Greg Salant was straightforward beginning with the consultation through what was a very long and trying negotiation. I'm glad that he was recommended to me, and that I hired him. Mr. Bunting is absolutely the most professional lawyer I have ever dealt with. He made me feel like I was the only client he had even though I knew he had stacks of files on his desk to work on other than mine. He was kind and caring as well as informative and responsive. My experience with Ivana has been nothing short of outstanding. During the most upsetting situation she stepped right in to ensure I fully understood what needed to be done, what to expect, and how to separate the emotion of what I felt to what legally was possible and necessary so that I could listen to her counsel and "let her do her job," which she did without missing a beat. Ivana was extremely helpful throughout my entire divorce process. From our initial consultation, I walked away with a lot of information, and not feeling as lost as I first felt when faced with this challenge. She gave a clear and honest overview of the process ahead of me.
Upon hiring her, and throughout the process she was always available and extremely quick in her responses to any questions or concerns that I had. She was consistently professional with both myself and with all the other lawyers that we dealt with, even when some of those lawyers were less than professional. In addition to handling all legal aspects of this case in a superb manner, she went above and beyond to help me through this process emotionally - when I would be at my wits end because of the frustrating antics of my ex, she would remind me of the big picture and walk me through all my options to help me feel more in control of the situation.

Went through an international custody case, ex wife a successful attorney. I interviewed 4 other attorneys before choosing Harvey. He was so well prepared. The trail lasted almost 3 weeks and the result was that I became the custodial parent and my daughter who was living in Italy was returned to the US now lives with me lives with me. In an 8 year contract law case, Ms. Alberga was instrumental in an estate case that was dragged from Surrogates to Supreme Court to 2nd Appellate and NY Court of Appeals. Then again on a different issue (same estate) from Surrogates to 2nd appellate. There were approximately 8 decisions for which the courts agreed and affirmed with the facts supported by law that Ms. Alberga laid out in her briefs and summary judgements. Ms. Alberga was not only professional, she was extremely supportive and responsive to questions and concerns. If she needed to followup, she jumped through many hurdles to make sure she was following the law in the best defense of her client. Her client is truly grateful to have found Ms. Alberga for representation during a very difficult and trying time. Thank you Ms. Alberga, God bless you!

I wanted to write a note and to express my gratitude for the legal council Nicole Walker provided me. I came to the law firm after two lawyers did not deliver on what they said they would do and overcharged me. I was in extreme emotional distress. I provided Peter/Nicole with my story and a lot of information that I felt was important for the legal situation.
You listened to my story, reviewed the information (actually read it), and delivered on exactly what I requested. You did not judge me and treated me with respect (unlike the other lawyer). You were gracious with all of my inquiries.
I cannot believe that you were able to accomplish this legal issue! I have been trying since November of 2022. You did this in 1.5 months! This is beyond a miracle.
The firm acted with integrity, knowledge, and perseverance.

Disappointing Experience with Lack of Communication
My brother had high hopes when he reached out to this law firm, given their specialization in Second Amendment and gun rights issues. Unfortunately, his experience has been very frustrating. He has been denied his pistol permit three times by Westchester County and Despite multiple phone calls and emails, he has yet to receive a response back from his attorney/law firm on his now, third most recent denial for his pistol permit. Communication is key when dealing with legal matters, and it's disappointing when a firm promises to help but fails to follow through. He expected professionalism and timely updates, but instead, he was spoken to with such disrespect by his lawyer Robert M. Schechter and left in the dark. I would caution others to think twice before engaging with this firm if you're looking for reliable, responsive and respectful services.

