Travers and Travers literally brought our family together. We had a rather unique experience, but Travers & Travers helped us through it every step of the way. We live in South Dakota and needed a referral for a lawyer in Texas. My sister is an attorney and asked around and everyone we talked to suggested Travers and Travers. So we took a leap of faith and it paid off for us big time. My initial phone call was with Sherrie and she immediately made me feel at ease. Travers & Travers took our case head on and did not stop until we brought our daughter home. They were very professional, but were also very human and friendly- that was very important to me. Mack went with us to court and mediation and he was able to keep us calm while waiting in between everything. He was very well spoken and had good charisma in the court room. Allison and Annilee worked on the background information, researching and helping us gather the information we needed to win our case. I can’t say enough about Kelly Rizzo! She has a burning passion for family law and it shows when you talk to her. She is straightforward and very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She does a great job of explaining everything to you and she is super transparent. You will know what she is thinking at all times, she will ask for your feedback and she will not make a move without getting your authorization first. This lady is a true powerhouse and has the support of the entire Hunts Law Firm if she should ever need some backup. I would not want to be the petitioner/respondent sitting across from Kelly Rizzo!

While no one wants to have to hire a family law attorney unfortunately sometimes it is necessary. If you find yourself in the position of needing a family law attorney I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Rizzo. I hired her back in December of 2016 for a custody dispute with my ex husband. She was absolutely amazing. Kelly was on top of everything at every turn. She always clearly explained my options to me before we proceeded with anything. The billing was fair and always very well documented. If I had any sort of question I could ask her through the online portal or call and she always made sure to answer my questions very efficiently. When I had a question on a Friday night I was absolutely shocked and thrilled that she took the time to answer me that same night. I really had planned to be waiting until Monday morning for a response. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kelly Rizzo and the Hunt Law firm. Custody disputes can be very mentally and emotionally draining. Kelly made sure to make the process as easy to understand and navigate as humanly possible.

Kelly Rizzo wasn't the first lawyer I contacted but she was my first consult which ultimately led to my hiring her. Our time together was always well spent and coordinated with every detail taken into account to insure the best possible outcome in my divorce. She was tactful and strategic in her approach to my case, being kind enough to listen to my ideas while being honest and direct about how to resolve the issues at hand. Although things didn't go 100% in my favor I am assured that Kelly lead me down the path of least resistance with the greatest return on investment. Having no prior experience dealing with divorce lawyers or legal battles overall the past 6 months were made less turbulent by Kelly. Her balance of professionalism and amicability with me truly made the difference and inspired confidence and hope in her. She provided me with a binder and online tools to make sure that I was always able to communicate and upload necessary documents for my case. She guided me step by step through this arduous process facilitating even the most strenuous tasks including mediation. By the end of it all it was almost painful to relinquish Ms. Rizzo and her expertise, as if saying goodbye to a caring friend. Although I hope to never require her services for another divorce I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner fighting for me.

I was refrred to Ms. Bachman by my sister who used to work with her. I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed with my divorce now but I wanted answers to many questions so that I could make an informed decision. Keith is handling my mother's estate and has prolonged it over 8 years making the grieving process that much harder. The probate case is STILL open, and all though I am an heir and named beneficiary in the will, he REFUSES to release my funds to me. I am owed close to $25,000 and Keith has taken more than $10,000 for his "services" or lack there of. He has been condescending and out right rude to me through out the process. I have a disability and he has only taken advantage of that. Stay away from this law firm at all costs!!
