I hired Stephanie to take over on a case that has been going non stop since 2005. It has been a high conflict divorce case with several different lawyers involved. She was able to come in and professionally handle the other side, who was acting pro-se, even when that person chose not to. She was timely on everything and responded promptly. Her knowledge and experience grew over the time that she handled the case. In the end, what was best for the minor child involved in this case, was what the judge ruled.
I would highly recommend her for any divorce or custody case.

I was scared, and had no idea what to. I went on a hunt for lawyers. I sat down with several. Out of all of them, I liked Jake Hardee, of Hardee, Piñol and Kracke. His enthusiasm and optimism made me feel like I had a chance to get what I needed, and boy did we. Hands down, I fully believe we navigated and dealt our way to a wonderful deal. They both were attentive to my needs and the fact that it was an ever-changing issue, they never backed off because of that, instead, they listened and helped! I am so thankful for the day I walked into Kelso's office and met Camille. These two are amazing. They didn't fit a single stigma I had in my head of what a lawyer and their team would be like. Kelso is straight forward and honest, even if it's bad news. Our case was long and convoluted (the fault of the parties not Kelso) but Kelso and Camille were with us every step of the way. At the end of it all we got the arrangement that Kelso predicted we would and we are thankful for it. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs true skill in the court room. I hired Chuck and went from every other weekend visitations to sole legal and physical custody. It didn't happen over night, and it took diligence and perseverance from both of us and I couldn't have done it without his representation. I have had many lawyers in the past and it's truly hard to get a lawyer who has in-court experience, and my custody battle.was ferocious. My ex never would agree to mediation and this is when a top of the line lawyer is truly necessary.

In the nearly 2 years we have worked with Chuck we learned what a caring and honest man he is. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear nor did he ever try to over inflate our expectations. When we talked with Chuck he always listened and asked questions. He also took notes of anything we had concerns about. He talked us back to reality when we had a hard day in court, and always made sure we knew what the next step was or what to expect. He always pushed to show our side of what was going on and made sure our concerns were voiced. Whenever we reached out to him he was always available even during covid, on the weekends or even after we finished. He would check in on our kids and how visitations went. His invoices are straight forward so you always know what you are paying for. His staff is always as caring and friendly as he is. He was highly recommended to us and he lived up to that recommendation and so much more i would not hesitate to recommend him.

My adult daughter was arrested. I panicked. I hired Mr. Carlos Rodriguez to represent her in answer to some serious charges. My daughter and i both found Mr. Rodriguez to be:
- knowledgeable in law (and if did not know, had the resources and determination to find out)
- dependable. Showed up for phone calls or visits as schedulled, or in rare cases reschedulled
- refreshingly honest. He did not sugar coat any situation or potential consequence
- available. If not immediately available, he or support staff would respond in timely matter
- didn't totally discard us once court "all said and done". We were welcomed to call with any further questions or concerns. He assured my daughter he was still there for her, which seems "above and beyond" the standard.
I would note that my daughter is one who takes responsibility for her errors. She and I treated "Mr. Carlos" with the respect and gratitude he rightly deserves.
We are forever grateful for the service provided by Mr. Rodriguez and his staff and would highly recommend him as a defense attorney.

I just wanted to help the people in very tough situation and in uncertain condition of their life. I know the pain and uncertainty in identifying a right attorney which is the most important step during this period. My case is an unique of it's kind and a complex one. I can’t express my painful situation when I initially contacted and met Shelley, honestly there are no words. I was in completely uncertain condition and pro se and nearing the due date to respond to the court for a petition from my ex. That was when I met Shelly. She was very kind, patient and discussed all the case background in detail. Immediately after that she started working and clearly defined the path to an amazing outcome of the case in detail. I can’t imagine where I am today and for sure it would not have happened without Shelley. She is very talented, patient, well organized and extremely dedicative. I could just forget about my case as it was in her hands. She was always used to be very proactive, responsive and taken care of all of my case beyond an attorney and helped me to bring me to the situation where I am today.
She is very unique attorney for such a reasonable fee. For sure she deserves multiple times higher fee than what she actually charges for her work and that too with no compromise on the work that she does. I am sure her intention is to do the service to the community for a nominal fee and so she is helping the community like that, otherwise it’s impossible to get such a great attorney with that much of high quality work. One can just pick Shelley as one’s attorney when in need without doing any research.
Lastly one most important point: Due to some personal constraints, she had to take break from her work, but my case was seriously in progress. The day when I heard about her withdrawal news, I was almost like collapsed with that news. But she transitioned very very smoothly and carefully, and made me feel like I am completely safe and after that only, she withdrew from the case. During this process, I could not think of her dedication and sincerity in making sure that she referred and transferred my case to the best attorney, transferred all my case documents, expressed her interest to provide all case details as and when needed to later attorney and made sure that the transfer happened very carefully and smoothly and after that only, she exited from my case. Just because of her and my later attorney, I am living my life peacefully today, otherwise I can’t even imagine my situation. I appreciate all your help, Shelley and I don’t have any words to convey my sincere thanks to you. You literally saved me completely. Anybody in need, please don’t waste time and money in searching multiple attorneys. Contact Shelly right away and if she is available and accepts your case, then I am sure you are the luckiest person and will be placed at the safe place finally.

I wish I could give negative stars. This law office has wasted a year and half of my time with my child custody case. I have literally gotten nowhere. A motion for contempt means absolutely nothing if the other parent isn’t going to cooperate. Apparently this lawyer and law office is clueless as to what to do if the other parent doesn’t want to cooperate because law enforcement will refuse to help get the other parent to cooperate. And that’s all this office kept saying, is to get law enforcement to enforce the custody agreement and the motion for contempt. Low and behold, law enforcement refuses to help. Not only has this law office and lawyer made me look like a fool, I am at square one with my case. What a complete JOKE.

I will be forever grateful to Paul and his staff who helped my wife and I during our filing of personal chapter 7 and closing our business. He was very understanding and helped us through out the whole process. He was timely in answering our questions and our concerns and treated us with the up most decency and professionalism during a very low point in our lives. I was surprised to find that he didn't know what I was able to find with a ten second google search. I found another lawyer shortly thereafter who gave me great advice and I was able to engage him for a lot less money. I feel like had I moved forward with Clark and Feeney after my ten minute consultation, my disappointment would have grown exponentially.

I retained her to take over my divorce case. She had me sign a medication agreement (in the middle of the night, while I was driving cross country!), which seriously hurt my case since she didn't bother reviewing the document. She was not careful at all with what she had me sign, promising something that wasn't actually in the wording. The judge later said Alex screwed up telling me the document was only a short-term order. If you have a contested divorce, you don't want Alex, she's sloppy.

He filed a law suit on our behalf without our knowledge, then he actively solicited his services promising things he could not accomplish. He did all of this for his own benefit, which he could not achieve as well. Highly unprofessional, and ignorant, he lost our law suit due to misfiling paperwork (it could have been a win), and left us with $60,000 of opposing counsel fees. We are starting complaint with Bar Association. Hopefully, we will recover some of the damaged he caused. BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE!
