Christmas Foster injury Law Firm was extremely professional and courteous. I hired them after my car was totaled after a hit and run crash. Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I had a huge hiccup with my previous one, and let's just say they really dropped the ball. I was actually refereed to Willicks office from my aunt that lives in Chicago from her lawyer. Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations!
I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.
Further, I found the Willick Firm to be very compassionate. I felt they cared about my case and they were very mindful of their billing, without compromising quality. I interned at Barnes Law Group when I thought that I wanted to be a Family Law attorney. While interning at the office I got to witness firsthand the internal workings, their services, and their staff. I can tell you that this staff puts a tremendous amount of work, attention, and strategy behind everything they do. Communications about clients’ cases, the weaknesses and how to better posture the case occupied most of the internal conversations amongst the people working there. This law office is extremely customer service oriented. During my tenure, I witnessed them win every case. It really was amazing. But I also saw the amount of work it took, the frequency with which the attorneys prioritized their clients over their personal life and the strain of representing people who are in personal crisis. I ultimately decided that I wanted a better work life balance. Whenever anyone needs a Family Lawyer, I recommend Barnes Law Group, they are great people. A woman I hadn't seen in years tried to collect child support monies from me for a kid that wasn't mine. I hadn't spoken to the woman in years. My girlfriend said I urgently needed an attorney. I contacted Attorney Barnes who explained how my wages could be garnished and I could even be put in jail for nonpayment of child support if I don't dna test and prove I am not the father. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but after she showed me the law, I took the test and proved I wasn't the father. I'm glad I followed Attorney Barnes advice and left crazy in the rear view mirror. Highly recommend this attorney and firm.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Attorney Carol Barnes and Barnes Law Group. Everyone at Barnes Law Group was able to answer my questions when I called. When I sent an email, I always received an answer on the same day and most emails were answered within the hour. When I first spoke with Attorney Barnes, she outlined a strategy for handling my case. My case was handled successfully, and as Attorney Barnes had originally discussed. I received a bill each month for the work that was done on my case and the bills reflected the strategy originally agreed to. Ultimately, Attorney Barnes was able to settle the case without us having to go to trial. While I was relieved that we did not go to trial, I am confident that we would have won if we did. I was very scared when I first retained Barnes Law Group. What I appreciated most was Attorney Barnes laid out the strategy and the law for me in writing at the very beginning so I could look at it whenever I became anxious and was able to relax and know that the facts and the law were on my side. Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.

He did a great job for me in my family law matter. He helped me out in a bad situation. I could have saved myself some grief if I had contacted him sooner. I didn't have proper documents filed with the family court system and that put me in a postion to be lied about. There was a fight with my ex and Ken helped me put it all straight. Not only did this firm provide advice to opposing counsel while intoxicated at at event in Reno - they regularly made me feel 100% accountable for my actions while simply protecting my young children from the Covid vaccine. My attorney and her boss, Brian, are through and through entitled liberals with no motives other than to destroy their clients that see things differently than they do. Brian hates this country, our morals, as well as those of his conservative clients. I have never felt more degraded, mortified, and slandered than I did working with him through the beginning of my divorce. If you have any scruples - stay away from this monster and the firm they have created.

My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. I handed him my husband's child custody case on a silver platter, with all of the work done for him. He just had to file the paperwork and submit the evidence I provided to him. He literally didn't do anything my husband asked him to do in court and constantly told the judge the wrong information and had to be corrected in court. $7,000 later, custody was the same, with a few stipulations. We contacted him several times to get a copy of the agreement and he completely ghosted us. It's been 8 years and we still don't have a copy, so now we have to pay another lawyer to get a copy of it. We would have been better off with the $99 lawyer his ex hired.

Super hard to get ahold of, he wasn’t ever on top of it. He was always rushing us to agree to things we didn’t wanna agree to. Kenneth also would forget everything I would recommend to put in papers.
