty of budget focused cheerleaders around. If you're looking for an old experienced pitbull to be your counsel. Look no further as Mr. Deller is the man.

My experience with Christian Schank was great. I needed last minute representation for a domestic violence restraining order trial and so I called into his office. After doing a consultation, I hired him and he successfully defended the restraining order and was legit in court. He is a very skilled attorney. He was very aggressive in court and I could tell that is where he excels. All in all, I was stoked to have Mr. Schank as my attorney.

Perhaps the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. First thing to touch on, the rates are absurd $325 for an email? Secondly do not expect any actual work to get done, there’s a reason they want you to pay up front, they are in no way going to try to close the case but rather they just want to financially take every penny they have. I took one good review and unfortunately listened to that. After talking with some other prior clients I am now aware what I read online for good reviews are likely fraud. Double and triple check all options before you go with this lawyer or you’ll pay a lot for no results.

I don't think I can find the words to describe Mr. Schank and what he did for my children and I. Nearly six years of my children and I being bullied in the courtroom. Every single road block stacked against us. Mr. Schank came into my case after four other attorney's did nothing but waste money. Mr. Schank got results. He was relentless and doesn't give up. He is ethical, smart, and I felt he really cared about my kids and I. If you have a high conflict case, where you keep getting stepped on, he is the attorney for you. I had not had a good night sleep for 6 years until Mr. Schank took over my case. My nightmares are over and my children for the first time are going to get to voice their opinion.
