Stacey and her Team handled my case in the most professional and caring way, she was very attentive and answered my questions promptly.

Stacey was a fantastic lawyer for me during my horrific divorce. She helped me work through false allegations, a custody battle, and making sure I don’t get hosed financially with support and alimony.

There are lawyers, then they’re heroes. Nicholas Exarhakis is more than an attorney, he’s a warrior. I discovered Nick on a google search as I desperately scrambled to find an attorney after my previous attorney dropped the ball on my case. My case was complex and far from an easy litigation or legal maneuver. Since the very first consultation I understood immediately that Nick was not the type of attorney that will give me false hope or give me unreal expectations for my case. He was REAL and HONEST. I am a man who wanted custody of my daughter from a mother who had custody since birth (6 years). Without getting into the details of the case, Nick fought relentlessly to have me granted primary custody. The battle was fierce with many motions, hearings appeals and so on, but Nick showed up prepared, armed with facts, evidence, discovery findings, effective cross examination questions and more. He went above and beyond to say the least. No doubt, his time is not cheap, but it was money well spent as I am now the primary custodian of my daughter after 6 years of being alienated from her. NO OTHER ATTORNEY WAS ABLE TO DO WHAT NICK DID. He’s in a different class. Thank you Lord for Nick Exarhakis! I contacted Mr. Exarhakis via the AVVO site requesting a separation/divorce consultation. I thought I would have to wait weeks to hear back, but to my surprise Mr. Exarhakis called me within hours. To my even greater surprise, he was able to offer me a free phone consultation during that same call. Mr. Exarhakis was extremely helpful during the consult. He took time to listen and to answer all of my questions as well as provide much needed guidance. I hired attorney Huff to handle a custody case for me and she did an excellent job in providing services . She made sure I understood all of the letters that were sent to me and if I had any questions she made sure I understood them . The billing invoices were sent in an accessible format so I could read them due to my disability. Ms. Huff did an outstanding job as she gave the testimony in representing my case and the judge awarded full, sole, legal, and physical custody . If there was a way to rate less than one, this man and his law firm deserve a zero or a -5. Always unprepared. I never saw his office despite my multiple calls (a friend said "that is what they do in Baltimore and Annapolis"),
He will always get documents the day before court date or sometimes in the court house on the hearing date (when do you prepare a defense or a strategy dear attorney?)
He first advised to countersue just to bump up his time and money arguing that it was the best strategy in a divorce case. While this aggravated the situation with my ex-wife, he advised me to consent to a protective order where I did nothing and I had evidences and a witness (it was just a strategy from the other side to get me out of the marital property). Until this day I don't understand why you will ruin someone life just to make sure your firm is making money. Contersuing will mean that you are presenting another case against the plaintiff, which he never did, it was just a way to bill the time and make more money. Mr greenberg and his law firm are the place where you should never go. He prepared documents, billed me for the time spent preparing those documents and surprisingly never submitted the documents but I should pay for it while I was waiting to see the document submitted and was never aware that he decided not to submit my documents without consulting me. He sent me emails saying "this is what you can get at a minimum" but ended up going for less, still today, my ex still owe what came from the settlement under his magnificiently poor advice) and convincing me to let my ex take my son to another state under the reason that if we are in the state where the defendant was moving I will have 50/50 physical and legal custody. Anyone else who saw my case and evidences wondered why I did not get full custody. Why focus on my immigration status when I already had a brilliant immigration attorney and had/have no issue with my lawful residency in the US? In term of confidentiality, don't trust this man, He called my immigration attorney to discuss the status of my bill and make me look bad.
Today I have to travel from Maryland to Houston every other month to see my son, barely see/communicate with my boy, I'm still struggling because I have no family here and at that time I had been living in the US for 3 years including the 2 years I couldn't work, the support I was supposed to receive each month as child support for not making enough including my share on this marriage, the support my ex wife was federally binded to provide through a signed affidavit of support for leaving everything behind to come here were left on the table and this man called "greenberg" or "nightmare" is going after my wage under the pretense that I did not finish paying him. My marriage was not a success, but picking the phone and contacting this man based on fake reviews online was the worst thing in my life. I could have just show up by myself at the court house and get better outcomes. NEVER GO TO THIS MAN AND HIS LAW FIRM. He will put you in a worst situation than the one you are trying to get out off. It's because of this kind of man that some people don't trust attorneys/lawyers.

Ms. Burrows has a temper and while charming at times is frequently unable to control irritable outbursts and personal biases that can have serious consequences on your case in a collaborative or court-based environment. She is not thorough or careful in speech or conduct, and has mad ad hominem attacks on professional settings and in out of court negotiations. This behavior would be sanctioned if the same conduct appeared before a judge. Her conduct breaks court rules, she encouraged parties to file in court, w/ haste and flippantly, rather than focusing on ensuring costs were minimized for the needs of children. She regularly asserted incorrect statements of basic family law, regarding rules of admissible evidence under specific statutes. She has strayed far from several ethical requirements required of attorneys, including acting within the best interest of the children. This is especially dangerous for families of limited means with minor children.
