Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

All of these are things that you look for in an attorney. Tripp Estes possesses all of these traits and more. Look no further! My husband and I made the difficult decision to let go of our attorney 2 weeks before our custody trial. We stumbled upon Tripp online and made the choice to hire him. It was the best decision we could have ever made. Tripp was the light at the end of our tunnel. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him from the very beginning. Honesty: Our case was a very complicated one and Tripp accepted the daunting task! From the very beginning he was honest with us. There are quite a few attorneys that make a practice of giving you false hope, only to leave you distraught and completely blind-sighted with the judges verdict. Tripp is not one of these attorneys. He is going to be up front with you. You will know where you stand at all time. He is a family man. This is very important if you want someone to fight for your family's rights. You want someone who has great morals and one who is compassionate. Tripp is dedicated. He worked around the clock to get caught up on our case and prepare for trial. In court Tripp was very detail oriented and organized. He knows the law and is very well respected and known in NWA. From the very beginning until even after trial, Tripp was in constant communication. He was always able to be reached via email or phone. We even had a few incidents in which Tripp took the time to contact us over the weekend. Some attorneys will make you feel like you are completely in the dark. Tripp will never do this. Needless to say, we were granted everything we fought for in court. I would have been better off ordering a DIY mediation kit. Kim lost control of my ex and our mediation from the very get go, which eventually took three rounds. Tony was nice, but unreliable and needless. Additionally, if I had taken their advice I would be out several $100k. Look elsewhere, you should expect better.

Inconsiderate and impolite The service was a complete nightmare. For more than half a year, they consistently postponed the same appointment. They would typically cancel an appointment within an hour of the planned time. The lawyers who were required to attend the sessions would either forget or not show up on multiple occasions. Perhaps increased communication amongst attorneys would improve client service. We never held the meeting even after a few months had passed. But this week, we finally got a call from David Powell informing us that, after two years of pending our case with no results, they had ultimately chosen not to pursue our lawsuit against the Crawford County detention facility. Based on my experiences I would not recommend. Do not entrust your justice or the justice of a loved one in their hands.

My experience with David Powell was horrible. He was very dishonest and I feel like I was represented by someone from the prosecuting attorneys office. He, along with the prosecuting attorney railroaded me into a plea deal over a case that was self-defense, told me I would only serve a few months in prison, I served 3 years. He obviously does not know anything about how ADC works or the parole board. I would have been better off being represented by the public defenders office. Oh and he lied to the veterans court people about my case. Do NoT hire!!!

I contacted Ms. Hazelwood when my ex-husband had me served with a motion which would have required me to put my six year old son on a plane by himself to Kazakhstan to visit his father each summer. Ms. Keisha Hazelwood did not hesitate to represent me. Ultimately the judge ruled in our favor thanks to her unwavering support and expertise. My son is now safe from international travel and his father can visit when he is in the U.S. I cannot thank Ms. Hazelwood enough for giving my life peace again with the knowledge my son will remain safely within U.S. borders. I needed a legal detailed agreement document created by an attorney. I chose Lance and his staff honestly because of looking up attorney reviews online and read nothing but good things. I was helped quickly to get started and all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. As things were moving along, I needed to make changes and, they were quick to help me out. Every time I came into their office Lance would come out of his office to greet me. Lance, Stephani, and McKenna (also the front desk) were very easy to work with and I highly recommend them. My legal documents were completed and I will use them again if the need arises.

It’s never for a good reason to have to retain a lawyer. However, I am so thankful that I reached out to Sue Ann to handle my personal matters. In searching for an attorney for my uncontested divorce, I wanted to find one that would ensure that I would be represented well but also would keep the process civil. Robin understood that from the beginning. She listened to my wants and needs and took over from there. I can't possibly imagine the process going any smoother. My case took a year & a half but she kept fighting til we got the win. Robin was a teddy bear to me & a beast in court. I could tell she cared a lot about my daughter & was looking out for me. My case has involved many years, multiple states, and multiple court interventions. Trey has always answered my calls, text, or emails. I have NEVER had to wait for him. I NEVER had a question that didn't get answered quickly. There was even times that I literally asked the same question probably 10 times, and every time, Trey took his time and explained things to me until I understood it completely. There isnt one thing I would change in how he handles his cases and clients. He honestly cares about you and your family, while most lawyers just care about the money. I have hired Trey multiple times, and if I ever need another lawyer, I wont hesitate to call him again.

