I received a ticket in Grant County and it was a challenge to locate a firm that would go there. After reaching out to NW Liberty and speaking with Jorge late in the day on a Friday. I didn’t have to do anything, except provide him the necessary documentation. Throughout the process Christopher kept me updated and explained the process. Both Jorge and Christopher provided excellent service and were very responsive. Today, I received great news that my ticket was dismissed.

We cannot recommend Ashley enough. She helped us navigate a complex and emotionally taxing divorce case. The opposing party was extremely erratic, difficult and clearly displayed narcissistic tendencies that made the process even more challenging. However, Ashley remained confident, calm and exceptionally professional throughout. She and her paralegal, Sally, ensured that our questions were always answered with clarity, and we felt well-informed at every step. Ultimately, Ashley helped us reach a settlement that was fair and in our best interest, preventing a very costly and unnecessary trial. Molly represented me in a relocation case about 8 years ago. It is not easy to win a relocation case as the non-custodial parent, but thanks to Molly's incredible talent and skill, she won my case and my son and I get to continue to spend meaningful amounts of time together on a regular basis. As she built my case leading up to trial, Molly would identify issues that had real bearing on the best interests of my son and would then build a case by coaching me through the process of developing the facts related to these issues. I use the term "coaching" very intentionally, as Molly really helped to ground me on what were reasonable requests and expectations as a co-parent with my son and encouraged me to engage with my son's mother on the relevant issues despite the inevitable conflict that would ensue. Then, when the trial started, Molly's experience as a litigation attorney on complex corporate cases really showed through. Molly was absolutely brilliant as she clearly articulated our case on each relevant issue. If you are dealing with a fairly straightforward family law issue, you would benefit from working with Molly. If you are dealing with a difficult or complex family law issue (e.g. high conflict co-parent or an issue that could go to trial), it is hard for me to imagine that you could find better representation than Molly.

I interviewed a few attorneys before I came to Margaret. She was beyond professional when did not judge me in any way. I went through a very difficult time and she was there in every way I needed her to be. Margaret allowed me to explain to her exactly what I wanted and she took her time to listen and not stop me in any way. She took the time to learn how I communicated so she was able to communicate better with me. This was more than I needed to get through my divorce I got tired of my attorney I fired telling me that it would be best to just take the offer. I fought all the way through and in the long run I saved half the amount I would have spent in the 18 years I would have been paying my ex-wife. Thank you very much for everything.

I ONLY clicked on ONE lawyer, as time was of the essence when my spouse left me unexpectedly. Something I'd never drempt would happen! He'd cancelled any means he thought I'd have to stand up for my own rights. MARGARET BENDER and her very dedicated staff, DIANA and VANESSA, have all helped me survive down this very sad path we call Divorce! They allowed me to come in immediately. I had called on a Friday night, but they had no idea (nor did I) that I'd make it on a plane and be there that Monday morning! My whole life was being pulled from under me, I was confused, and, at the time so lost as to what was happening to me...Perhaps I'll post an update review when this is over. I'd recommend this law firm to my closest friends & family.

