I don't have enough good things to say about Charlton Law. I came to them during an intense divorce, and they were exactly what I needed. Jake Hardee represented the Ex husband of a woman I dated. He was very good and she was penalized for not fulfilling her obligations in a timely manner.
Two years later I found myself in a very challenging predicament with time constraints. The associate at the firm who took my call told me Jake Hardee would be my best bet and was he ever. In record time, he was able to elequently and powerfully sumarize my situation for the judge and get me a hearing. He not only turned my situation around… He managed to clear it up.
I didnt have a chance without him. He is as good as it gets - he’s on top of the details and gave me a voice when I needed it most. His Legal assistant is also excellent. I hired Stephanie to take over on a case that has been going non stop since 2005. It has been a high conflict divorce case with several different lawyers involved. She was able to come in and professionally handle the other side, who was acting pro-se, even when that person chose not to. She was timely on everything and responded promptly. Her knowledge and experience grew over the time that she handled the case. In the end, what was best for the minor child involved in this case, was what the judge ruled.
I would highly recommend her for any divorce or custody case.

Guidant Financial Group Inc provided excellent customer service to us. We were not pressured into starting the processs. We were well informed from the beginning about the IRS requirements needed to successfully navigate the complex process to funding the growth of our business. Tanzy Ward was our ROBS Onboarding Specialist and she was outstanding in her customer service toward us. She responded quickly to our questions with grace and knowledge. If she didn't know an answer, she researched it and responded in a timely manner. She was readily available via a phone call or email as appropriate. Guidant offers in house packages, we'd recommend that if you're interested to research the options to determine if they work for your company. The Guidant team is knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. They made a very complex process manageable.

I hired Chuck and went from every other weekend visitations to sole legal and physical custody. It didn't happen over night, and it took diligence and perseverance from both of us and I couldn't have done it without his representation. I have had many lawyers in the past and it's truly hard to get a lawyer who has in-court experience, and my custody battle.was ferocious. My ex never would agree to mediation and this is when a top of the line lawyer is truly necessary.

In the nearly 2 years we have worked with Chuck we learned what a caring and honest man he is. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear nor did he ever try to over inflate our expectations. When we talked with Chuck he always listened and asked questions. He also took notes of anything we had concerns about. He talked us back to reality when we had a hard day in court, and always made sure we knew what the next step was or what to expect. He always pushed to show our side of what was going on and made sure our concerns were voiced. Whenever we reached out to him he was always available even during covid, on the weekends or even after we finished. He would check in on our kids and how visitations went. His invoices are straight forward so you always know what you are paying for. His staff is always as caring and friendly as he is. I am so thankful for the day I walked into Kelso's office and met Camille. These two are amazing. They didn't fit a single stigma I had in my head of what a lawyer and their team would be like. Kelso is straight forward and honest, even if it's bad news. Our case was long and convoluted (the fault of the parties not Kelso) but Kelso and Camille were with us every step of the way. Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation…They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m.
I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m.
I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation.
I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago.
They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did
I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust.
Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move.
Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I’m happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!

My adult daughter was arrested. I panicked. I hired Mr. Carlos Rodriguez to represent her in answer to some serious charges. My daughter and i both found Mr. Rodriguez to be:
- knowledgeable in law (and if did not know, had the resources and determination to find out)
- dependable. Showed up for phone calls or visits as schedulled, or in rare cases reschedulled
- refreshingly honest. He did not sugar coat any situation or potential consequence
- available. If not immediately available, he or support staff would respond in timely matter
- didn't totally discard us once court "all said and done". We were welcomed to call with any further questions or concerns. He assured my daughter he was still there for her, which seems "above and beyond" the standard.
I would note that my daughter is one who takes responsibility for her errors. She and I treated "Mr. Carlos" with the respect and gratitude he rightly deserves.
We are forever grateful for the service provided by Mr. Rodriguez and his staff and would highly recommend him as a defense attorney.

I recently went thru the divorce process with Jeremy (Carr) as my attorney. For the entirety of the process Jeremy and the rest of the Clark and Feeney staff were amazing. They were proactive in submitting and responding to "counter offers" from my ex-husband and his attorney. My divorce was not quick, nor simple, and yet I have zero complaints about how Jeremy and Darla handled the situation. I didn't feel overcharged, manipulated, ignored, or cheated - I felt like they were absolutely vested in helping me achieve the best results I could hope for. Jeremy advocated in the best interests of both myself AND my children and made sure the divorce decree covered all our bases. While I hope to never need a lawyer again, I would hands down return to Clark and Feeney, Jeremy Carr, and his staff. I would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of representation.

Nick is an excellent attorney. His paralegal, Trista, is wonderful as well. I came to them in a very difficult position due to botched work by another attorney. I was behind the 8-ball, and time was of the essence. Nick helped me achieve an outcome that was far better than I expected. I can never thank him enough.
I've worked with attorneys for decades as an expert witness. To know a lot of attorneys is NOT to love them. Nick is an exception. You can spend 10x more money elsewhere, but you will not likely get 10x better results—and with Nick, you'll be treated compassionately and respectfully (not handed off to an associate after a consultation). These folks have their acts together. Nick is a great listener, an astute evaluator of the legal situation, and straightforward about likely outcomes. He doesn't pound his chest, and he doesn't blow smoke. He's a great attorney and a decent, honorable man. Years of bitter experience have taught me that trust should never be given; it should be earned. I trust Nick.
Like all small firms, they stay busy. But it's worth your time and effort to get an appointment.
The elephant in the room around here is whether or not you'll be well-represented if you are not a part of the dominant social clique. You do not need to worry about that with Nick. As good of an attorney as he is, he's a better human being. Others will tell you the same thing.

Total waste of money and time. Couldn’t get me a zoom court appearance with 2 weeks notice which totally screwed me up as I wasn’t in Idaho anymore. All this guy did was make my situation worse. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. Also his office is a total mess. Other clients case information laying all over the place. I think he’s lost his marbles and probably needs to retire.

I retained her to take over my divorce case. She had me sign a medication agreement (in the middle of the night, while I was driving cross country!), which seriously hurt my case since she didn't bother reviewing the document. She was not careful at all with what she had me sign, promising something that wasn't actually in the wording. The judge later said Alex screwed up telling me the document was only a short-term order. If you have a contested divorce, you don't want Alex, she's sloppy.

He filed a law suit on our behalf without our knowledge, then he actively solicited his services promising things he could not accomplish. He did all of this for his own benefit, which he could not achieve as well. Highly unprofessional, and ignorant, he lost our law suit due to misfiling paperwork (it could have been a win), and left us with $60,000 of opposing counsel fees. We are starting complaint with Bar Association. Hopefully, we will recover some of the damaged he caused. BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE!

As my lawyer Doug was very aggressive and very proud of how combative he was with the judge and the other lawyer. His pitbull antics actually made my situation much worse and ended up costing me far more money and stretching out the case much longer than it had to be. He made the judge mad on several occasions because he thought he was smarter than the judge. He made the attorney on the other side mad because he thought he was smarter than the other attorney.
I filed a bar complaint against him and have thought about suing him for malpractice. He made my situation much worse, not better. I should have hired anyone but this guy.