I was one year into my divorce case, my Ex wife had all sorts of false order of protection against me crippling my ability to even see my kids, I hadn’t seen my first son for 6 months and never met my new born until he was 3 months old. My old attorney did nothing, they were money down the drain until Adam came along, in ONLY 2 WEEKS, ADAM knew my case like the back of his hand and ready for trial where he dismantled the opposition and laid all their claims to ABSOLUTE WASTE. Adam got rid of all my Ex wife’s Phony Order of protection by proving to the judge beyond a reasonable doubt that all her claims were false. In another few months ADAM got the judge to give me interim Custody of my kids while OUR DIVORCE WENT ON for another year instead of my ex wife. This man was phenomenal, he brought my case from the grave yard literally to LIFE. I don't often write reviews but my experience with Adam through a highly contested, emotional rollercoaster of a divorce proceeding compelled me to do so. After firing my first TWO LAWYERS, I was finally relieved to have found Natalia. I had just escaped an abusive relationship and my ex decided he wanted to sue me for custody of our 1 yr old son.. (Even though he never showed any interest in being a father until I got the courage to leave him) He was incredibly skilled at playing the victim and I needed someone who was able to not only recognize this but to have the ability to present the truth to the judge. From our first consultation, I knew I finally found the right representation with Natalia. She was incredibly intelligent, attentive and perceptive. She helped me to navigate this nightmare with such professionalism and tenacity. After 2 1/2 years of litigation, the judge in fact saw that my ex dragged me to court under “self serving” purposes and awarded me Sole Legal AND Physical custody with permission to relocate out of state. This was a complex case and if not for Natalia’s wisdom and expertise, not to mention compassion, I don’t know where my son and I would be today. Lawyers are a dime a dozen but very few actually CARE about their clients. This is definitely what sets Natalia apart from all the rest. I highly recommend her if you find yourself in a contentious custody and/or divorce case. She will keep you grounded, focused and empowered with knowledge of applicable state laws.

I found myself in a love-less relationship with an unfaithful partner who I shared 2 beautiful children with. I felt helpless because you always think the law favors the mother in most cases. Ms. Most took the time to understand the case and fully assess the situation before we jumped in - not just review the size of the estate and just begin the process. As my case went from a simple divorce of 25+ years of splitting assets, to one where there was a 6 day trial, carol remained committed and focused. Carol and her partner< Adam Schneid, stayed the course through an absurd trial, filled with now proven false statements and false accusations by a predator opposing counsel. Mr. Schneid is highly intelligent and strong, detailed (to a fault) oriented litigator - They did not stoop the absolutely low level of opposing counsel. They remained focused, sharp, professional and honorable to the end. The result, considering the above, was one where the absurd was tossed out and fairness applied due to their efforts. It took me several hours last night to get over the unexpected strong emotions I was feeling from the events of the trial today.
You and your staff have spent hours, days and weeks doing the most thorough job in preparation for my trial, including all those heavy file boxes you methodically carried back and forth to court.
You were superb! You walked into a situation where several meetings with the judge, my ex-husband's attorney and my prior attorney had already taken place. You fought full-force against a judge who believed my ex-husband was ill, penniless and not capable of earning money.
When you examined my former husband on the stand, much to my ex-husband’s dismay, you were able to prove, based on a report from his doctor, that he was no longer ill nor incapacitated as a result of his illness. You were also able to prove he was far from penniless, and had, in fact, spent lavishly on apartment renovations, his dogs, restaurants, travel and other luxuries. You were able to prove he had just received a substantial payment from one of the companies with which he is actively involved. You thus proved he had the means to pay me the court-ordered alimony on which he had been in default of for over two and a half years.
Georgia, you turned a judge slanted to the other side into seeing the true situation. As you know, I have had other attorneys in my lifetime, but never have I had one who did the magnificent job you have done and never have I had an attorney or known a person who is as compassionate and as fine a human being as you.
I feel so lucky you came into my life and I honestly cannot imagine what would have happened to me without you.

After my husband and I went to a mediator for a separation agreement, a lawyer friend insisted that I go to Georgia Kramer, and ONLY Georgia Kramer, before I signed it. Am I glad I did! I cannot imagine what my post-marriage life would be like had I not had Georgia as my advocate and divorce attorney.
