I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia. I really do not think i will ho back after the scare, but i highly recommend Miss Kimberly and Esha, they know what they are doing, and truely took my case in there hands.

Jason Weis and his paralegal Jenny deserve this 5 star review, from a client that is also an attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience. I consulted with Jason for a unique and complex situation with a short time table. While I wished that I could handle the matter myself, I knew that I needed just the right attorney to be my voice in this situation. Taking my case required Mr. Weis to process alot of information needing to be compiled and presented in a compelling and precise way, with little time to spare. I was not an easy client, as this situation had already caused me and my family quite alot of stress and emotional trauma. Madison helped tremendously with resolving my reckless infraction and had it reduced to speeding. She was able to strike a deal with the courts very quickly to reduce the charge on my infraction and allowed me to leave the court house in an hours timeframe. She designed a plan for us to accomplish prior to court, which factored largely into the charge being reduced and placed me at ease during the process. She is sharp and swift and you will be well served with her as your attorney.

I had a lengthy property settlement and divorce. And she was one of the reasons we were able to keep it as amicable as possible. She first helped me through the Property Settlement. Followed by guiding me through the divorce that followed. Patience was the key to my particular situation. But I know if the situation had called for more feistiness, she would have been right at my side for that, too. Everything is finalized now. And I know things would have been far worse and more stressful if I hadn't had her in my corner.
Everyone at NOVA Legal Professionals that I've spoken with is kind and knowledgeable. I spoke most often with Corrie and Brenda Membreno (paralegal). Separation and divorce are, by their nature, unpleasant and emotional situations. But they were amazing at helping that sometimes complicated situation feel less overwhelming.
She was the only attorney I have ever hired on my own, for any situation. But I did a lot of research before I did so and I read a lot of reviews. Her specialties and the other reviews seemed to say she'd be a good match for my situation. And the consultation I had with her confirmed that for me. Divorce lends itself to a lot of complicated feelings, but hiring her was never one I felt torn about. I'll always be grateful to her for helping me through this.

I want to say a lot of great things about Mr.Kim but I'll try to be very brief. Mr.Kim has been very pro active since he accepted my traffic case and it continued until the day of hearing in the court and we got the best outcome and I'm very happy about it. Like most of us, I met multiple lawyers prior to selecting one to handle my divorce and custody of three children. I knew it would be contentious and needed someone willing to take on the fight and unexpected allegations. From the day I met Chris, I knew he was the right personality. His calm demeanor portrays a confidence necessary in the court room and handling complex negotiations with OC. I unfortunately had the pleasure of not one, but two instances of trial prep in Chris's office and really appreciated the thoroughness of his preparation and the inclusion of his staff. I genuinely feel I benefited from the full team environment at the firm, I needed the support and persistent follow-up! I ended up being sued twice and each time Chris handled it with complete professionalism, maturity and assurance knowing exactly how to handle each situation. Most importantly, I always felt I could tell Chris exactly how I was feeling and he did the same for me. There were no pretenses, which I find important in a client-attorney relationship. This helped when we were thrown the proverbial 'curve-ball' and had to respond often on the stand with no advance warning. This law firm moderately did well for my divorce in 2019 and provided me upfront estimated cost but they failed to provide me accurate legal information. After 5 years, when I went through this law firm again for my spousal support modification due to loss of my job then it seems like they just wanted to take money for no reason and misrepresented me and on top of that threatened me to reduce my spousal support amount if I don't pay to them immediately. I am a single mom and handling all sorts of chores and on top of that my attorney (Chris who has lots of experience) instead of helping me, threatening me and that caused me in tremendous mental stress and I lost my case and lost 15k of lawyer fees. The opposing counsel didn't even respect him and didn't provide their information on time. They harassed me multiple times for sending the same questionnaire and same document request so many times to earn their hourly pay. Really I got traumatized after their really bad service.

When my daughter was a the start of her divorce proceeding, she asked if I knew any lawyer in the field. I spoke with a former colleague, a family lawyer who was about to retire, and she whole-heartedly recommended " a great younger lawyer" she had worked with -- Hayden.

Though she was Hayden's client, several times during her proceeding she asked Hayden to talk with me so I could provide my views to her. He was great from this fellow lawyer's perspective. His explanations were clear, very helpful and concise. (There are few things I hate more than a rambling lawyer who runs up the cost meter).

Another victory and an exemplary proof that nothing can beat Ms. Kinsey. My ex-wife who attempted to obtain a restraining order against me based on false allegations, has faced a humiliating defeat, where the court quashed her request citing that the allegations were not 'Credible'.