Hired Mr. Wright for a divorce and custody case filed against me in the state even though I’m active duty and am not living in Arkansas. Mr. Wright was fantastic, he answered every question I had and he got my case dismissed, rightfully so. He is very knowledgeable even when it comes to active duty military and their rights and laws. If you want a reasonable and winning attorney Mr. Wright is the guy. I 100% recommend.

Trey is an honest and hard working attorney. He will tell you exactly what he thinks and if you have a good case or not before taking anything more than a consult fee. He knows the law and he is not afraid to show some teeth if needed. We had a nasty custody battled and he was with us every step of the way. We won our case without ever having to go to court (a Dad got custody in Arkansas I know shocking but that is how great he is!). He pays attention to details and is always available to answer questions. His staff are very professional and nice as well. He is worth EVERY PENNY.

Jason is a wonderful lawyer. I was in a situation where I was falsely accused of a pretty serious crime and he did everything in his power to help me out of it (and was successful.) My husband paid an upfront deposit for the services of Zachary Sellers in relation to a check garnishment issue. That was 2 months ago and we have heard nothing from our lawyer except a receipt showing that he charged us for mailing a document or some such thing. When we try to call his office we have never got an answer and his voicemail is so full that we are unable to leave messages. He has only responded to one email and this was over a month after we first reserved his services. He told us he was just now getting to negotiations with the creditor for us. So, for over two months, we have had no updates and no results whatsoever. We are at a loss as to how to contact him or get a hold of him because we do not live in the Fayetteville area. But I believe we are going to have to make a trip over to that area and walk in just to get somebody to talk to us. I most definitely will not be recommending this law firm to anyone that I know. It’s so disheartening and it feels like we are being taken advantage of. It’s very unprofessional. If things were to change in our situation than I would update my review to reflect that.

I would highly recommend this law firm. Blain did an amazing job with my divorce case and a criminal case where I was looking at jail time and thanks to him all I got was a fine. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They have refused to answer emails and phone calls. They were hired over 2 years ago for a family custody battle and there has not been one single court date setup. This is absolutely heart wrenching when you put your faith and all your finances into someone that you should be able to trust to put your children's needs above all else. There has not been one single thing done on this case. I hope I can help save someone else from having to go through this horrific situation. She’s representing a very dangerous, abusive man, and has a allowed him to keep the child, even after realizing, or maybe already knowing before working for him that he has abused the child and mentally unstable when it comes to the best interest of children this woman can be bought. She should not be in child custody law, nor should she ever have her license, if something happens to this child, while having evidence and knowledge of a severe chance of the child, being harmed or killed. It is very vital that people know that she is representing an abuser and helping him due to receiving any amount of money needed. This woman is not to be trusted, and should not have anything to do with child custody. After this matter of a case you should never remove a child. If you know harm could be done to them by a person and you should always get fax before removing a child and putting them in harm I highly recommend removing her off the women’s rights for lawyers. This woman is a monster and something should be done.

This attorney is horrible and does not have your kids in her best interest. She’s all about the money and taking sides without seeking truth on both sides. Between her, the other attorney and the judge….. it’s a fricking 3 ring circus! No justice whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. McBride lies and if you don't have an attorney he writes an order and puts things in the order that the judge did not say and does this not for the best interest of the children but does it because his client benefits from it and actually is not in the best interests of the children. He has a reputation within the lawyer community as playing dirty and I have been told this by 7 attorneys/law firms. And it's about to get him into some serious trouble legally and his clients will be getting in trouble too cause the client knows what he does and let's it happen. So I'd think twice before hiring this guy especially if you value your children and want what is best for them, McBride is not what you want.
