I hired Jennifer Rose to helping me keep custody of my 2 girls and she did an amazing job in both representing me and showing care and compassion towards me AND my kids. My child's mother had made some heinous false allegations against me and several attorneys I met before Jennifer told me my case was unwinnable. Jennifer not only told me it was a possibility to win she did it with such ease that I'm still scratching my head as to how she managed to pull it off. Anybody fighting for custody shouldn't walk, they should run to hire this lady! I'm beyond happy with how it turned out for me. Highly recommend!

I contacted David Thomas at Thomas Family Law when I found myself unable to find an attorney willing to help me with my child support issue. Attorney Thomas personally answered the phone when I called and immediately put me at ease by agreeing to take on my case. His fee was extremely reasonable, his communication outstanding and within 48 hours, my paperwork had been submitted to, and signed off by the judge. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

If you want the truth and sincere legal advise, hire Gossman. If you want to be milked by continuances, go somewhere else. Listen to Gossman. My husband and I were WILDLY disappointed in the “representation” provided to us. Not only did she not fight on our behalf she pretty much gave the other side what they wanted and completely ignored our wants and concerns for the case. She colluded with GAL. And in the end put our child in the greatest danger he has literally ever been in. Now we’re having to spend more money on a more competent lawyer to actually remove the parental rights as we initially ask. And now we’re out thousands of dollars 😒

Like others have mentioned they take your money and you have to chase them down then they leave you. In my opinion my experience with this firm is the epitome of the negative stigma on the Industry. The McCormick Firm I dealt with wasn't anything that I've read pertaining to my case. The Lawyer Julie, represented me in court. And the judgement was in my favor. Afterward, the only response I received from either of them was the bill balance that the courts had ordered my ex to pay. I ended up
having to pay .Yes, courts, county and civil. I actually had to call Montgomery myself to find out the outcome of their decision. And as for the court appearances that’s listed on the invoice , I only went to court once. Maybe the others were treated with dignity and concern, but in my case all this company was interested in was the money. After receiving the due balance I was discarded like yesterday’s trash. Mr. Travis and I spoke and he had promised to contact my ex’s attorney to get my ex to do what the courts had ordered, NOTHING WAS DONE. I’m receive SS .All this is fine, God still take care of we and he dose it WELL.

I have spent a lot of money over several years trying to get a divorce. Attorney Greg White made the process super easy and convenient. He answered all of my questions honestly, and returned all of my phone calls very quickly. Even the secretary was super nice and helpful. The whole experience was A1. I waited 3 and a half months and she didn't even contact me once after stating the complaint would take about 2 weeks. I paid $300 for a consultation and that was the ONLY time Deb ever spoke to me. They took almost $400 of my retainer despite the only contact from their office being a request to reproduce original documents that I hand delivered the week before that they lost. Never a detailed bill, invoice, draft, email - nothing. If your child is important to you, do not hire Deborah Gregory with Crittenden Partners. Also, they never gave my original paperwork back literally losing evidence in my case.

Now that my divorce and custody hearing are over I am changing my review for this worthless Lawyer.
About one month before it was time to go to court after dragging out for almost a year he bailed out on me because I sent him too many emails. I would not have had to send 985 emails had he answered even 20 of those. Fortunately, my ex-husband and I settled without him and I am sure that I got more than I would have. Had he stayed with me. Do not be fooled by the fact that he is a member of a Christian lawyers society, because he does not function as a Christian. Basically all of the emails that he answered for the most part were ones where I offered to send more money and that is what he is all about . The final month of my case which was the most important I was instructed by him to no longer send him emails but to filter them through his assistant Brandy. I sent her five emails within 20 days and got no reply from her either. Then I got a message from him, saying that he was withdrawing from my case. I paid him over $6000 for nothing. Always beware of a lawyer who bites his fingernails to the quick and bounces his leg up and down repeatedly. He had the audacity to say that I had mental problems and I believe the two set above things prove that he also has mental problems , just beware. I paid him for subpoenas that were never done and for many other things that were never accomplished. He says he is overworked, but I say he is lazy and money hungry.

I hired this lawyer to represent me in a child support modification case. I sent a $2000.00 retainer and was charged for every Email and phone call regardless of context. I traveled from northern Michigan to Alabama to attend the hearing. At about 9pm the night before the hearing I was contacted by a lawyer I had never spoken to before and whom knew nothing about my case. I had to try to explain everything to him as this was a somewhat complicated situation due to one of my adult children having a disability. The hearing was ultimately postponed for a few months and nothing was resolved. I was then told that not only had my retainer been used up but I owed hundreds of dollars. I feel cheated and would advise anyone thinking of hiring them to look elsewhere for someone that actually cares about their clients needs and takes some time to explain things. I had very little communication at all and I was afraid to ask questions due to the ridiculous fees for Emails and phone calls. I would be happy to provide the invoices I received to verify my statements are true.

I filed for a divorce with her and the whole process was horrible. My ex husband have a protection order out and it was never submitted with my divorce. Child support order was never submitted to clerk office so I don't get child support. The way divorce was wrote up no one can help but her and she refuse to help. Clerk office told me to contact her about enforcing divorce and she said she's not doing anything else to help with my case. I paid for services and I was willing to pay more if needed but no help. The language in my divorce is so confusing to the point that no one else wants to help. I feel like it was only done to hurry up the process. Don't recommend to young mothers with children.
