Where do I begin? Elizabeth, or Liz as I call her, is the best of the best. Family court matters including custody can be very stressful and complicated, but with Liz it was not. She is very compassionate, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I met her on accident while trying to get custody of my 2 daughters in the court house in West Chester. I had no idea what to do or where to start. Liz came in the picture and within weeks I had primary custody. I've known her for almost 10 years and she will always be my go to!

I retained Mrs. Voit in 2007 for a petition to relocate my children. She did not waste my money and has good relationships with other attorneys. This relationship with opposing cousel, who is known for being obstinate, really paid off. We had a meeting and she calmy laid out a fair offer and walked the opposite side into her offer. I got everything I wanted and made some concessions that didn't hurt.
She kept me reasonable and squished my desire to "win" against my ex, but kept it about the kids.
She is fiesty and very busy. You must stay on top of her is all I would caution.

I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

Hiring Tiffany was one of the best decisions I made during my custody battle. She is very knowledgeable in her field and had plenty of great suggestions for me along the way. Any question I had I would just send her an email and she responded very quickly with an answer. She is very organized and on task and an extremely nice person. She always told me when she thought what I wanted was plausible and when she thought that I might not have much of a leg to stand on. Julie was the attorney that brought my prolonged, nearly 2.5 year Court Master-involved divorce case to resolution. After two previous attorneys had gone on maternity leave, it could have been easy to become frustrated at the prospect of having the case transferred for a third time, however Julie assumed the case seamlessly and confidently assured me the case would continue to move along without disruption.

I hired Alex for my husband drug case. Seemed like a decent guy at first. Talked a good game. 5,000 in his hand from day one! He became the worst attorney. He was very rude and arrogant. yelled at me more than the DA. No motions was put in. We waited 6 months for notes of testimony from the preliminary hearing. Which my husband requested day one of him being hired. Gave him 6500 just for to make it seem like he got the best deal possible when he did no work. Would not recommend for a criminal attorney. He was selling my husband out to the DA the whole time in my opinion. He will take your money!

Alex was able to deliver the best possible outcome in my traffic case. Without going into details, I was facing a minimum of a six month license suspension; we were ultimately able to plea down to charges that did not result in any license suspension.