I met Matt and his para Benjamin when my previous lawyer had abruptly left his firm in the middle of my custody case. Matt quickly got up to speed, and was everything I had hoped for and more. Matt always kept the children’s best interest in absolute focus and never let me astray. He gave solid advice, showed genuine care, and had a sharp strategy for all the twists and turns, always unwavering in his approach to not add onto the drama (and billing). It is a great gift to be able to look back and know that every win was done right, and not from punching below the belt. Going through it, the greatest gift was the firewall he and Benjamin put up in only bringing me what truly needed my attention. Benjamin deserves his own review as well. I became very ill during the case, and while I was unable to do the paperwork required, Benjamin worked tirelessly with me, combing through piles of paperwork. I went through an extremely contentious divorce with Rene by my side and thank goodness. I could trust him always to be honest, ethical and to go after our priorities. He is a kind and empathetic human being and also never wavers in his professionalism. My case involved domestic violence which meant added complications and also meant I was even more all over the place emotionally. Rene was always, always a calm, steadying force bringing me back to center, back to integrity and refocusing me on our priorities. Which made it possible for me to advocate as well as I could for myself and my son - if I had not been able to do that it would have been a big regret for me. I imagine that is an accomplishment in most divorces. But when your ex drags you back into court over and over for years it is a major feat - he has the patience of Job. I should also mention we won almost every point, and ultimately accomplished all of our priorities. Not through snarky fighting or misleading arguments or playing on technicalities (which are a horror to experience in court). In court or mediation, Rene is not theatrical or super aggressive, he is confident, reasonable and matter of fact - from what I have witnessed this is very much appreciated by the legal professionals involved. I probably did not have the presence of mind to acknowledge it at the time - but now I feel as good about how we won as I do about winning. The other thing people always want to know about is cost. It was not cheap, of course, it took a long time and my ex is really good at creating situations I need Rene to handle for me. But Rene has always been more than fair in his charges, accounting for every penny, and never ‘rounding up’ when he could have easily justified it. He is just as ethical in his billing as he is in his practice of law. Clearly, I recommend him highly. I am trying to remember what I wanted to know before I started this journey. I went to Rene because my cousin (also an attorney) had seen him practice years before and was so impressed she never forgot his name. When I sat down with him he did not say everything was going to go exactly as I wanted nor did he seem resigned to it happening. I don’t like it when people ‘sell’ me by painting a best case scenario only - and there was none of that. He listened very closely and cut straight to the issues that mattered to me and presented options - which is pretty much the definition of a competent attorney. And I remember looking around his office and seeing multiple awards for ethical practice; which in conjunction with my cousin’s recommendation tells me he is well respected in the legal community. Nothing I have experienced in the intervening years has altered that first impression; it has only grown better.

During this time, I’ve been consistently impressed by the lever of expertise, responsiveness, dedication and professionalism. Gordon has demonstrated a deep understanding of family law and achieving the best outcomes for his clients. He possesses excellent analytical skills, think critically, strategically and still show empathy which is a rare combination. Over the years I’ve had to seek out Gordon and his teams and work through not just the divorce but ultimately how to best collaborate with my child’s father when he was unable to responsibly care for our son on multiple occasions. Gordon help me to prepare the right type of parental guards within the courts to temporarily suspend custodial rights while seeking mental and medical support and getting to a place of stability. Chellie Anderson has been an absolute cornerstone in my experience with legal support, working alongside attorney Joshua Bruner with a level of expertise and reliability that's both impressive and deeply reassuring. She feels like a second lawyer on the legal team. Since taking over for Donna, Chellie has been incredibly prompt, utterly professional, and someone who embodies the highest standards of what top-of-the-line legal assistance should be. Monica was my champion when I couldn’t always see through the manipulation of the abuse cycle I was stuck in. She helped us escape and fought for my kids and I. I highly recommend Monica for anyone going through a difficult divorce especially when it comes to the safety of your children. We are now thriving and safe. In your darkest hours it doesn’t feel like there is a light. Monica is that light that gets you to the other side.

Monica was my counsel in a custody/support with a few complications and issues. There were a lot of different ways we could go with things, but I always felt Monica was thoughtful and laid out the possibilities and likely outcomes clearly to me. Even if we disagreed on a course of action, she was open with me on her feelings and opinions, and even felt comfortable enough to allow me to get a second opinion with no judgement. From that I learned that she has the great respect of her peers, which I found reassuring. She was usually quick to respond to all my inquires, and I appreciated that it felt like she was thoughtful of my time and billed hours.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment and concern regarding the legal services I received from Daniel. I engaged his services with the expectation of receiving professional and competent representation in my case. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory for the following reasons: Lack of Communication: Throughout the course of our engagement, there was a noticeable lack of effective and timely communication. Vital information was often overlooked or not relayed promptly, leading to unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion. Inadequate Preparation: It was evident that there was a lack of thoroughness and diligence in the preparation of my case. Critical details were overlooked, resulting in a subpar presentation of my case. Missed Deadlines: There were multiple instances where critical deadlines were not met, causing delays and jeopardizing the effectiveness of your profecionalism. As a resalt my hearing was faild because of that. Failure to Fulfill Promises: Promises and assurances made regarding the handling and outcome of my case were not fulfilled. Lack of Advocacy: I felt that there was a lack of assertiveness and advocacy on my behalf. It is with regret that I feel compelled to share this feedback. As a client, I believe it is crucial to highlight areas where improvement is needed. I sincerely hope that this feedback will help other people from the mistakes that I made by asking you about legal help. While I may not have achieved the desired outcome in my case, I hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, and steps will be taken to improve the quality of service provided to future clients.

