Timothy Allan McCan II (TJ) is an excellent Attorney. He worked with me very closely, explaining everything to me, made it easier to understand what was happening or going to be happening. I was not happy with my first Attorney and TJ was recommended to me. I called him and explained my situation. I had a very comfortable and positive feeling after speaking to him. I called him the next day and stated I wanted him to represent me in my divorce. I am very happy with the outcome and he did me good.

I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. After a horrible experience with a different attorney in Fort Myers, FL, I was referred to to Ms. Holly's office by another high reputable family law attorney. I called her office and advised her of my very complicated case. She agreed to represent me; her fees are reasonable and her expertise fantastic. She is not deterred by shady tactics or threats from opposing counsel and she remained calm and professional throughout my case.
She is hard working. How she remains very organized with an abundance of Discovery is amazing to me. Since the conclusion of my case, I have referred her to a friend's family member. Susan Ayers with ZinnLaw did a great job on my case. She got me an excellent outcome where other attorneys had failed getting to resolution of my case. I made the mistake of hiring this law firm to represent me against a very overzealous condo association…
Mr. Zinn appoints Mrs. Susan Ayres to represent me. At the very first meeting, I realized something was very wrong because Mrs. Ayres absolutely refused to hear key defensive strategy that would’ve given me great leverage in the case. On at least one more occasion, I mentioned the issue about the key defensive strategy being ignored and brought it to Mr. Zinn‘s attention.
Mr. Zinn proceeded to cover things up for Mrs. Ayres and then decided to drop my case for what amounted to be an invalid reason. I cannot sue these people to get my money back and they cleaned me out for at least 27 grand..
If you make the mistake of hiring these people, you will severely regret it. Mr. Zinn clearly lacks the key, highly sought after Personality traits in a lawyer, which are, honesty and integrity… exactly how these lawyers in Lee County think that they can get away with committing gross misconduct in connection with their Florida bar license is beyond me..

bad representation all around..i do not recommend using them unless you wanna waste 3 years of your life and accumulate bill and no money from.the other insurance company

Make sure your uncontested status will not change. Mine did and Mr. Grossman just sent me a list of other attorneys to contact. My $2000 retainer was forfeited as per his CONTRACT is NONREFUNDABLE!! I messaged him about a possible partial refund or credit towards his mediation services and he never even responded to me. Lesson learned, read the contract and DONT TRUST ANYONE to be upstanding. He received $2000 for doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!

Recently hired Janese for a super simple motion to file (a motion I could have easily filed myself but figured coming from a lawyer, the judge might pay more attention to it). At first, working with Janese was great. She offered a discount to us and I was so grateful. But I have not been happy with her work. She filed a motion and purposely wrote it very vague and stated to me that she "didn't put a lot of details in the motion because I find that the judge doesn't read much and he likes hearing it in court". Well after nearly 2 weeks since the motion was filed, we still didn't have a hearing scheduled. Janese informed me that the judge wouldn't allow his assistant to schedule the hearing until he read the motion. Days later he denied the motion and we never got to present our case in a hearing! Dumbfounded when I found this out on my own by looking up public info on the court website, I emailed Janese asking for any information as to why we wouldn't get a hearing. I've emailed multiple times and text her... no response. She got her money to spend 5 minutes typing up a motion and that was the end of it. Its been going on 6 days since the motion was denied and I haven't heard a word from her. Waste of our money... even without a law degree I could have done what she did.

Though there are no winners in Family Court, Ryan does exactly as he says with the children's best interest at heart!!! Meshelle Snyder was attorney for my son in a child custody dispute. After many weeks, many hours of collecting data, and a few thousand dollars, everything he had asked for became lost in the shuffle. In the end it was recommended that he not get the courts involved in his family affairs. If that were her viewpoint, it probably should have been thousands of dollars sooner. Many years later, my grandson’s life is a mess.
