I hired Mr Puckett and his team for child custody case. They were honest, listened to every concern and question I had. I never felt like I was being ignored or thrown on the back burner. They went above and beyond to help me. They were very responsive and the biggest part was they were honest. I’m so grateful and thankful for all that Kevin Puckett law firm did. I would recommend this firm to everyone they listen and they are honest. Which many law firms don’t have these days but Kevin Puckett Law Firm isn’t like the rest of law firms they are above all the rest they are honest good hearted people that work hard with you and for you.

Mr. Puckett represented me in a very continuous divorce and child custody case. I can not say enough good things about him and his associates. Having no idea about the law and process, I found Mr. Puckett to be very professional and knowledgeable. He made every effort to make sure I knew the why of things when I was confused. He fought for me and always gave me good advice. Mr. Puckett does not sugar coat anything and tells you exactly what the process is. Many times, I found myself distressed about different processes and Mr. Puckett and his associates were always available to talk to and reassure me that they were looking after me and my children’s best interest. Was alot of issues that were just overlooked in the case. Like they did not even care. And couldn't do a final even a Second reach out to my self that I had a balance. Straight to garnishing my checks. Feel like my girls could have had a totally different and better outcome, if the GAL would do what they are there to do.
And to your response no you did not represent me but you did my girls and allowed them to stay in a abusive house hold after all info was giving to you.
I'd suggest any one else find some one that is not about what ever it is they think their about. People children's and olives you mess with. My girls didn't deserve what You allowed to happen.
Also easy for you you have a 5 star when all you have is 21 Reviews. Wonder how many of these people you know personally.

I hired Sandy when I got divorced and again when my ex-husband and I went back to court 4 years later. She gives the best/most honest advice and fights hard for you! She is a "beast" in the court room! Never raises her voice, but she knows how to work a witness and get the answers she wants for your case. She doesn't "beat around the bush" and is extremely realistic (which I loved!). I would definitely recommend hiring Sandy as a divorce lawyer!

It is a shame it has taken me more than a decade to find a law firm that knows the law, operates in a top-caliber manner, and treats the client like a human. I have had a couple of attorneys at Hale, but the one who helped us the most was Suzanne. Not only is she a bomb a** attorney, but she also knows how to handle and run a business, be classy, and professional, and have customer service. I appreciate her no-frills approach to handling cases and client situations.
She keeps a client-centered approach and looks out for everyone's best interest. Attorneys are indeed expensive but Suzanne makes sure the money spent on your case is allocated in a manner that does not leave your account on zero or paying unnecessary fees. She believes in transparency, honesty, and integrity; which is rare when an attorney is involved in difficult cases. She understands that the way she is represented in and out of the courtroom is a reflection of her business and there is not a time that she does not take her work seriously. The few times we had to speak with her on the phone, she has always been patient and attentive while listening closely to our concerns. She is very responsive and treats the attorney-client relationship as an important investment. You are not just a number to her, but a human. Should I ever need an attorney again, I will hire them again in a heartbeat. To all who work at Hale, we appreciate you. After my initial attorney was put on permanent medical leave, I was in need of someone that could pick up the case, take it over, and lead at a pace that would not put my case behind. I was referred to Kristin Jacobs and she, along with her team, did just that. She was there with me every step of the way. I was extremely nervous about the court proceedings, especially since I’d never experienced the legal system before, but Kristin was very reassuring and explained everything to me that could happen – whether good or bad. I got charged with a DWI in September, 2022. I hired Denise Kirby and she started by calling me and getting all the information she needed from me asap. She was very impressive with how she handled the case and she constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on. After watching the video of my arrest, she filed for a motion to suppress and won that, which resulted in the case being dropped. She came to court incredibly prepared and had a counter for everything the prosecutor said. Overall, watching Denise handle this case was very impressive and I would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.

Hands down, Maggie is one of most knowledgeable regarding family law. She gave sound guidance and was straight forward on what where we stood. Maggie and her team worked tirelessly to mediate with my ex-husband and attorney however ultimately, we had to go to trial. I was impressed with her attention to details, her quick response within communication, and overall genuineness throughout my yearlong case. Told me 1500 to do an eviction. Send me the paperwork which is free from the court, then said it was cheaper for me to do the eviction myself but he would talk me through it instead of representing me after I already paid him the money. Would trust him if I was you.

We retained Henry for a child custody and parenting plan revision. He came to court unprepared, didn't advise us of certain forms that had to be completed, failed to represent the key areas of the case, and failed through appeals. Nice person, but not a good lawyer.

I contacted this firm months and had an appointment immediately, but it was basically for nothing. He was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Unprofessional at its finest. It was almost like he was the prosecutor in my trial before my trial!!! Poor customer service from his staff too. If you have a strong case I would recommend you go to someone else.

I contacted Mr. Service in response to a letter I received from his office offering services when my Ex husband filed a modification. When I called, I was immediately offered a consultation appointment despite his full schedule, they made time to see me. Mr Service took the time to get details about my case specifics and explain the process, and what is important to legally focus on in family/civil cases. He was also upfront about possible issues but took time to listen and explain so it pertained to my circumstances; not a general speech I got when trying to make appointments/consult with other lawyers.
Mr. Service is very knowledgeable in these areas and I believe he will be good representation for what is important to me and my family in court.

We were over billed by $15000 and have asked multiple times for items billed which we haven't every received and where told that the biggest part was do to interoffice meetings. And we were charged for paper work, report and other items that we went and got and paid for and took to their office. And they ended up working for the ex instead of us. Run quickly before hiring them. They had other professional write good reviews to keep a high rating. But past client who do write reviews have been scammed by them.

I hired Ken to help with my divorce and child custody. His fees were very reasonable, he worked with me on payments, and did a great job. Not sure about others who say he took their money, but that's not what my experience was. Also, Ken would return calls in the evenings and on weekends, something you usually don't expect from an attorney. Great job, great lawyer!

Horner was referred to me by legal shield. I Hired her March 1st 2018 she did not actually appear in court 1 time for me and did not do anything to help me while waiting for court set (trail) feb 2019 she then informed me Jan 2019 she needed more money to continue to be my lawyer for trail (feb 2019) after sending me a invoice (after me asking multiple times for invoice) of bugus fees she withheld from my retainer needless to say I was very angry and decided to take my “extra” money to a new lawyer which helped me get everything I wanted and what was owed to me in a matter of 27 days! worst experience ever and really feel ripped off to be honest
