I had been using Mr. Cripps from the time my son was 2 for my initial divorce and child support and his fathers indiscretions until he was 13. Never once did he promise me ANYTHING! There were times I felt so frustrated and wondered what the hell he was doing? Why wasn’t he ordering drug tests? Why wasn’t he fighting harder? All the while what I didn’t know was that Mr. Cripps knew the system inside and out and knew it would not fly. Not to mention the integrity and trust he has built with the courts is stellar! They know he’s not there to just throw anything at the wall to see if it sticks. The many many times we were in court we won, EVERY TIME! And when my sons father would show with a high payed attorney that his mom payed for they would try and bs, along with my ex, and lost! The one thing I truly regret was listening to a friend who convinced me to use another attorney at a very crucial point in time, that he had used and I ended up paying probably about 6 times what I would have paid with Cripps and I know he still would have done better than she did. I still won but even she didn’t think she did. There is no doubt in my mind he would have too! And better! Mr. Cripps would always talk me down. I was very emotional, scared, lost, angry, all the things! And he was so patient with me. I will never forget the one thing I always remember and carry with me that he told me, “he will hang himself” he said to me. At the time that frustrated me but when I look back I can tell he knew the type. He simply has seen it all. Mr. Cripps has a secret guys. He reads people. He knows what he is doing without having to charge people what these other thieving lawyers do! All with integrity, honesty, trust, and just no bs! So if you are looking to spend a lot of money on a “tiger” go right ahead! But my money would be on Mr. Cripps every time! He truly is a Godsend!

Where to start?? I went thru a 2 year divorce, and Mr Cripps was with me every step of the way. Her lawyer tried to screw me every step of the way, and Mr Cripple blocked them every time, they had ZERO wins! He may not tell you what you want to hear, but he will ALWAYS tell you what's in your best interest. This is a very emotional time, and your not always thinking straight, but he ALWAYS is !! I dont think you could find better representation!!

Michael Dyer was one of the first calls I made during an extremely difficult period of my life. I had zero knowledge about separation and divorce. All I knew was I needed it done and with guidance. My very first
call with him he gave me an explanation with great detail about what it would entail and the proper steps to take in order to proceed with my divorce. He made sure I felt comfortable and that my needs were met as well as making sure I had everything to gain and wasn’t being taken advantage of from my ex partner. Mike doesn’t only exceed his expectations as a lawyer but made me feel safe as for someone like myself with emotional and learning disabilities. I appreciated his willingness to be patient with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer to represent them including friends, family, peers.

I'm new to writing online reviews, nonetheless I hope anyone looking to retain Mr. Dyer will read this post. For the last 12 years, I have been dealing with lawyers, both professionally and in my personal life, unfortunately. I trust Mr. Dyer and his firm like I trust my family. Anytime I had an issue pop up throughout the duration of my cases, they were quick to come to bat for me and they always produced the best result. It didn't take long for me to learn they take pride and care in all cases, large or small, high-profile or just your average person. After witnessing Mr. Dyer fiercely battle for my children, I was not surprised when I later learned he too was a parent. This gentleman treats his clients like they're family, and he fights for them like they're family. Additionally, he has taken the expert knowledge of the field and communication capability to a level of perfection - this was particularly helpful for me as our court systems legal lingo can most times be difficult to follow. It's truly remarkable to witness him manipulate the law so exquisitely and brilliantly. I am very happy with my results with Mr. Dyer and his firm, and I am grateful for their loyalty and compassion in my family's darkest time of need. Daniel A. Bachert’s a very kind and generous person . I have had an issue in family court in Texas and was beginning to feel completely overwhelmed and anxious . Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. He always gave me excellent legal advice. I will recommend him to anyone that has to go through any divorce proceedings.

I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. His knowledge and professionalism kept me and my then fiancé calm and collected throughout the process. In the end, not only did Dan negotiate true 50/50 shared custody and cost sharing, but due to his presentation of the facts, I picked up my daughter the very next day. This was more than I could have hoped for after 7 long months of not seeing her at all. I highly recommend Dan as his expertise guaranteed me the chance to help raise my daughter and ensured she is part of my family as well as her mom's.

