Don’t recommend. Lied to lawyer Board. She protects herself. Was supposed to type a proposed order and she did not costing me the case (happened in other matters too) and has been in trouble with lawyer board multiple times. Took my money for nothing. Go elsewhere.

I worked with Richard Crabb on a DWI case. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, responsive and ultimately was able to find the statute in the law that not only got me out of jail but kept me out, with my drivers license and ability to work. If i can give less one star i would do it.
First of all he has no time for new clients and delayed the filling for 6 weeks which made my X kidnapping the kids and give them Trauma.
Didn’t answer emergency calls on time at least if he was busy with courts he would act like professional and let one of his paralegals follow up on the situation.
Asked not to pay transportation for my X and still he decided to make me pay it. ( even if it was according to his experience he didn’t explain i was just forced)
Asked million times to be copied in any communications with the my X lawyer and never did.
I don’t even trusted him for the confidentiality.

Amanda was exceptional. Similar to wanting a doctor with great bedside manner, she was an outstanding lawyer. She is intelligent, calm, kind and methodical. Unlike many lawyers, she isn’t interested in racking up your billable hours; she works efficiently and only in your best interest. She always responded quickly to calls and emails. Her demeanor was professional yet stern. She is well respected by mediators and judges. My divorce was extremely stressful and Amanda did a great job keeping me calm during times where I was super emotional and stressed. Kerry Anne had a clear and definite plan during a brief consult two months ago. You can hear on the phone that has a logical train of thought and uses clear English and projects her voice well.
This involved family court OFP. I think she would work very fast and determined with respect to her work and practice in family law.
Although, she was hesitant when I mentioned include extra assistance in the form of a private investigator (Behavioral Intelligence Agent) she did concede that she would be open to consulting at her hourly rate as an intermediary advisor outside of court.
*Please shop wisely and use lawyers who are willing to work with a full team of experts.

My husband and I put off our estate planning for a long time. We didn't know how to find someone we could trust. Thankfully, some friends of ours told us about their experience working with TJ. They felt he was an excellent attorney and had handled their affairs well. We wholeheartedly agree with their assessment!
TJ was very responsive. We initially contacted him through his website and he responded to our inquiry within hours. My husband is a pilot, and it can be difficult to schedule meetings with him. TJ worked within our time constraints and quickly rearranged when needed.
Once we were in our face to face meeting, TJ, and his assistant, Gretchen, listened well, explained thoroughly, and never made us feel inadequate or judged by some of the "off the beaten track" requests we had.

Jill Anderson did a great job on representing involving child support and spousal maintenance errors in my original divorce decree. Jill along with her team was able to amend my divorce decree and correct the errors n the original court document. It was more than I could do and it was affordable, quick and professional. Jill represented me but worked with my Ex-wife to get all documents signed and sent to court to be notarized and finalized. I would definitely go to Jill for any family law matters in the future. Because Jill is professional, cost is fair, she is up front in consultation with procedures, cost and time frame.

Allison took a very difficult case petitioning to review and a hearing for a closed divorce case. This due to shenanigans from petitioner's attorney on initial court hearing, court procedure not followed, no effort mediation on petitioner's part, and attorney's fees - all around petitioner being awarded my primary home. The case was reopened for review, at the end: I was awarded 100% equity and rights to my home and my attorney fees.
Your mileage may vary, but know this: This is likely your best mileage option!

I often felt as if my case was on the back burner possibly bc no children were involved. I often had little to no understanding of what was going on bc it was not being explained to me unless I reached out, which cost me so much more in fees. On the positive side I will say Amanda is very intelligent and was always responsive when I did reach out with any concerns. But unfortunately certain issues continued up until the very end. For example- my married name was still being used on documents, letters, and emails even though I went through all of the steps to change it and directly asked for them to use my now legal name more than once. Might seem silly to some but to me it was a disrespect to me getting my cultural identity back.

I have little to no actual understanding of the legal system... which I think is, unfortunately, pretty standard for most folks. I know even less than that about family law. I had no idea what the future held regarding my beautiful little girl and was very, very scared.
I will always be thankful for the service, knowledge, professionalism and utter kindness that Amanda and her staff supplied. I have guaranteed time with my daughter only because of her and her and the professionals she has surrounded herself with. The time can't be taken away at a whim. Can't be altered because the weather changed.
