Christopher did an amazing job with my divorce and he also was able to make it possible for me to see my son again which I’m forever grateful for. Stacy took a very stressful and certainly unfamiliar situation and explained every step in a comforting way. She was so kind and patient with me, helping me understand the processes. So, I battled a traffic case out of Malheur County. Had a very negative interaction with a resident deputy in Jordan Valley. My contact with the deputy resulted in being cited for traffic violations based on “contempt of cop” perceived by the Malheur County deputy. BUT, I knew the cat was wrong basedon his lack of radar training AND Malheur County Sheriff is lacking to ensure their radar equipment is calibrated and tuned. Hit Edgar up. Excellent communications, cost was reasonable for his representation. He helped navigate the county system AND went to work for me. His efforts resulted in my getting satisfaction over a rural po-dunk resident deputy who “short cuts” or flat out withholds exculpatory information. I am very satisfied and a fair resolution took place!! Thanks again, Edgar.

I met Ms. Dentinger early on in my process of trying to decide if I was going to proceed with a divorce. From the outset, she was forthright and I felt confident in her advice. She listened to my desired outcomes in the process and kept that as our focus throughout the divorce proceedings. She is an excellent ally, tells you "how it is", and keeps things realistic. She was compassionate to me but was directive and dogged when dealing with the other attorney. Although divorce is a stressful process, Ms. Dentinger is phenomenal at what she does and I feel that my decision to have her represent me made my divorce proceedings as smooth as they could be. Tammy is a very knowledgeable attorney that really understands the process. I really appreciated how she handled my case and the aggressiveness of the opposing side. I worked very well with her. I really appreciated how Tammy would lay out the options and didn't always have to fight w/ the opposing side for the sake of fighting. However, when a issue or problem occurred that required a strong stance, she went to bat. Divorce is a very stressful event. Looking back I really valued her openness to share the pros and cons of various issues/proposals, and her ability to change tactics based on her knowledge of opposing attorneys. The opposing attorney in my case was known for being rather aggressive and argumentative. At the onset of our legal relationship, Tammy predicted what he would likely do and how we would respond, or even not respond. I am very pleased w/ the representation I received from Tammy and her staff. Tammy and her team always responded quickly to my calls/emails and was always available to answer questions. I would strongly recommend Tammy.

One of the two best intellectual property attorneys I've been associated with in my 50 years of business experience. Michelle pleaded our case concerning a trademark that was deemed by the trademark officer to be too similar in definition as to be an infringement. She convinced the reviewing officer that we would not be infringing and consequently we received our registered mark for the product.
In another instance she negotiated a co-existance agreement that could have cost us the trademark of our flagship product and, even convinced the other party to pay most of our legal expense.

I hired Lisa to represent me in my divorce. The circumstances in my case were probably the hardest that a lawyer can deal with. Specifically, my ex wife was abusive and extremely mentally ill. Without Lisa, I do not believe my children would be in a safe place right now. She was honest and forthcoming about my advantages, weak points, and things to consider. She was not afraid to tell me when I was wrong, which should be appreciated in cases like this. The divorce was long and drawn out, 15 months. During that time, Lisa was patient with my stress, and always answered questions in a timely manner. If you want a lawyer with integrity and honesty, but also knows how to win, you would do well to hire Lisa. There is not enough gratitude in the world for me to express just what she has done for my children and me.

I strongly recommend finding a different attorney.
Alex is a super nice guy, but he is not a very good attorney. It would have been impossible to achieve a worse result then Alex achieved. He continuously demonstrated a lack of interest in the case and was unresponsive and/or distracted. His high price was also a concern given the lack of interest/effort. My gut was screaming at me to replace him through the whole process. I had no choice but to move forward with him despite wanting to find someone else, due to spending most of my time out of the United States.
Alex did NOT represent my interests in court. During the trial, Alex seemed unprepared. He was continuously fumbling through his notes like he didn’t know what to ask. The topics that I had asked him to focus on, the previous day, were not even mentioned (by Alex) during the trial (including the many times that my ex-wife broke the previous court order). Some of the questions that Alex asked me during the case made me look bad in front of the judge, as if Alex was also working for opposing party. I am unsure if Alex was intentionally trying to damage my case for if he is really just that bad of an attorney. I strongly believe that this case would have gone differently if I had halfway decent attorney.
The Judge consented fully to the position of my ex-wife, considered my position to be “[unreasonable],” and ordered that I pay my ex-wife’s attorney fees ($23,000). Alex’s response was “I am your attorney, not an oracle,” meaning Alex cannot predict court outcomes. How useful is an attorney who can’t predict court outcomes? How useful is a physicist who can predict motion, a meteorologist who can’t predict the weather, or a surgeon who can predict survival rates? If Alex was my surgeon, I would have been dead on the table.
Now I only get supervised visitation with my son, as if I am an ex-convict, despite never actually doing anything wrong.
Please learn from my mistake and find an attorney who knows what they are doing and who is motivated to bring you the best outcome.

I hired Elaine for custody/parenting plan. She called my daughter the wrong name twice. She failed to communicate in a timely manner, with me and the opposing attorney. She seemed to be unconcerned or forgetful about my daughter's safety and mine as well. Overall experience was very unsatisfactory.

After an emotional decision I offered to my wife am uncontested divorce. After an Internet research for a local attorney to facilitate this I discover Ms. Smith-Koop. Unfortunately my wife took her own action and filed. I kept my appointment with Ms. Smith-Koop. I will attest that I was completely distraught. Not only did she walk me throught all my options she kind and presented me the facts.
My position was to be fair and reasonable to my wife. Ms. Smith-Koop provided all the resources necessary to accomplish this goal.

Elaine represented me in a difficult paternity case. My case was challenging to say the least and I was fairly doubtful of my chances at winning. Most of the feedback/opinion I received from other attorneys in Elaine's area of expertise (paternity) wasn't too optimistic. During a phone call when I'm obviously stressed and panicking he shushes me. Which I thought was unprofessional but things had started moving, or so I thought.
In a hearing he shows up to, he flat out stayed silent. No defense against easily proven lies from my ex. Even when I had mentioned that these statements were untrue.
That same hearing he arrive very disheveled and his suit was covered in beard hair from possibly shaving in his car or who knows. I just know it was very unprofessional.
After a heating he gave me bad advice concerning my rights and actions which lost me ground to MY abuser because he didn't pay attention to the entire hearing.
He also failed to file important documents I spent days working on, reviewing, and re writing.
He said he had a plan. Seemed very motivated and driven for helping me.
But he didn't even take accurate notes that he himself asked for over the phone.
I had to speak up and correct my own attorney over details he couldn't seem to even take accurate notes on.
After that he tanked my hearing and did nothing.
After that I fired him and somehow my retainer that was just replenished was evaporated to almost nothing even though I had just replenished funds and he had no work.
You might as well defend yourself.
Heck, even the guy who serves coffe at the drive through could probably do a better job than TIm
A Clown in a cheap suit.
This is my opinion from working with him directly.
His only other rating is from another attorney. Imagine that.