Kristilyn has represented me many times over the last two years and helped me navigate a very difficult custody case. My father had worked with her in the past and suggested I reach out to her- his exact words were "She's a pitbull and the best in the business". He was right. I divorced 8 years ago, but have been fighting in court for custody of my youngest daughter for the past 3 years. Kristilyn helped me through a very difficult time and because of her knowledge of the law, her tenacity, and dedication to what is right, I received full custody of my daughter recently. She understands how family court works and is a well respected part of that community. She really listens to her clients and worked hard to support me and my daughter. I hired Natalie to be my lawyer for a divorce. She also has done some other will and family law work for me (both in the past and recently). She handled my case with care and was sympathetic to my needs and situation. Natalie was also very communicative and responded quickly to my emails and requests. I would recommend her to my friends.

Getting a divorce was one of the worst experiences of my life, but Natalie really made it as pleasant as it could be. She was kind and honest with me every step of the way. She did a great job handling my divorce and I felt like we got a good outcome at mediation. She was always very prepared and I would recommend her to anyone looking for legal help with a divorce.

Hire Natalie and her team! She is absolutely wonderful and you will not regret it for a second. She is thoughtful and communicative. Natalie took over my case from another attorney. My former attorney did not do a very good job communicating with me or giving my case the needed attention it deserved. Natalie was the polar opposite. She made sure I stayed update and did an excellent job getting my case caught up to speed. For example, when I first came to Natalie, I had not been paid my monthly support payment in months. I was struggling to make ends meet. Natalie immediately filed a motion and dragged my ex into court. She got prompt payment from him and I was finally back on a path toward stability. Natalie was a real shark and made sure I was protected from the moment I hired her. My case went to trial, and it was the same story from the moment I hired her. We triumphed at trial and got a great ruling from the judge.

Consider yourself lucky if Michael has room for you. COST: His rate is good, and he is extremely efficient which makes him a great deal. A fast talker, fast thinker and has the fire to fight for what is just. EXPERIENCE: Many lawyers with less experience can suffer from a lack of wisdom and experience, but Michael is a 2nd generation lawyer who leverages his mothers wisdom (Natalie DeMaar). So you get his cutting edge legal intelligence and his moms 30+ year experience. The best of both worlds. ETHICS: Don't bring your sour attitude to harm your ex, judges see right through it and Michael knows this. For many dads, the law can be on your side, but that may not be how the judge rules (unfortunately in WA). Michael is not afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear in an attempt to get the best outcome and do what is BEST FOR YOU and YOUR CHILD. He has a great overall picture and keeps you from getting caught in the minor details or your ex-spouses minor contempt.

I won't even get into the entire list. The single worst thing Ms. Lancaster did during her representation of me was to completely ignore my written answers submitted to her, and emails and phone calls to her, regarding a deemed admissions request from the opposition in my case. Because she didn't respond, for months, the admissions were accepted by the court, AS PRESENTED! I dare not share the dollar amount this could have simply given away. Her actions destroyed my case and subsequently cost me well into 5 figures and nearly an additional year of life I'll never get back trying to rectify this after retaining new counsel. I will not be hiring her again.

Ms. Lancaster did nothing on time with the exception of demanding payment. At one point, she told me that we could finalize by the 10th. When that date came and went she finally responded to one of my emails explaining that she hadn't filed because she wasn't sure that was what I wanted. Since I got no calls or emails asking for guidance, I am fairly certain that she simply forgot. I felt that way regularly with her. I'd recommend self representation before hiring Ms. Lancaster.

Ms. Lancaster seems like a nice person, but I regret hiring her. I felt she was likely overbooked as my emails would often not come back a with a response within a reasonable time frame, and often did not come back at all. I entered this process with no knowledge of the legal procedures, and often did not receive guidance or insight as to what to expect and what was common or reasonable. She did not explain to me that it was possible to settle out of court and as a result we took something to court that did not need to go. When filling out the paperwork, I was uncertain about income that needed to be included. Following he'd advise cause the opposition to be able to frame me as being intentionally deceitful. She also advised increasing non ordered support before we went yo court, which set the stage for the opposition to argue that even more was required. I very much wish I had hired a more expensive lawyer, since I ended up having k g yo pay the opposition's bills as well as my own.
