Amanda helped me with my child custody case against my ex-wife. My case kept getting postponed and didn't seem like it was ever going to over. I'm thankful that Amanda stuck with me and didn't give up on me even when things got tough. Her efforts made it possible for my kids and I to be reunited after a year and a half of not being allowed to see or contact them. I have been awarded social security disability benefits because of the hard work of attorney Corey Luedeman of RSH Legal.
After Corey took over my case, he literally did everything. He handled all communication from requesting medical records to meeting deadlines. All I had to do was update him on any medical changes.

My brother and I were contemplating dividing our inherited farm into two parcels, rather than being owners in common. We were introduced to Buchheit Law by our previous lawyer who had retired. Buchheit Law did an excellent job of taking care of our request. We had a virtual meeting and she explained the process so we understood what would go on, and then kept us aware of the action required and that which had been completed. Buchheit Law recommended the surveyor and appraiser that were required, both very satisfactory. Lindsey and the staff were very easy to work with, covering any questions completely. I was extremely pleased with Buchheit Law, and would certainly use them in the future if the need be.

I was given Debra Hockett Clark's name as their top recommendation from a local Des Moines attorney of a different discipline. Debra and I worked together through my very lengthy and ugly divorce that ultimately went to court. To do over again, I would not change a thing and am incredible thankful I had Debra by my side every step of the way. Debra has very high ethics, is extremely organized and always on top of every last detail that both she and I needed to be doing. She is extremely professional and is highly respected by her competition, the court system and their staff. This was very evident to me as we went through the trial process and the interaction others had with her. Debra is a very knowledgeable divorce and child custody lawyer. One of the main reasons I think she is a great lawyer is because she tells it like it is. I didn’t always like what she told me to do but I did it. My situation might be different from most. I was a father of 4 and had primary custody of my children. My ex-wife, after I had remarried and moved on, started calling DHS routinely on us. Debra always handled all of these complaints directly. My ex-wife would take us back to court yearly for unfounded complaints. After the 3rd time Debra had added to my decree if petitioner files and looses the case they will be responsible for all court and lawyer fees. This helped keep me out because The court had always ruled against her. The last instance the court awarded me all of my legal fees because none of my ex-wife’s allegations were proven. this stopped all further court cases. If I was doing something Debra though would negatively effect me she told me to stop. She is an upfront and honest lawyer. She tells you how it is whether you like it or not.

Tara is a good lawyer. She is a no nonsense kind of person and that helps. She never promised anything or gave us false expectations. She was honest and direct. This was one of the most stressful situations we ever had to endure but Tara was always understanding without being overly sentimental.
She always answered when we called. She always answered our emails. She helped us reach an agreement that we could live with in a very difficult international custody case.
She was the only lawyer we consulted with that immediately requested to see evidence to back up our story and this was before we ever paid the firm any money. That really caused me to feel secure when hiring her.
I recommend her. As with any lawyer be clear with her about what you want from the beginning.

About 8 years ago he represented my ex at my 2nd domestic violence hearing (me being victim, and pregnant both times) and intimidated me into dropping the restraining order with the promise of seeing my daughter. That was a LIE! they went to the judge and asked for 5050 legal and my ex with primary physical and any interaction with my daughter was to my ex discretion. Fast forward to today and 9 dhs reports with 6 founded cases of abuse or neglect and 1 criminal charge against the step mom for smacking my 10 yro daughter (who has cp) across the face for a fruit snack. THANK YOU JOHN FOR HELPING MY ABUSER WHO NOW ABUSES OUR DAUGHTER.

I was going through a difficult divorce and Alicia took my case, after another lawyer was just saying what I wanted to hear, writing letters, and taking my money. I am a Father of two children, and my X-Wife was trying to limit me to minimal visitation. Alicia took charge, fought for me and my children, and did exactly what she said she would do. She is professional, diligent, knows the law, and will fight like a bulldog as your attorney.
Alicia is a tough, compassionate professional that will tell you the truth about your case, and she will work as if it was her butt on the line.
What did my case involve? I was going through a tough divorce, with two young children. My now X-Wife was fired from her employment due to affair within company. My X, who was making equal money at time, was trying to play the system, by not looking for gainful employment till after court proceedings to get the most possible support out of me. I was being painted as a distant Father, who didn't even understand what my children ate for breakfast. She was trying to force me to be an every other weekend Father, and limit any future decisions with my children.
With the help of Alicia I was able to garner full 50-50 joint physical custody with my two, and fair equitable terms on support.
During the process Alicia laid out what she felt I was entitled to under the law. She listened to my wants and needs. After hearing me, she laid out the possible traps of some of my ideas long term, and we came up with a game plan to fight for my goals.
If you are ever in the position of needing an attorney for a divorce, I can't think of a better professional. I would recommend her 100% to any of my friends or family if they were ever in need of her services.

Keep looking for a better law firm. There are others out there.
In the beginning they were great. Attentive. Action planned. Quick response time. It took my lawyer a full year to get my divorce settled. I know each case is different but we did not have a lot to settle on and we had no children. In the end I was the one pushing my ex-husband to comply. He had committed multiple contempt's of court actions. My lawyer explained the judge probably wouldn't side with me. I appreciated her opinion and chose not to take him to court. She still went through and wrote drafts (costing me more $). Once I finally got everything done on my own the law firm in general just stopped communicating. No more emails being answered. No more phone calls being answer or returned. They offered to write me a check when I was done with the business for less than my account had left in it. I wanted the full amount. The only way to get someone to talk to me was to show up at the office. At first I thought it was just my bad luck with a bad lawyer. It wasn't. It was the law firm in general. It may cost more money in the end but keep looking!!

I retained Mike twice over the last 20 some years To represent me in two divorces. I actually settled the first divorce in my deposition with my ex-wife. Which was impressed by, But in retrospect, I never got to see him work a divorce. 17 years go by. My third wife decided that she liked girls better…. But it was ugly. And when it got ugly, I begin to feel like Micheal and interrogating me more than representing me. After nearly 2 years of retainer (Which I will say was minuscule), But I was forced to hire a new council.
And then I found out from my new law firm that it only took 10 minutes on the telephone to get my soon to be ex-wife Attorney to agree that the prenup we signed was valid!!!
I love Mike. But he’s in his 70s and he likes playing poker and talking… If you need something done, I’m Not sure that he would be the guy to aggressively defend you. Forgive me, Mike. I just felt like I needed to tell the story.
I wish you all luck and whatever legal battle you have… But honestly, If I could go back, I would’ve heard my ex-wife Attorney!! Amie Galner Literally came at me so hard she almost got a judicial review!!!
I told Mike if I ever needed to hire somebody to tear someone’s you know what’s off…. I would hire her hands down!! She’s aggressive and vicious. And as her former opponent, I have to applaud her!!!
Even though she did trash my reputation as much as she could… But I’ve been my ex-wife. I would love to watch that as well.

I want to Mr. Wenters for an incident at Mercy hospital. I called him every single month twice a month, asking them how everything was going. He said that he's doing what it can and I guess we have to sue them he said and that was in February.
Anyways, to make a long story short. 2 weeks ago I called him and said. How's everything going? He said we waited too long over 2 years. There's nothing he can do. Avoid this law firm at all cost.

Avoid Natalie Cronk; she will take your money and do very little. I believe she is a malignant narcissist who preys on victims going through divorce. I was able to get $5000 back, which was for a forensic attorney she failed to hire, but I effectively lost $10,000. I asked the owner of the company to help me, but he was unresponsive.