We highly recommend Tiesha Dyer, Esquire. We hired her to represent us in a old alimony case. Her price was reasonable, her staff was very professional and she was very knowledgeable on our type of case. She went above and beyond to try to resolve our case. Mr. Val is definitely God sent! He was in federal court to represent his client when my case was called. I didn't have a attorney. He took my case free of charge.God knew the situation I was in. My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town.
He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us.
Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice.

In my experience, this lawyer did not work very deligently. He was very slow on replying to questions and concerns. In addition, he did not seem very knowledgeable of immigration issues at all. So it ended up costing me and my family money and above all time which we didn't have.

Abigail Beebe and her legal team were very professional throughout the course of my divorce. I live out of state , so Abigail was referred to me through a friend of mine. We actually never met face to face. My divorce should have been pretty straightforward, as there were not a lot of assets involved, but it dragged on for a year and a half. Extremely professional! I had been threw four firms prior to retaining Mr. Manoff. It was shortly after I retained Mr. Manoff that I realized the true difference between hiring a good attorney and a great one! I would recommend him to anyone that is dealing with a challenging situation regarding their children. Theses are always very sensitive matters and to deal with someone of his caliber gave me a sense of confidence which was much needed during an extremely challenging time. I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with Gabrielle, a family lawyer whom I hired and regretted every minute of it. It is my sincere recommendation that you steer clear of this individual, as they possess the ability to single-handedly ruin your case, drain your finances, and create unnecessary conflicts with judges.
First and foremost, Gabrielle's dishonesty was utterly appalling. Throughout the entire process, she consistently misled me and provided false information, resulting in misguided decisions on my part. Gabrielle’s lack of integrity and transparency was truly disheartening and shattered any trust I had initially placed in her.
Additionally, Gabrielle's behavior in the courtroom was nothing short of disastrous. She exhibited a complete disregard for proper courtroom etiquette and frequently clashed with judges, thereby aggravating an already challenging situation. It was evident that her unprofessional conduct adversely affected my case and left a lasting negative impression on the judges involved.
To make matters worse, Gabrielle's incompetence was astounding. Her lack of knowledge and understanding of family law was evident in her advice and strategy. She was ill-prepared for hearings, often stumbling through arguments and failing to effectively advocate on my behalf. Gabrielle’s actions demonstrated a lack of skill and expertise, which ultimately cost me precious time, resources, and, worst of all, a favorable outcome.
Regrettably, Gabrielle's mishandling of my case resulted in exorbitant costs. Her exorbitant fees were not justified by the poor quality of service I received. It was deeply frustrating to witness my hard-earned money wasted on a lawyer who only compounded my problems and failed to deliver any positive results.

I hired Gabrielle to help me with my case. Not only was she completely unprofessional, she even went as far as hurling insults during open court. I don't mind being represented by an aggressive attorneys, but slandering and name calling is uncalled for. Childish at best.
My case had a sub par ending, mostly to do with Gabrielle not being able to stay focused, organized and professional. Even the Judge mentioned Gabrielle's facial expressions when she heard something she didn't like. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Gabrielle was completely unprepared through all processes of my case! She did a poor job of fact gathering as well as prep work when getting ready for all hearing. It was truly embarrassing sitting in the courtroom having her represent me as she appeared to be a disheveled mess. Her paperwork was not filed in an organized manner and she was shuffling through paperwork scrambling to find things. She never made any valid points regarding the large parts of my case and seemed to focus on things that really didn't matter. She did a horrible job of walking me through the legal process and left me confused as she always hid behind her legal jargon. Gabrielle was always very personable, but I truly believe that I could have done a better job representing myself! Don't waste your time or money.

Hiring Ms. Roschkind was one of the worst business decision in my life. Over one year into the process and thousands of dollars later, I had to fire her for incompetence and brief a new lawyer. She does not think strategically, does not plan ahead and predict and was reactive to the opposition lawyer and put us on the defensive through the whole time. She is particularly fee focused and pusillanimous in an industry known for its voracity. If looking for an attorney, proceed with extreme caution.

Great experience. Hired attorney Roshkind after firing first 2 divorce attorneys who were unable to get my divorce settled "fairly" or with any financial support after almost a year of mediations. Attorney Roshkind and associates were able to get a much better settlement for me as well as the alimony that I had been told would be "impossible" by the other 2 firms. Hiring attorney Roshkind was the best decision I ever made.
